Walked in at 6:20 for a pedicure & before I could walk through the door a man rudely yelled they were closed. their hours on Google & Facebook say they are open until 7. What’s the point of having business hours if your not going to abide by them. Also if your going to close 40minutes early you should maybe lock the door & turn off the open sign. I was referred here by and friend &this was the first impression I was given. Will definitely not be back.

I got a mani/pedi and am so happy with it. Both of the technicians had really great attention to detail and treated me with care, even though I came at a time when they were pretty busy. I had to wait a bit but it was well worth it! During my pedicure I think they actually got all of my dead skin off too :) 4 stars only bc of the wait and they were a tad pricier than I’m used to, but like I said it was well worth it. I’ll be back for sure.

I came here and got my nails filled. The brushes they were using didn’t look new but I wasn’t sure. Well now I am. I have an infection in my nail hence the greenish spot, as well as another on my middle finger. So unsanitary and now I have to leave my nails bare and go see a doctor. I’ve been getting acrylics for years and have never had this happen.

Loved it. Dont get many pedicures myself, but it was well worth it. Friendly place to sit back and relax for sure.

They did such an amazing job, the prettiest nails i’ve ever had, paid close attention to detail and were very nice all for a reasonable price one of my favorite places :)

Very friendly on the phone to make the appointment, but then they were 45min late to take us. During the calf massage (the best part!) I asked for firm pressure, but he said he cannot do a strong massage.I wont go back.

This place used to be great. They no longer open on time. Having a 9:30 appointment means the owner might be there to open up or not and the employees will roll in after that. The last time I was there the tech spent his time telling me how much he hated his job and the quality of the mani/pedi reflected that. This time I waited a half hour past my appointment to be told it would be another half hour. They have lost a customer who was tipping very well post-Covid.

QV Nails was recommended to me by several people. The salon was super clean and the selection of SNS was super organized and lots of colors to pick from.The staff is super friendly and the prices are amazing. T did my SNS and she did a wonderful job! She is meticulous and goes over everything twice to make sure everything looks perfect! I highly recommend this salon for super fair prices and great work!!

Employees were very rude. And the place smells so bad my eyes were watering.

Very disappointed. Guy who removed my acrylics left bruising under my nails. Never attempted to soak them off, only pried at them and ripped them off. Extremely painful. Definitely will not go back.

What I loved most about this salon was that they were able to VERY QUICKLY take off my current gel polish - which as you know, is the most annoying part of getting a gel manicure. I will go back simply for that reason. To make it a 5-star review they would need to improve their color selection for gel polish as it was limited, and also a $2 fee for a credit card transaction is high. There’s plenty of credit card processing companies out there who can help you lower those fees. It’s 2019 and you can make paying with a credit card less expensive than that for your customers.

Always nice and as accommodating as they can be. I love the atmosphere and personality while getting nails that always last weeks with no breaks.

I would give them lower stars but they do good work. I’ve only had my nails done here once though I’ve been here twice. The first time no one acknowledged my existence for the longest time until I left. They’re personalities are pretty blah and it’s a hit or miss if you get service. I live right around the corner I really only stop here out of convenience but I’ve just seen much better customer service elsewhere it’s usually worth going somewhere further.

I visited this salon and the customer service was awful! I waited over an hour long and four other guest went before me because they claim only two people did acrylic nails which was a lie. And when I got in the chair to get a fill I asked the price which he said $20 so the went up $2. Then while doing my nails he said it would be an extra $3 to put a little acrylic on the edge of my nail that lifted up from the acrylic (which Ive have never heard of a fee for that). I told him I like my nails square and he ended up rounding the corners then got frustrated when I said to him that I asked to keep them square. I also mentioned I didnt want my nails cut down so he didnt take them down except for one hand which made them short on one hand and longer on the other. Lee got mad about having to fix it and told me Im too picky so they wont take me anymore. Youre a place of service. Im paying you to do my nails how I want them not how you want them! Rude people and I dont recommend this place!

Love love love this place. Vee does a fantastic job on my nails. She remembers how I like my nails everytime I go in. The have a large variety of colors to choose from.The facility is warm, welcoming and very clean. Highly recommended!!

Staff was rude, i got seen by 3 diffrent people, place was not vented strong smell of acrylic and chemicals. After being in there for over an hour they tried to open doors get fresh air in afyer realizing i was pregnant.

I love this place. been going ever since they opened. Always do a great job even when theyre overwhelmed with clients. They offer free water and soda. To the people saying they are dry or seem to not care realize that they are there to do their job and are more focused on that than making you feel like the world revolves around you. If you leave with great nails, what else matters? Oh and I love their Buddhist altar. Great people in my opinion.

Awesome service, I was there on 3/30/2018, it was nothing but great service from the beginning to the end. One person did my pedi and another person did my fill and I was informed of every step. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Sam and Tracy and the Owners, you all played a part in the service I received. Keep up the great work!

The customer service is terrible I waited hours to get my nails done after I signed in and I saw other women sign in after me and they kept letting them go before me. I asked how much longer the wait would be and they said 45 minutes after I’d already waited 2 hours.

