Excellent customer service, great workmanship and good prices. I had speakers put in my car after attempting to do it myself. Not only did they offer me advice on what to do if I wanted to try it again myself (no), but they fixed my mistakes, did quality work and repaired my door locks while they were in there. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Misinstalled stereo here in WA state had the transmission and door locks going crazy. Guys at Century 2000 worked several hours and did all they could and then directed us to a local dealer who had to fix the TCM that the original install had burnt out. Continued on our trip and when going back thru Cleveland had Century 2000 rewire in the stereo .....they did at no cost and with no problems..I wish it wasnt 2500 miles to their store. they saved our coast to coast trip.

Great experience! They replaced a stereo in my girlfriends 2005 Mazda. Dropped the SUV off at 9 AM, and barely had time to get breakfast before they called me with the job complete! And besides being fast, would have never even known anyone worked on the vehicle! No scratches, no loose pieces, no rattles, and the new unit worked perfectly. They even came out to give her a tutorial on her new stereo workings! Highly advise anyone who needs their services to take advantage of quality workmanship and services!

Today I came into century and had the pleasure of having Tom assist me, at first I only needed a simple antenna adapter but my new radio just wasn’t working, Tom went above and beyond and even came out in the rain to help hook it up for me, he was friendly and professional the entire time, Thank you for your service sir, I’ll definitely be seeing the guys at century again with all my audio needs!! I love this place I only come here and Adam who is the manager and also the owner and his son are perfect. They prices are fair and they customer service is amazing. I would recommend everyone to go there for anything technical related to their car.

Had ceramic tint applied, and the install looks good so far.The larger issue was that they left my vehicle unlocked in the front parking lot unattended after the work was done. I brought this up during pickup and the guy cashing me out just shrugged it off with a our tinter must have done that.

Went to get a price on installing some speakers and an amp. Opie wouldnt even listen to my idea. He has no idea what hes doing there. He just wants to sell stuff. Went somewhere else and they are going to install everything using my idea. Not sure if I will be going back to Century.

Recently had Best Buy installed over $1000 stereo in my hummer ! This was my second system installed at century 2000. This time in my Silverado. The staff walked me through the best options for crystal clear sound and punchy bass. They did a great job helping me find quality products for the install.I decided to go with JL Audio and a stealth subwoofer setup under my back seat (in my extended cab). It was important that I still had full access to the extended cab for the dogs.I was not expecting the quality of sound from such a small package under my seats.The install was professional and placement was perfect. Sound quality exceeded my expectations and the custom bass nob under my steering wheel is a joy!I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my truck.-Seth

I recently bought the p3 Rockford fosgate 12s with the t-1000-1bd combo. I had them do the installation and I couldnt be happier. It was money well spent. I definitely recommend century 2000 if youre looking for anything stereo related they have a huge selection . I will definitely be doing all my future stereo related purchases with them. It was a great experience from the minute I walked in . Thanks century 2000 team for the exceptional quality installation. Also forgot to mention that I originally got a quote for the p3 combo and the p2 combo , originally I went with the p2 . But later that night I after the shop was closed I decided that I wanted to upgrade to the p3 combo and because of my schedule I left my 2020 Silverado overnight so I didnt have to wait a week for the next appointment that worked with my schedule. When I called first thing in the morning to let them know I wanted to change from the p2 to the p3 even though they were already working on the installation they didnt hesitate to give me what I wanted. This goes a long way to show how much they care about their customers. I also originally thought I would need to upgrade my factory head unit but was informed that I didnt need to. That easily saved me 300 to 500 dollars not to mention they gave a break on the price for purchasing everything from them and letting them do the installation( I wasnt told about the savings up front this was after the quote I realized they knocked $ off) .Just shows how they want their customers to be happy and they are not trying to upsell you stuff that you dont need which many other companies would do. Just another reason I will continue to be a loyal supporter and customer as well as recommending family and friends. Thanks century 2000 for everything, wanted to update my original review cause I was in a rush when I left the original one. You guys deserve more than 5 stars very happy customer here...

Best service around

If you’d like a decent audio shop that will judge your knowledge because of your age and has some of the worst tint jobs I’ve ever seen you should go here. Every time I’m in there they treat me and my friends as if we know nothing. I bought a $200 sub promised that it would be the same as the next level up sub, when comparing it to someone else’s it was absolutely not the same at all. Sales worker promised that the difference was unnoticeable. They wouldn’t let me return, exchange nor would they work with me at all. They have decent audio equipment but extremely overpriced.

