Excellent customer service experience. Clean, fresh foods, plenty of sanitizers and safe dining area

So heres the thing...Havent been here in awhile so wasnt sure what to expect. Food was good, hot and decently fresh for the time we went. No ham and chicken to put on the salads. No candies for the ice cream for the kids, what happened to the gummy bears. Waiter kept the plates cleared off the table and drinks refilled. Now heres the kicker tho...lets get to the bathrooms. The stalls are so small its hard to get into them and Im not even a person of bigger size. Then the stall door I was in was held on by wire coat hangers. Bathroom was dirty and smelled. I would have rather went in the parking lot then feel like I got a staff infection from the dirty bathroom. Probably will go to canton next time I want to eat here.

Very impressed overall. All of the food was always stocked hot fresh and delicious. Even with a very large party it was unnoticeable that they had such a large crowd. During dinner rush hour service was great place was very clean and staff was friendly courteous and on top of it. Definitley the best golden corral experience ever and we will definitley be back to this location. 5 stars for sure.

I picked up a to go order last Saturday. The food tasted fine but I woke up the next morning and threw up. I was sick all day long and could not hold any food down. I even had to call off work the next day because I felt so sick. I will never ever eat here again

What can I say? It is what it is, but it always exceeds my expectations for quality. We had a great experience and I honestly cant think of a single reason not to go here.

The food is good but they need to bring back hamburgers at lunch time. They didnt have soup or chill either. The service is good and its clean inside they just need an expanded menu

Just a little disappointed.. No breakfast, only on weekends. Soup was old and sour tasting, might have been spoiled. No burgers for lunch like menu stated.

The food tasted great. Amanda was an awesome waiter. My only complaint would be Golden Coral needs to do a better job at keeping their food hot. They also need to do a better job at having coverage at the different food stations so that the workers do not leave their stations unattended unless they have somebody else to relieve them.

Excellent food great price friendly service

I had such a pleasant trip to Golden corral. I had a large party of 16. They were busy and they still made accommodations for me. The manager was so amazing she arranged us to have safe seating within 10 minutes and even dealt with an unpleasant party before us with class. Our waitress provided fast service we never had to ask for anything.

I came in the morning before 10am thinking they were only going to serve breakfast but found out they serve brunch meals instead of breakfast. Which is dinner choices mixed with a few breakfast choices, the drinks were only foundation soda, tea, water and coffee. Wished they had more for breakfast but the servers were friendly and the food was good nonetheless.

Thought employees are to serve And please the customers . cook smartly said and i quote( theres chicken and fish thats all you need).i come for steaks and potatoes .the so called cook needs lesson in customer service. And they also need to watch how they talk to 60 year old handy cap people also there lucky i didnt find out that they where very rude to her till we left we will not be back.

Service was great for my waiter he was very nice to me and my son.. Til I left and BLk lady pick on me. 👩🏽‍🦽She was rude cause I ask if I could go out one way close to car🙀. She repeated me over and over to her coworkers, then she roll her eyes. I’m black too. Just a person with a slight disadvantage being normal with my walk-in and speech. Still she was rude I won’t be back. Some folks don’t know how to act. Wait til she’s ever in my shoes or someone in her family. She’ll think twice.

I havent been there for years and my friend and I went in there the other day and they have the best food and such a huge variety and I would recommend it to anyone

Food is good but I tend to eat more than I need too!!

The salad bar was very limited! Was disappointed. But the man on the grill and the gentleman who was out server was terrific. Just dont go if your looking forward to salad

I was at your restaurant yesterday at Akron, Ohio @ 3:10p.My boyfriend pushed me in my wheelchair into the restaurant, we heard the Cashier treating previous customer RUDELY! The without a HELLO, the Casher preceeded to tell us that ,We close in 20 minutes! RUDELY AGAIN! So...the restuarant closed at 3:30p. My boyfriend also notice that they were shutting down the buffet 20 minutes early, and their were customers still in there eating. So we left!! While we were getting back into the car, other customers were trying to go in & denied service and they were just as angry just like us.I was looking forward to a nice meal with my boyfriend. Especially since this was the first time I was out to a nice restuarant, since I was in the hospital with Covid /Pneumonia & Rehab for 6 weeks in June 2021. Your restaurant and employee ruined it!So SHAME ON YOU! I looked online there was nothing about your restaurant closing early. Then, your rude employee. This is how you treat your customers, no wonder over half of your corporates restuarants are closed. Speaking of corporate, I am calling corporate headquarters about this situation. I used to love eating at your restaurants, but now I dont know if I will be back. We will see what corporate says...