Go somewhere else. Collectively ten words were said to me while I was there. Waited 1 hour to be taken back, and once done no one said anything about how long I was supposed to sit under the lights. I stayed for 30 minutes. A decent job was done on my nails, but they apply three coats of Polish all at once, which a half hour under the lights still didnt dry them all the way which I found out three hours later when I unknowingly smudged one of my big toes. Price was fair, but it would be great if they had a price list for you to see, since its also difficult to communicate with the staff.

I love love love this place! The atmosphere is relaxing, the music is a mix between 90s and current love songs, and the people are very friendly! There was a little bit of a wait because I was a walk in, but they were attentive and were very pleasant to the other customers as well as myself. My nails are fabulous and Im taking a friend to go get pedicures! If anyone said the people arent friendly I can only imagine that they customer wasnt friendly either. Any questions I asked my nail artist she answered and we joked and it was very nice! I wont go anywhere else, but I would recommend calling first otherwise odds are youll have to wait.-Laura

If I could leave zero star ratings I would . I have went there for years to get my nails done. however today I sat there for an hour and a half Waiting to get my nails done.. They had three employees working on one customer As I sat there patiently waiting.. I got up and left. Absolutely terrible customer service ! Do not recommend anyone to go here.

The best nails in town! Lee is an expert and his work is total perfection!! I have been coming to QV Nails since they opened 5+ years ago and wouldnt go anywhere else. I always leave a very satisfied customer. If you havent tried them, I highly recommend you do!

SO DISAPPOINTED !!! I have been going here for a year and have spent a fair amount of $$. Last time I had a fill and it was less then adequate. Had to travel for work the following week and it started chipping so I called them once I returned to let them know. By then it had been two weeks. Shared with the person who answered when I called. I have had my nails done for 15 years all over the world and it always lasts for two weeks plus weeks. The Customer Service person refused to understand that they started chipping after a week but I could get in due to travelling. She kept saying.....Sorry, too late, you wait too long. Sorry cant help you. With total disregard that it was a crappy job by QV Nails. Wont go back ever. Absolutely total disregard for a good client who has spent a fair amount of money there. Will take my business else where and NEVER return !!

My sister and I visited this nail salon last week and I was very disappointed. I hate to throw the race card out there but I feel like they were racist. We walked in and signed our names along with another woman (also black) who signed in just as we did. As we were waiting two white women walked in after us (no appointment) and they serviced them before us. When trying to ask why we hadnt received any service they ignored us. I will never go back to this salon again.

Everyone was so friendly. Mary did my nails and she rocked them. I will be back again.

My friend goes here so she recommended this pace to me. No complaints. Would go again.

I have been a client at QV Nails since they have opened. They salon is clean, staff extremely friendly and professional. I have standing appointments with Lee and am highly satisfied. Pricing also is very reasonable. I definitely would recommend giving QV Nails a try. Im sure you will be satisfied also!

Called in and was told they weren’t busy I can come in. First time here at the facility and I waited an hour to be seated, two words were said to me and I was given weird looks the whole time. My nails were long and I specifically said I want to keep them long she went ahead and cut them off. Very rude at check out. Told me my price and left the receipt for me to sign. I won’t be coming here again.

0 stars. Showed a photo of what I wanted and asked for gel. Got neither and French tip was done then pink over top the whole nail. She did only one coat of polish. Called refused a refund and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Terrible service

Dont get me wrong they are fabulous at doing your nails. But they highly lack in customer service they have very dry personalities. Not friendly and courteous to the customer. They make it seem like you are bothering them. I wouldnt go back here. They guy that works there is very dirty they dont clean their tools. And they dont tell you to wash your hands. Terrible I dont recommend it.

The wait time for walk-ins in nonsensical. I waited an hour and twenty minutes yesterday.

My pedicure only lasted for a week. Whereas pedicures from other places have lasted a month. I felt like the girl was rushing through her work and looked like she didnt want to be there.

I have been to a million different places and I cant express enough how much I love this place !! Lee does my nails for me and he makes them perfect every time . I dont even have to tell him what I want , he already knows !! there are times when I have to sit to sit there forever but its def, worth the wait ! they are very curtious and respectful ! and the place is so clean , and I love what they keep on the TVs its very entertaining and I love it !!

They do a much better job on my nails than another place I have been.

They are very unprofessional and amateurish. They keep the front door propped open in the summer allowing bugs pollen etc to float in instead of turning on the air conditioner. The carpet was covered with pollen.They charge you for services that you do not request. I felt scammed and angry! Do not go there! This was a waste of time and money!

Nice staff but made me pay $40 for a fill and one lifted a week later. Everytime I got my nails done there at least one has lifted.

I love QV Nails! My daughter and I go there for manis and pedis. They are clean, courteous, professional and quick. And they do a great job!

Went in to get a pedicure done on a Saturday around 2, with two other people and was told no, it would be a couple hours because there was only one person doing pedicures and that we could wait until the other workers came in.