These guys really know what they are doing. I went in because I had a broken fuse and when he asked what type of fuse was it, I had no idea. He then asked if it was a plastic or glass casing and again, no idea. So I went back out and took out the fuse, but the casing stayed in and only the metal came out (hence broken). So I brought it what I had to show him and he knew immediately what I needed. I was kind of shocked because I figured there would be at least a few different fuses to look through but he didnt even need to check. So he gave me the fuse, said youre all set. I got confused and asked how much was it? But he just shook his head and I was all set. This was my third time going here, and after this, Century 2000 will most likely be my go-to for any type of car stereo questions and support. I really do appreciate the high level of knowledge the staff has and the speed of the workers to help the customers! Keep it up!

Introduced me to the 21st century by installing a Carplay unit, amp and sub. Responsive to email and helped me through the process of choosing parts. Installation was quick provided you schedule an appointment. Blown away by the sound quality coming from a factory setup! Only wish I did this earlier.

I went in and asked a simple question and you treated me like garbage. The only person who helped me was the gentleman who said how can I help you. And I asked him about car alarms. He gave me a straight answer and didnt dismiss what I asked. The guy in the back on the computer was extremely rude and said to me that Im wasting my time and he doesnt like putting in alarm systems in car when they advertise it. Could not believe how unkind and unprofessional they were. By the way you answered my question in the most unprofessional and incompetent. If you would have talked to me as a person trying to get an understanding and not like idiot I probably would have taken your information a lot better. You just didnt care and wasted my time

Tom and Steve are awesome to work with. Had them install rockford fosgate stage 3 on my street glide sounds great. They went out ofthere way to make sure i was totally satisfied with everything. I would recommend them.

A few years ago my son bought his first car and wanted to spice it up. The staff was very helpful and polite. He bought a pioneer stereo and two 12 inch subs or woofers along with with interior and exterior neon lights that change colors. Two years later he had problems with the lights. Century 2000 replaced the battery and fixed the problem free of charge.

Had an appointment on 7-18 at 9 AM to get my backup camera fixed that quit working 2 weeks after I got it and arrived there to absolute chaos they had people lined up outside because they could only let 10 people in at a time and people were just walking by the people waiting in line and there were 12 to 13 people inside the business and when I finally got in people were still walking in and cutting in front of people it was unbelievable how un organized it was I will definitely never go back

These guys are awesome. I tried them out and Horizon in Canton. Not much good to say about Horizon. The guys at Century 2000 are very professional and personable and actually greet their customers without ignoring them. Convenient location and great workers that are willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. Ive stopped in for quick fixes at Century a few times now and there was never any charges for my simple fixes and they seemed to be happy to help. Ive brought my last three cars here and as long as I am in the area, I wont be going anywhere else! Honest and respectable business

Been using century 2000 for almost 7 years with outstanding service, but today I was disappointed. They are extremely busy and booked up until July, which is understandable this time of year. The guy who I spoke with showed no interest in earning my business or let alone helping me. I wanted to get my personal stereo and subwoofers (That I bought from them two years ago) installed, and also purchase tweeters/ door speakers from them. He said they are too busy to install anything personal. I explained I purchased these items from them two years ago and wanted to also purchase speakers from them but he had no interest in giving me an appointment or helping me. I will be going to Summit Sound and Security now.

Came in for clips I couldn’t find for my speakers in 2 minutes they had everything I needed thanks.

Great customer service. We had a remote start installed and several months later experienced an issue with the ignition tumbler. Before taking the car to the dealer or mechanic, I asked Adam and team for advice. They suggested disabling the remote start to alleviate the mechanic saying that was the issue. During that process, they actually determined the issue to be in the gear selector cable (park not fully engaging) and resolved the issue. They spent about 2 hours working on it at NO CHARGE.

All the workers are so kind and helpful , as someone who knows nothing about cars or stereo systems they were incredibly patient and understanding with me. 10/10 will be coming back

Ive dealt with century 2000 over the years and i have nothing but good to say about them ,customer service is excellent ,they make it a pleasant experience to do business with them. I just had a system installed in my BMW and the quality from the sound all the way down to the installation was above anything I could have expected, and even though they could have charged me more or tried to sell me the most expensive system they had they didnt ..their pricing was very generous, and I will be doing more business with them in the future

I was having issues with an automatic start they installed years ago due to getting a windshield replaced and Century 2000 fixed it quickly (just in time for winter) with no hassle what so ever! Would recommend this place to family and friends.
