Very fast, professional and friendly service!I dropped off my car here to get my radio replaced with a new touch screen radio earlier this week.They called me to let me know that they had finished it, within *hours*!!They put it in *really* well, putting trim around it in a way that fits like a glove in my dash! These guys were pros from start to finish. Called two other companies and even the Nissan dealer to make my challenging vehicle able to have keyless entry for all the doors (no one else could do it), and these guys took care of it with no hangups or hesitation.

This place is wast of time. People working at front desk don’t care about the customers that don’t even ask if you need any help. Waited for 35 minutes no one helped so I walked out of this place. Very very poor customer service they need to attend customers service class to learn how to treat customer. This place is the best. I have had four remote starts put in on four different vehicles from here and step bumpers put on my pick up and they did an excellent job. Got a sunroof installed on my van. Couple of small issues along the way but when it was all said and done they did excellent work and I am very pleased.

Came in for a sun roof estimate. Elderly gentleman at front desk said, first, Nah, we cant do that for my model of car. When I asked him to come outside to actually see the car, he acted like it was a PITA before finally coming out and saying, Yeah, I guess we CAN do that. When I asked about brands he offers, mentioning one that is highlighted on their website, he replied, Never heard of them. Needless to say, went to another provider.

Waste of $43. Went in to have my truck radio tuned and have my subwoofer and amp set. The guy seemed to just set everything to a low safe level without actually finding out where the sound clipped and set my radio to a factory hard rock setting. I was expecting for him to actually go through and optimize the equalizer. Sounded terrible afterwards. When I asked what had been done he just gave me a standard answer without explaining anything. I knew to just cut my loses and figure it out myself.

The young man that waited on me did not seem to know the product. I was looking at alpha Rex headlights that I could get for $600 on Amazon they wanted $1500. Most places charge No more than $200 installation.. 1st time there in many years was disappointed

I had an appointment that I had to reschedule which was fine with them at the time. The day before my appointment, they had no record of it which is no big deal however my appointment was than made for me a week later which was extremely inconvenient for me but stuff happens. The very next day, a man called and told me very rudely that the store manager Alex?? Told him to call me and demand my credit card information to keep this appointment. I told him I was not comfortable giving this over the phone and I felt inconvenienced about my appointment in the first place. He said Alex would call me the next day which never happened. Custom trim...you are covered by the mechanics law. Why should the customer pay for anything you havent even started? You lost 400 dollars.

They were able to quickly reprogram my auto-start when it stopped working. I came from another shop that gave me the run around and charged me $$$ without fixing anything. Custom Trim of America was able to fit me in without an appointment and had me fixed in 10 minutes! Very impressed with the service.

Custom Trim installed an upgraded rearview mirror for me a couple years ago. They had to hardwire its power, run a thermometer line, and calibrate its compass. They delivered professional results on time. Everything has worked perfectly. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

On May 21st I took my 2007 Mustang GT to get stripes and graphics done by Custom Trim Of America. Received a phone call that the job was incomplete on the day I was to pick up. They stripped the botched job and in the process took paint off the front bumper scratched the hood, got mud inside the vehicle and what looks like food was eaten in the car. I was told I would receive a phone call from the owner which I never did, instead contacted me on Facebook messenger to tell me it was like that before when I brought it in. Which is complete BS. Subsequently they blocked me from their page and contacting them. damage at around 1300 plus court costs, labor for cleaning my vehicle. I’m left with no option but to take them to court. I guess customers don’t matter here and neither does customer service. Please do your self a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

After hearing how “amazing” this place was I decided to get the rust eliminator and black undercoating on my show quality mustang. Upon inspection after it returned I find overspray in the engine bay and black residue on my custom seat covers where someone sat in. Very very upset and now I have to find someway to fix this before I can take it to another show. Never come here!!!!

First time customer here. Wanted tint work done on my 2015 Silverado. Was greeted by Jason. He was very friendly and polite. He explained in detail the tint laws to me and what my options were. I ended up just getting the tint across the top of the windshield @ 15% to match the back windows. My appt. was at 8am on a Saturday. Was greeted by Mark & Joe. These gentlemen were also very friendly, very knowledgeable as well. The tint installer had me come back and verify my request before final installation. I was there maybe 45 minutes and the price was more than fair. I will definitely give these guys more consideration on future mods to my vehicle.

My experience is theyre excellent in their craft, but have poor follow up in getting back with me regarding pending services.

I got my subs hooked up there awhile back, paid around $300. before i checked out the gentleman who was in the lobby area, very nice guy btw, was kind enough to ask the guy who hooked up my equipment if everything was ok? the guy replied uhh...kinda, and explained to the gentleman in the lobby what he thought was the issue. something about to much voltage..idk it was hard for me to follow, but he said it would work fine as long as i didnt try to adjust the gain. before i even got home the speakers went out...i figured the problem was with my equipment so i went to another shop to see about getting new equipment, but because i had just bought the equipment there 6 months prior, the guy want to see what the issue was before having me buy new equipment. after checking everything i explained to him what the guy who hooked up my equipment at your shop told me. he found no issues with the equipment itself, but that there was a prong in the back of the stereo that had been bent out of place, he unbent it and whala...works perfectly....my gripe is i paid you guys, the professionals, a nice sum to hook up my equipment and i should have never been allowed to leave without it working correctly, and i am only left to wonder if the gentleman in the lobby didnt ask the installer if everything was ok, if he would have even indicated that there was an issue at all....

This shop is literally one of the worst in town. I wrote them a Yelp review but forgot to warn people on google. Not only did they quote me one hour and then charged me for 2 - about $180, but they mounted a wing onto my 370z crooked. Then, they tried to deny that it was crooked, made me set another appointment to have it fixed another day, drilled another set of holes in my hatch and then did nothing to reimburse me for my time. To this day; the holes they drilled seep rust down the back of my hatch. Never will I give this place my business.Not to mention their sales manager who sits at the front of the store gave me so much attitude when I was upset about the crookedness and refused to admit fault.....

Beware!I had a new button for my remote start that needed programming that I took to Custom Trim who charged $75.+ to do so and indicated that is was a 45 minute job.....Well just had to replace my remote button again and it came with programming instructions that literally took me an unskilled individual TWO MINUTES to do. Funny Custom Trim didnt mention that it was so easy I could do it myself!
