Great place! Reasonable price. I come here with my girlfriend and they rub my legs longer while they paint her nails so I dont just sit and wait!

They are absolutely wonderful. Best place or spa services by far. Staff exude kindness, hard work, and go out of their way to make your experience perfect. Will never go anywhere else.

A lovely clean shop with nice people that do a great job. Lee did my pedicure and is very knowledgeable about properly taking care of your feet, ingrown toenails, calluses, etc. Prices are competitive. Service is outstanding. I always feel welcome when I walk in the door of Eagle Nail.

Wont be going back! Ive used this salon for years! Ive been through 2 other change of ownership without issues. Todays visit was disappointing to say the least. The nail tech did a horrible job. In that each nail is filed and shaped at different angles and the thickness of the overlay is inconsistent. The Gel polish bubbled up in spots. Very disappointed. Will take my business else where.

Terrible with pedicure. Hurt the feet. Person even took the scraper to the top of the foot which caused scabs and pain. Never going back

Didnt get what I asked for After showing a picture and the nail tech said she understood but clearly she didnt and super over priced for thick and uneven nails. Nails dont even point straight!!! I wouldnt even give them one star!

What happened to the previous owners?? My daughter and I wanted to get out nails done (2 full sets and one soak off). We called at 3:56pm and scheduled an appointment for 5:30pm the same day. We arrive in time, and the lady in the front chair said they were booked! So I informed her that we scheduled a 5:30 appointment to which she responded that we would have to wait another hour. So we decided to wait against my gut feeling. After waiting about 30 mins, a pedicurist (male) came to the front yelling at my daughter and I saying “I DON’T DO ACRYLICS!” all in front of another couple that were waiting to be serviced. Very unprofessional! Then he preformed a pedicure and acrylic nails on the couple that witnessed him yelling at us!! Right after this, two women were available to do my daughter and I nails (50 mins after our original appointment). So the lady doesn’t soak me off, she just rips my old acrylic off with nail tips! Overall my daughter was happy with her nails but they could have been better. Once I finally got my set on I had to inform her of the corrections that need to be made (lumps in the acrylic, correct shaping on all fingers, length etc.) To top it all off, TWO days later I noticed two of my nails were lifting!! Would never return there, especially to spend my hard earned money on unprofessionalism and poor quality nails and service!! First time trying out this nail salon. Won’t ever go back. Felt like they were rushing and I had 3 different people work on my nails. I asked for short and rounded, but they obviously don’t know how to do round very well. All my nails are different shape! And they are way too thick! Disappointed I had to pay $45 for this.

I had a relaxing stone pedicure . Service is excellent and staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs 🙂 will definitely be back soon!

I could’ve done a better job at home. There is paint in my nail beds. My feet look terrible. My nails are filed crooked. It looks like an ametuer did them. Not happy especially for $100.

Ok work. Always in a rush Beware they will talk about you to the entire shop in their language. They will make you feel embarrassed about the way your natural nails look (especially if your a nail biter). Just very unprofessional overall. They are only nice and professional with their “regulars” FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BE SERVICED!!

He rush’s, don’t speak when you come in, the pedi water was cold, my nails are super thin. I don’t like his vibe and he’s childish. And they need to clean. They act like they can’t do anything but acrylic. Don’t waste your time.

Went in today, took my niece in for a pedicure. They massaged legs less than 1 minute. Had no AC running. And charged 30.00 for each service..... we then went to a poool 2 hours later and 2 of my nieces toes, had no paint on them!!!!!!!! Would never return.. would not give them 5.00 for their service.

I came here after many failed attempts at rose nails I found a picture of nails I loved and Ben did them to a tee they were amazing Im much over due for a fill but after a month my nails are still going strong he was always asking my opinion to make sure I was satisfied I will be back and make this my regular spot thank you for doing such an amazing job cant wait for my fill 😊

This place is great!! The do beautiful nail jobs. I got a full set for $30. It was 2 extra dallors to get a coffin shape. The total was 32 dallors. U should come !

