This particular car wash does not have functioning vacuums. So I patiently waited for another car to finish vacuuming. When I got done vacuuming and went to go through the car wash, it was 6:59 and the young man ran passed me car to put the garage door down and another young man pointed at the hours. So I was unable to get a wash here. The location on Ghent would never! I’ve seen them attract a whole new line of cars from letting one car go close to closing time and smile about it! I’ll be sure to go to that one from now on! A simple fixing of your vacuum system would have kept me from holding you up 2 more minutes!

My truck was in the car wash when the car behind me smashed into the back of me. Both cars are in neutral so I thought it should be the company would be responsible for the damage. Nope they laughed. Offered no help in anyway.

I respectfully DO NOT recommend this place at all. I moved in the area last year in February and have had pretty good experiences for the most part but some of the staff is very unprofessional and rude and besides they really don’t do a good job actually drying the vehicle. Also I want to give an heads up regarding the actual car wash rules a policy which I just found out about recently.You are only required one car wash a day with the car wash monthly membership premiums.You can only wash the vehicle you listed on app all other vehicles will be turned around regardless if you have the monthly membership premium or multiple vehicles.

Get the wash subscription. Always a great carwash.

Pros-Cheap monthly memberships-Decent job of cleaning car-Free vacuumsCons- They don’t do a good job of drying the car at all. If you don’t dry it yourself you will have soap residue and dirt still on your car.- Half of the vacuums are broken and I’ve been going there for months and they still haven’t replaced them so on busy days expect to wait for a vacuum

Great place to get your car washed.

This is the worst car wash. The car wash itself gives scratches. The management is rude and refuses to help you when you have a problem with the app. One person tells you it’s okay, they can use your phone number, another person tells you they can’t and that you will need to purchase another membership. The quality of customer service depends on who you get when you come through. The manager with the blonde hair’s rudeness has lost them another membership. Hopefully you won’t get the manager because the kids are more helpful and kind.

Quick and friendly but they dont do a very good job on the drying end its usually only half done and they never wipe your rims down u have a clean car with dirty rims that usually looks good and I get comments all the time on how good my truck looks but people always notice the dirty rims I usually have to pull over in the vacuum are or down the street just to wipe them off before the dirt dries up when the water evaporates off the rim other than that they do a good job and we love the free vacs

I go here all the time $22 for a month of unlimited washes and free vacuums

I would have given five, but they dont do a well enough job wiping down my ride, and sometimes the suction hose is super dirty and functions poorly. Other than thats its a pretty good place to keep your car looking good.

I agree with John Reed. Car wash attendant Jon was congenial, prompt, and courteous. The car wash process was efficient and fast. The two young sirs who hand dried the vehicle were thorough. The entire process was a pleasant one and one that I look forward to experiencing again.

I’m someone who works 12 hour days and the only time i can get my car washed is 7am. They are NEVER opened at 7am. Management needs to re-evaluate who they hire to open their establishment cause it’s not professional at all

I would personally like to acknowledge Jon, the attendant, who was very friendly and helpful in getting me situated while getting my car washed. Car wash drying technician broke off my windshield wiper and couldn’t manage to get it back on correctly. Instead of fixing what he caused (it had been working fine!), he wanted me to wait in a side parking lot for him to find time to fix it. This was even before he bothered to dry car. Why was no one else available to correct the problem they caused? Then expecting me to sit and wait for them to fix what they broke? Disgusting and very disappointing.

Without asking if my side mirrors fold the employee forcefully folded my side mirror causing it to break in the process. There was no manager or supervisor working with this employee and he didnt even seem to care that he caused damage to my car before it even got washed. I went up to the location that following morning and again no management present and when I told the worker why I was filing a compliant the worker chuckled. I have a monthly membership with this company going on 12 months and this has been the worst experience by far.

The last 3 times Ive gone through my car has still been dirty and the attendants dont care. Go somewhere else.

My fiancée took her car to get washed and the machine scatched her car. She filed a report that day and was told that she would be contacted in a few days. It took a week and a half to get a responce and didnt get a meeting with the manager for two months. they still were just pulling me around finding ever way not to pay for the repair. The manager Zack Fischer was very unprofessional and refused to pay. Don’t go here unless you’d like your car damaged.

I’ve been going to this car wash for years. It’s close to home and right by my job. I bought a new car in November and decided to buy the unlimited package for $34.99 a month. Month 1 was great, then I pull in one day and am told my package has expired but they have my card on file that I used to set up the membership with and made no attempt to take the monthly charge from my account. Ok, no problem. I give them my card again and pay for the month. Next month and every month since, it’s been the same issue. Every month I have to physically pay the monthly charge once it expires. Last month, my boyfriend took my car and was told the same thing. Him not knowing how the membership works, was told by one of the attendants that he could pay cash. My boyfriend gives him $35 in cash and is told our membership is paid up for the month. A few days later, we try to get the car washed and guess what? We’re told were expired. After days go by with no follow up call from the manager, we go up there again and he finally rectified the situation. Great. Until last weekend when I went to get a car wash and the car wash attendant sends me through and the car wash isn’t on. I circle back around ask him “what happened?” His response was “I don’t know! I wasn’t in the car wash”. Seriously? SO UNPROFESSIONAL. As if I haven’t learned my lesson, I go back today and get a car wash and am in desperate need of a vacuum. I pull up and there’s another lady trying to use the vacuum. Not a single one was working. I go to the front and tell one of the guys drying the cars and he says “ok well if we get a break we’ll send someone over to check it out”. Honestly, the customer service is AWFUL. I pull to the back and tell them the same thing. He says he’ll send someone out. I wait 10 mins. No one comes out so I left. It’s ridiculous that I now have to pay another car wash to vacuum my car when I pay a monthly fee at this car wash. Very disappointed!!!!!
