Everyone at the practice is friendly. It had been quite a while since my last cleaning. There was no judgement. They also explained everything. Brianna was very gentle with my cleaning. I really appreciate how comfortable they made me feel!

Super friendly staff! I hadnt been to the dentist in 2 years because I wasnt a fan of my old dentist and its all my insurance covered at the time. After my 1st appointment I told my fiance he needs to make an appointment here so he did. I had a lot of tartar build up on my bottom front teeth making me self conscious about my smile. After a deep cleaning with Brianna my teeth look amazing. Highly recommend this office and Hygienist Brianna.

The site was very informative while offering a welcoming and friendly vibe. I was nervous for my first appointment and the staff was nothing but professional, friendly and reassuring. My adult son was in so much pain he had a broken tooth with an exposed nerve called 7-8 dentist called Dr Mark had us come right in took him right back was in and out in less then 30 min and for in being a Emergency the cost wasnt bad either the staff was awesome the lady at the desk when you come in forgive me I cant remember her name a blonde it was on a Monday afternoon around 3:00 was very sweet and kind the office was very clean and inviting and I myself have had a fear of the dentist and can see my self going there as a patient.Great job. Christina at the front desk is diligent, accommodating, and thorough with scheduling and insurance, making the administrative side of things as painless as possible. My family and I have been going there for more than 10 years and will continue to do so as long as this team is there.

I had a really great experience. Karen, my dental hygienist (I hope this is the correct title) was friendly, thorough, and gentle. I have had some pretty painful cleanings in the past, and this was not at all. Dr. Rigby was also wonderful, as was the reception staff. I felt very welcome, the wait was minimal, and everyone was very careful and conscientious regarding COVID safety. Oddly looking forward to my next visit 🤣

I have had ALOT of work done over the years and have went to various business. Iv had very bad experiences of charges and physical pain which left me very anxious to visit the dentist for minor to major work. I finally decided to go back after having so much work done, this time here at this office I got a Root Canal this is my 4th one Again Iv had dentist fill things and it not work or still be infected. As I laid back in the chair I was very nervous the dr.German I believe her name was and her assistants were so nice and explained everything they were doing to put my mind at ease. She injected me with the Novocain I swear I didn’t even feel it pierce my gum then she started the root canal ( NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I WENT TO THE DENTIST AND FELT NO PAIN) this time I did.She was so precise and cautious of my anxiety. I just never thought my fear of the dentist would subside till I came here. I have more appointments and I’m not nervous at all they are all so great here. Would definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience here! The secretary was so lively and sweet. She genuinely seemed to care about me. My hygienist, Tiffany I believe, was the best I’ve ever had. She thoroughly explained everything she did and was so gentle. She asked constantly if I was handling it okay. My previous experiences at another office were nothing like this one. Dr Rigby made me feel comfortable and I left knowing I was in good hands. 10/10 highly recommend.

I chipped my tooth on Satuday, called Dr. Rigbys office the following Monday morning, explained my situation, the pain I were in and was able to get an appointment that day 10am. The lady at the front was kind and extremely helpful. When I arrived they took me directly back then, Dr. Rigby came in and introduced himself and took his time with me. I needed a filling. I was tense the entire prcedure waiting for the pain but, never had any. After, he was finished, I were numb, my filling felt great, no bulky or bitter tast. I would definaly recommend Dr. Rigby and his team to everyone.

I have been coming to this office since I was a little kid, and the experience has always been amazing! The girls in the office are wonderful (Christina who works the desk is the best!!) and it feels more like family than a dentist office. I have been seeing Dr. Rigby for the last year or so, (was previously seeing the other doc in the office) and the experience is just as great as it has always been. He is both gentle and knowledgeable .. two things that really make a great dentist. His assistant Stacy is awesome as well .. and I really enjoy my visits with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new office!

He spends time explaining the procedure in question prior to actually doing the work. I highly recommend this dental office for routine cleanings and significant dental work.
