I want to rate this place 0 stars. Not only do they have a mice problem, but they have no emergency entrance for if the gates are shut down for any trucks to go through, and there is no emergency number to reach anyone at all and when you try to call for the manager on site no one answers or has called back.Horrible service HORRIBLE.Having noone able to contact us while we are on a timely schedule because movers cost money, is costing US more money.

Staff here were very friendly and helpful. The area is clean and nice. The kiosk makes it easy to rent a unit.

They have a mice problem and dont care about it and if they ruin your stuff thats also something they dont care about

I have notified them of a mouse issue in my unit as well. They are getting into everything. I have no food of any kind in my unit. They even ate through a rubbermade container. They have burrowed into my couch as well.
