Don’t put 24 hours up if you’re not really open for 24 hours I called this company a couple times they forward me to voicemail twice. Just a waist of time.

I originally called another company and was told that it would be $300 to open my door because it was after hours. I called them around 7pm and keep in mind that they are a 24 hour company. I contacted this company and he was at my house within 20 minutes and only charged me $75. I paid him $100 because of his great service.

Vassar from Aladdin lock and key is the BEST! I originally called a place called Locksmith Ohio because they were the closest. They were absolutely horrible would never advise anyone to contact them! Told me they would be there in 20 min. After an hour forty five minutes still waiting. Called to see if they were still on way. They rudely just answered and said you are out of our area and abruptly hung up. Now glad they didnt come otherwise I would not have had the pleasure of working with Vassar! He was honest. Did not try to nickle and dime me and has great work ethics. I gave him a challenging job and he was determined not to give up! My daughter locked herself in her bedroom and even though she unlocked the door knob it wouldnt open. I tried butter knives, screwdrivers,credit cards but nothing worked. She was locked in there for hours with no luck. This wonderful man walked me through the steps and helped me figure out the lock was broken and told me how to remove it in minutes. He did all this without charging me a penny. What a nice guy! Hes a lifesaver!

The gentleman from Aladdin Lock & Key That I just spoke to was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field. He addressed my problem right on the phone, walked me through how to get my stuck key from the lock. I would have never got it out without him. My lock will need addressed here in the near future, but to take the time to walk me through the process with no charge....I will be using his service and referring everyone to Aladdin in the future.

In the past 3 years Ive used him more times than I can count... Im always more than happy with his service. Hes always quick and efficient not to mention professional and friendly. He quoted me at a fraction of the price of a competitor the first time I used him and came out after midnight when all the other 24/7 companies I called told me tough luck basically until morning ranging from 7-9 am... He said give him 20 minutes to get to me and had my truck opened within a half an hour of making the call and on the road... And it didnt put a dent in my pocket. Hes unlocked a few of my trucks made keys that have been lost replaced locks, changed locks, even makes the long haul to my mothers when I call and need him to help her... That is priceless to me knowing my mother is in good hands and I Dont need to leave work to be sure shes not taken advantage of... And even then his prices are more than reasonable... I wish all people in the service industry were as reliable honest dedicated and kind as he has always been with me and my family. I highly recommend trying him next time you need a locksmith and you will do as I did and lock his number in your phone. Id never consider calling anyone else. The service we have gotten couldnt be topped nor the rates.

Vassar was absolutely fantastic! He came out to my house this evening as I was having trouble installing some locks I bought because the holes in the doors were too small. He was able to enlarge the holes and got the locks in successfully in a very timely manner. He didnt nickel and dime me like a lot of locksmiths will and I was charged the same as what he quoted me on the phone. He was very professional, personable, and very interesting to talk to as well! 10/10 experience, I will be calling him again and recommending him to all my friends!

The expert at Aladdin Lock & Key will be able to solve any problem you may have. New to Akron, I recently bought a used value package civic with an incorrect spare key. After originally estimating the key at a higher price he was still honest and actually showed me how the keys are priced, cut, and even reprogrammed. My vehicle was a headache to find the correct new keys for but he was able to quickly help me, even in inclement weather. I was also able to get my door lock fixed. Smart, resourceful, and responsive, I have no fear knowing that I can call him anytime if I ever have any future issues.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!! I got locked out of my apartment and Vassar came out to help me. He went absolutely above and beyond to try and get me back into my apartment. He tried to get my window open to avoid drilling through the lock but in the end he drilled through it even though it was EXTREMLY DIFFICULT to do so. He did not give up and eventually got my door unlocked. He also gave me a free lock that he put on my door to get me through till the morning. With everything this man did for me, the price was more than reasonable.

A guy named Vassar came out to unlock my car. Nice guy, pretty straight forward. You can tell hes about his business. And thats good because thats exactly what it is. I just want to say that this is the best service I have ever had in my entire life. Our situation was a bit complicated but he took his time and worked hard in 90° weather to get my daughter a new key for her car and it worked perfectly! Vassar was professional and great to have in our home for rekeying our locks. I had attempted to rekey them myself but my springs fell out. Vassar said this was a locksmiths worst nightmare but he didnt seem worried at all. Vassar showed me how to fix it and guided me along the way. He was very patient and did a great job rekeying the rest of our locks. Hes also priced fair. I would use him again and will be sure to recommend him in the future.

Dont know who I talked to yesterday but they were extremely rude. Called in trying to get another car key because I drove out 45 mins with a friend to pick up my car at my previous apt, but unfortunately I forgot the key. I was recommended by a friend to call this place but the rep i talked to had a nasty attitude and got smart with me when I commented saying the price for a replacment key was a bit too much for me. Then the rep just hung up on me before I could finish talking.

AMAZING. This was probably the best customer service Ive had in my life. This guy answered the phone right away. He immediately had an answer for me. Instead of having me drive to him, he took over 10 minutes on the phone to give me directions to program a key with a chip in it to start my 2011 Chevy Cruze (these directions were not posted anywhere online, despite all my searching). The programming worked perfectly. Every other locksmith Ive spoken to has quoted me high prices and I was about to make an hour and a half trip to one who didnt know whether or not he could help when I found Aladdin Lock & Key. I called Aladdin back up after having successfully programmed 2 keys to tell him it worked and I was so happy I offered to pay him, but he refused. He was kind and patient and funny and professional and he made everything so much easier for me, and for free. I cannot thank him enough!!!!!
