Ive called this company two times becuase they installed the phones and cameras at the business I bought. When I bought the business the previous owner didnt have passwords for the DVR or phone system. Clarktel told me that they would have to look up the info on resetting the password for the DVR and said theyd get back to me with the password for the phone system. I never heard back on either. When I asked about getting a manual for the phone system to update information they said they dont offer a manual and that I may be able to find one online, or they could send someone out to do admin training. Ive changed settings on phone systems like this before and with a manual its a cake walk, you just enter a series of keys to get to different menus and record messages. Clarktel wants to send someone out to bill me for a On-site visit and 5 hours of support for something that I could do in 30 minutes with a manual.
The customer service was fantastic and a person always answered the phone.
