We received a warranty of a car part. I took it to this dealership and they were phenomenal. The customer service was amazing and even the sales representatives inside the building made conversation and offered me water. It was an overall pleasing experience.

I had a wonderful service rep. Kept me informed the entire time, and suggested repairs that needed done in a timely manner. Repaired my heat shield. Efficient prompt, and helpful. Good service with a smile! 😁

Very nice clean place. But horrible. Ordered the fin part for the top of my titan because itd falling off. They forgot. Oil changed seemed messed up. Lug nut was stripped. Front end by nissan is all misaligned nissan wont help. Ill never go to this dealer again ever for anything

I have gotten multiple text messages from this place I replied stop and it said I was unsubscribed. Then I got a call from the dealership and I told him the same as stated above.2 to 3 hours after that call I received a survey which led me here. I dont even live in Ohio I live in California. STOP ITS THE WRONG NUMBER !!!

The service girl Amy went over everything with me.I have a NV3500 and they were having trouble lifting it to rotate the tires,she came out to the waiting room and took me back to show me whyThey assured me they would get it resolved.I will update latter to see what the final result is.

Excellent service from the Staff and technicians

Oil change and tire rotation... check temp... was 1st scheduled customer. Took over an hour and a half. If the oil change wasnt free Ida taken it to an oil change place and been done in 15 minutes!
