Yesterday at about 5:30 p.m. I came in for a manicure with dip polish. For over two hours my nails were drilled, filed and soaked in straight acetone for long periods of time. My thumb nail tips were drilled off, too.Then another technician took over and did my dip polish the right way. I was charged for the two tips the first technician drilled off and for the full price of a dip manicure from hell. The polish I had on when I came in was done by Grand Nails a couple weeks ago. That lasted barely two weeks and was cracked and darkened within two days. I work in an office, so Im not hard on my nails.I am shocked Grand Nails charged me full price last night. Even charging me for the tips that the first technician destroyed. My finger tips are sore and dry from soaking so long in acetone. Ive been a customer for quite awhile.I understand mistakes happen, but using up my evening, soaking and drilling for hours and charging me for tips the technician destroyed is wrong. I will not be coming back. Not because of the mistakes the technician made, but because Grand Nails charged me for this horrible experience. I even tipped 20% because I felt the first technician tried and was very kind, but managements decision to make me pay for this nightmare was absolutely wrong.I had been referring people to Grand Nails. Now I wont. Instead I will tell people about this terrible experience. I hope the owners think about the fact that customer service matters and makes more money than focusing on getting money and not caring about customers. Im very disappointed that Grand Nails management was so inconsiderate.

Always clean, efficient, and hygienic. They all do a great job and take good care of their customers and their business. Took my elderly father for a pedicure...he loved it and thought he was treated like a king! It was adorable! Thank you Grand Nails!

This shop is so nice and the nail techs are very solid. I go for pedicures and I’m never disappointed. Highly recommend making an appointment because they are usually booked up on Saturday mornings. So if you’re hoping to just walk in, NOPE. I absolutely love Grand Nails

First off the lady was very rude and got mad at the design i asked for. then she stopped in the middle of mine to do someone else which took 20+ minutes my nails a chunky and bad design she also cut my finger and drilled my skin multiple times. rushed meto pay before my nails where even done. 74 dollars + a 10 dollar tip waste of 84 dollars. will never ever come back again.

Great job on nails! I got the long, sunset ombre dip powder design which came up to $80. Going to see how long they last. Nail tech did a good job!

The young man at the desk treated me real disrespectful. Laughing at me which I never understand his reasoning behind it. My last two visits were not good at all they had this guy do my nail and it looked like a 5 year old painted them. I did not cause a scene or was rude or disrespectful to anybody. I paid full price without complaining getting still after being there well over three hours because someone else had to fix my nails. I also tipped as well every time with the employee acting funny still get treated disrespectfully. I guess not everybody’s money is good money. So I will take business else where. If you don’t want my business SAY SO!

I loved my nails but this place is incredibly over priced. there’s a minimum $15 upcharge for just about anything, getting dip taken off, ombré, chrome, designs, etc. The nail techs don’t really make conversation which made it really awkward. They do a good job it’s just way too pricey, and they’re about to up their prices

The picture I included is two weeks after my nail appointment with Kaylee. She did an amazing job and I will go back to her. Two weeks and these nails have held up against cooking, cleaning, gardening, summer activties, games, you name it! Im not easy on my nails by any means and I am very impressed with the excellent care they took to clean and prepare my nails along with the completed manicure given by a professional technician in a clean salon.

08/11/2020: Ms. Tina is the absolute best!! She runs the best salon in town and gives excellent customer service and makes sure every single nail is perfect before you leave. This is a great salon and it was super clean before COVID and now it is extra clean and safe because of COVID-19. They take walk-ins but appointments are best!03/09/2020: Again this place is fantastic. Excellent service, spotless facility and TRUE and accurate pricing. You will NOT be disappointed here, its just not possible!WOW! What a beautiful CLEAN grand salon! Very Nice! Staff is very pleasant and the service was patient and not rushed and excellent! This nail salon is spacious, clean, and taking extra precautions for the pandemic. All of the staff are friendly. Melina, the nail tech assigned to me during my first visit, is exceptional with her attention to detail and quality of work. A very pleasant experience overall - would highly recommend!

My girl Cynthia is amazing! She can do literally anything you ask to put on your nails as far as designs go! She will make your nails look perfect every time and she is so fun, sweet and such an amazing woman Check! Check her out. Overall she is a 10/10I do think this place is over priced though. $25 for a fill.. not bad but $15 extra for gel?? I also got a simple design on 4 nails and I was charged $15 extra for that! Thats just insane. So my entire fill with all of that cost me $58 with tax before I tipped her.

Im so pleased to find Cynthia.Grand Nails was clean professional and following the covid 19 guidelines. Love how grand the size of the salon was as well. Cynthia does a superb job and I will continue using their services 👍😉

I received a full set from melina which was great and a fill from a gentleman 2 weeks ago (I don’t remember his name) they are super friendly but I just took my nail polish off to go and get another fill and noticed fungus on my nail. Had to soak nail off. Somewhere along the lines things were not sanitary. Good thing I found the fungus before it got worse.

Lately I’ve had bad luck at nail salons but this is the 3rd time I’ve been to Grand and all 3 experiences were good!! I hope they keep up the good customer service and the cleanliness. A lot of salons seem to open make their money then fade off! So far so good with this place!

Had a set appointment for 1pm didn’t get into a chair till 2 then it’s wasn’t even the person i set the appointment with and the old guy in the front just started doing what he wanted to my nails and when i told him that’s not how i want my nails he told me i could leave i also reported this shop to the bbb and they don’t clean the chairs when you get out of them they just sit you there as soon as some gets up