Ive never been there, but Im sitting in the parking lot as theyre closing. An employee in a big black SUV license 1111 gets in the car, then opens the door and dumps a bunch of trash in the parking lot. NOT COOL! I will definitely never go there.

I had my first pedicure ever and it was great. The girl was very nice and she asked me if i wanted my nails done too and i told her i would like to get a manicure with simple french tips. After my pedicure was done she escorted me to the manicure table where a guy, i believe his name is Ben did my manicure. This was also my first manicure but im pretty sure there is more to it than soaking my nails for 30 seconds, removing my cuticles and applying polish...especially since i was charged $15 for the manicure and an extra $5 for the polish. I regret tipping him $2. Im not sure i will go back to this place because when i dont get what paid for it really doesnt sit well with me at all.

I have never had a problem until today. Some new kid that looks like he is 14 did my nails and he took a whole hour just getting the acrylic right. On top of that they are crooked and not done at all how I wanted. When I said something they told me to come back tomorrow and they would fix it because they were busy. I used to love comming here but I wont again. I could have done a better job.

My mom and I went to get our nails done here. We had a long wait, even though we scheduled an appointment. Most of the staff werent friendly or informative. Also, the place is in need of a cleaning. My $40.00 gel manicure started chipping within 4 days. Definitely never going here again. Im extremely unsatisfied with the work done here.

I went here with my daughter to get our nails done. My daughter had a good experience but I didnt. I dont think the person doing my nails knew how to do the dipping powder. They are not shiny, they look dusty and now its peeling off after only 2 days. It cost me $45. The 2 stars are for my daughter.Im going back to Crystal Nails salon.

Made an appt for 615 to get my cousins nails painted ( shes 5 ) got there ar 6 and got told they closed at 7 ans had to come back tomorrow. Mind you i made this appt at noon. And shes 5 years old & was only getting her nails painted & WE ALREADY MADE AN APPT. I recommend going to nail fever. They did a GREAT job on my nails and hers. Would never go back to this place smh.Edit to their response : yes, it definitely happened. I dont think your denial matters

My girlfriend enjoys getting her nails done often. She has been to this location quite a bit. I think they are too expensive, but then again im a dude. However, i am the exact person to listen to about this place because i hear all of her complaints for the next week. This past time it didnt even take a day for her to start. Apparently the guy didnt cut her nails to the proper shape. And quite honestly, by looking at them he was a bit indecisive. Also, i notice the paint doesnt even cover the entire nail, giving a chipped illusion. I will be trying to persuade her to go to other shops in the future, because I dont want to deal with the complaints. So for all the guys out there getting gift cards, dont get them to this place.

I love this place! They recently updated the salon and it looks great! But seriously reviewers, if you come in and there are six people ahead of you, why complain about the wait? I was in back in April and it was what I call the start of sandal weather. There were so many people waiting for mani-pedis. Of course there will be a wait. They had 5 techs working just as fast and as efficient as they could! And when you are kicking back in the massage chair, do you want to be rushed? No! You are paying good money to have something done so why would you want the tech to rush because they are busy? The thing that I love most? They take their time to do the job right. A shellac job can last me about 4 weeks and Im a computer programmer and type all day every day. Ignore the grumpy reviews and give this place a go. You wont regret it. P.S. They are busy because they are GOOD!!!! :)

The wait time is not good, but the prices are great for a fill. Mia is my favorite, but hard to get. Some of their chemicals burn my nails.

They are close to where i live in Lakemore. I have tried them 3 or 4 times. They cut a full set too short and I bumped my nailon a full set, which they didnt even fixed very well. This shop also needs a REALLY good cleaning. Really with all the nails salons around you would think they would try to update their salon, instead of their bank accounts. Sorry im looking for a new salon.

It’s ok I will go back for sure because it’s very cheap everyone there is very nice however the third day/ today my thumb acrylic broke right in half it was not because I was not careful it was because she I don’t know her name made it very thin so think that there was not as much strength so the nail broke I will be coming back tomorrow hopefully to get it fixed

I went to the place and the next day i got an infection on my right pointer finger it was horrible it back to almost normal but it has bumps never coming back or my friends or family i am warning u!!