Got here at 12:28pm and was charged for dinner?? Their posted information said dinner starts at 4pm. $38 for two people to have lunch. Two stars because the waitress was great though the person that checked us out was pretty gruff.

Very clean. I really like how they do the buffet now. I wasnt even going to go until I went in and asked how they were operating now. They serve the food to you from behind glass. Only 1 person touches your plate (with gloves on) throughout that whole section of the buffet. We happened to go at a time when we had a whole section to ourselves. They bring the rolls to the table now. Only thing that bothered us was it was very cold in the restaurant.

Worst restaurant ever the food was not changed almost the whole time I was at the establishment. The workers that workedwith the food were too busy socializing thanmaking sure that the food was fresh. The only items that were changed were the steak and the mashed potatoes. People continued to come in and still they remained cleaning letting the people eat that old Food. This was the absolute worst restaurant and service that I have ever experienced The absolute worst! !

The food was good for a buffet,.of course.They practice social distancing and have hand sanitizer stations in each line thats roped off. The only thing I was concerned about is when I was there they only had one waitress. One. She made her tips though she was so nice.

This place to great! There is so much differnt types of food to choose from! The place is always clean with nice employees. They pay attention to when you need you coffee or beverage refilled. Even the area were you get your own food is alway clean and replenished with more food. I have three different pies for dessert that did not cost any extra! Go & anyjoy!

Where to start.....It was straight attitude from the moment my family and I walked in the door. Very insensitive people to children wondering and touching things- they’re kids they do these things.The people working the bar stations acted like it was so hard to hand people plates. I get they’re not used to actually working but due to the pandemic, that has changed.The food was ok I guess.Our server was the only nice and professional face that was in that place which is why he received a nice tip.I do not think we will be back.

Most of there food is good and a good price. There fried pickles were not all that great.

My wife & I really enjoyed GCB. Walked right in, sat right down ...Remember that song on the radio? Well, the workers were very courteous & helpful too. Now. The buffet tables are not fully staffed with food, due to the present issues. However, we really believe that what food they are preparing is better tasting than ever before. Im not spoofin now, the food is great right now. Including all the fish dishes and veggies. And the fruit is too. Go for it, and enjoy!

This is the second Golden Corral that Ive been to this one is very delicious as well I believe the food is a lot tastier than the one Ive been to a park but my do I do go to the one in Brookpark often this is my first time in many many years going to this go to Corral and it was delicious the customer service was great the food was delicious when I say theres a lot of flavor in their food and I for One Love Flavor because Im a restaurant owner so I love flavor and they got the flavor the menu items there were a lot of items but during the covet I can understand why they dont have a lot of choices but the choices that were there were great choices I love it so if youre planning on going to go to Corral I do recommend this place Im for it youre a low-cost group eating its nice clean and sanitized and there you go

Wasnt bad. Wasnt sure how GC was going to rebound after buffet ban was lifted. One way entrance to the buffet line have to sanitize your hands before they give you a plate. I guess they opened cafeteria style prior.

Awesome food. Daughter asked to go and I have only been there a few times so wasnt sure what to expect but was very impressed.

Staff was in top of making sure covid protocols were being met. Food was hot, buffets were very clean and kept replenished.Ladies room could have used some cleaning attention though.

Missed going, they do ask you to wear masks on and when collecting your food. It is still buffet style, but shields are in place the staff wears gloves and serves all requested food on your plate. Silverware and drinks brought to table and refills as usual. A big thank you out to the staff at Golden Corral our server was on it, the lady at salad bar stayed busy, the gentleman at the fried fish was a real sweetheart and I want to thank the manager for purchasing the restaurant is to my understanding if he had not done so they would be permanently closed down. Not many deserts.no cotton candy.chocolate fountain ect.sanitizing station before getting plate, mask required.wings still pink inside. Server good.

Stuffs are very friendly, food is good. They have good steak served in dinner time. Steak is well seasoning and perfect cooked. Their steak station is at a good hand. The server cared about customer, she came up couple of times to see if you need help or satisfied with the food or service. Definitely recommend this place.

Overall a good breakfast experience. The waitress was attentive and the salad bar was fresh. I only thing that is not good at breakfast is the hasbrown casserole it is always undercooked.
