Absolutely horrible customer service. The guy was rude. Will not go there.

Terrible. They need to learn how to under promise and over deliver. Phone was supposed to be do at latest 1pm. I never got a phone call when it was complete so i called i called after 1. They stated ready in 20 mins (so maybe 1:35pm) on that phone call. I got there and still wasnt complete at 3pm. Terrible customer service. I dropped my phone off at 9:33am.... Thank god i got my $10 off of $351.59.

They did a really good job with replacing my iPhone battery. I was expecting them to take about half to whole hour, but the repair was finished in just 10 minutes. Highly recommend going to them if battery needs replacing. Signing online nets you $10 off as well for a single repair, so its a good deal!

They offer friendly, knowledgeable staff and great prices on quality work. This is my second iPhone screen replacement I’ve had done there and they have been consistently excellent. They are usually done quicker than anticipated and are very thorough. I will be back.

This is the second time I have been here to have my cell phone looked at. The first time they replaced my iPhone 6 battery. They had it done in less that 30 minutes for just over $30. I was impressed. This time I had charge port issues on the same phone. They opened my phone to discover my charge port had become unplugged. They charged me $25 and it all took place in about 20 mnts. Had the port been bad, they had the part in stock. Again, I was impressed. I like this place and everyone seems to be competent.

Battery replacement was an easy process. Start online to make an appointment. The actual time at the store was about 30-40 minutes, which included checking in and then waiting about 25 minutes while the battery was replaced. I was happy with the service.

Repair (Battery Change on Samsung S& Edge) was fine, I was told it would take about 1 - 1 1/2 hours and I gave an alternate phone number to call when it was finished, 2 1/2 hours later I hadnt heard from them so I went back to the store to check on my phone. The repair was done but they never called to let me know.

Replaced battery and rear cover on Galaxy S7. Approximate time 1.25 hours. Cost with in store discount was half of the nearest competitor.I will be using them for future repairs and replacements.

I called up and asked how much it would be to replace the screen and LED underneath my I phone 6s. The price they gave me was a laughable $119.00. An apple store will charge you $120.00 to fix it, it makes no sense to get it fixed here, they are trying to rip you off.

Not sure if the new battery lasts any longer than the previous one.
