We used TL Worldwide for shuttles for our daughters wedding. We originally had booked them in 2019 but due to COVID had to postpone the wedding. Katrina was extremely responsive and helpful during the 2 years between booking and the event. She helped me determine the right mix of shuttles and timing to get all our guests to and from the wedding venue. Many thanks to TL Worldwide for making the wedding logistics so stress free!

Thomas Limousine made our booking process simple & stress-free & they were extremely accommodating to our needs and very affordable! We used Thomas Limousine for our end of the night shuttle transportation for our August 28th wedding reception to our hotel for all of our guests & bridal party. The staff was on time, extremely friendly, helpful and got all of our guests over quickly & safely. The 14-passenger shuttle bus was nice, clean and perfect for what we needed! We would definitely use TL again!

TL Worldwide was the ABSOLUTE worse transportation service Ive ever experienced! When I called to discuss my concern the gentlemen I spoke with (Don Brodie) told me to deal with it. So unprofessional!

TL Worldwide Transportation was so easy to work with, even after postponing my wedding twice! Katrina was very professional and always quick to respond. I could tell she truly cared about her customers and their experience. Also our driver, Scot Woodroof, went above and behind. We couldnt have asked for a better driver to take care of our guests for the day!

Long story but the bottom line is, we rented and and paid $1016 to take our grandchildren on a 5 hour (turned into 6.5 hours) trip to see Christmas lights and decorations without leaving the limo. We paid extra for a limo with video and neither big screen TV would work. Tough night with three children under the age of 10 with a stack of DVDs that we could not watch! We tried to work out the issue with the company and got a $160 refund. Even if we had cancelled the trip when they got to our house, we would have had to pay and by then, we had three excited children! The driver spent 40 minutes with a tech to no avail and thought that maybe the bumps along the way would make it work. Never did! Bottom line, MAKE SURE you list in the TL contract what you expect...audio, video, heat or AC, window blinds that raise and lower, sufficient ice for the wet bar...whatever. And make sure you indicate what you deserve if they do not provide what you paid for. If they wont accept the changes to the contract, look elsewhere! PS: The driver was fantastic but then the owner of the company spent time explaining to me that it was a top-notch driver who chauffeured LeBron. I guess that was suppose to make me feel better!

We had two different drivers who were both very professional and went above and beyond to deliver excellent service! The limo bus’s are a show stopper beautiful inside and out! I rented the Party Bus for the large bridal party of my daughters May 18, 2013 wedding. The bus was absolutely fantastic and was a highlight of the bridal partys day. Their only regret was that they would have liked to require a longer distance to their destination so they would have had more time on the bus. The limo driver, Lorie, was just wonderful. She went way above and beyond my expectations to assist with the logistics of the day and to help us. She even helped us take personal items from the church to our personal cars as well as secured all the partys personal items at the reception hall. At appropriate points along the way she made sure to keep me informed of where items had been stowed so there would be no confusion and nothing would get lost. She absolutely guarded my daughter, the bride. She helped her make sure he gown did not get dirty during outside photos and her calm approach lessened the hectic pace of the photography session. Certainly last but not least, she took great care to safely transport these young people from the church to photo session to reception hall without incident. I could not be more pleased!!! Thank you to Thomas Limosine for helping to make my daughters special day even happier!!!

Really friendly and nice. Cars are clean. Very pleasant experience. Driver said their internal hurdle was always to be 15 minutes early. Evidently people are seeing how nice they are, 15-car operation is growing, so they will have a challenge rapidly incorporating new drivers and maintaining the culture. BUt I really liked them a lot, best rides (to and from Hopkins to downtown) Ive had in a long time.Some of the negatives are for taxi and other services. I am only commenting on black car services.

Thomas Limousine provided incredible transportation services for our wedding on Saturday Sept 29th. I was blown away and so moved by Katrinas service leading up to the big day as well as Johns dedication as our driver on the day of the wedding. My biggest goal when choosing vendors was to find those that would treat our special day with a sincere desire to help us make our day great and that expectation was exceeded tremendously by both Katrina and John. My bridal party even noticed that John got teary-eyed when I exited the bus and my dad saw me for the first time. I appreciated their attention to detail and sincerity in their service, the entire process left a positive impression as it made our day that much better and I will definitely recommend Thomas Limousine to anyone in need of transportation.

My fiancé and I were very interested in booking Thomas Limousine for our upcoming wedding after reviewing their website, inquiring about pricing, and noting all of the positive reviews on wedding websites. They had our date available so we were ready and willing to give them our business. After multiple attempts to schedule that meeting, they seemed completely unwilling to accommodate our availability. You’d think a local business would want to go above and beyond for potential customers, especially since they encouraged us to view their fleet before we make our decision. Their staff was very uninformative about the process in general and they didn’t seem to mind at all that we were not going to book with them if we couldn’t see the vehicle in person. In the end, superior customer service was our deciding factor and we booked with another company.

The absolute worst driving service in the area.We have given them many opportunities and they fail every time! They make excuses for their tardiness, are never where they say they will be, the drivers lie to dispatch and say they are walking up to the client when in fact they are nowhere in site. This has happened the past 2 of 3 times, both late in the evening after a long flight. They are extremely unprofessional. Stop before you decide to hire this company.....they are a joke!

WASTE OF MONEY! Spent over $2,000 for a corporate event party bus rental and the sound system didnt even work. When we got picked up and asked the driver how to use the hookups to play music he said the sounds system broke yesterday and even the radio didnt work. They did not tell us that ahead of time, they could have called a few hours before so we could plan accodingly but no they didnt! Then, I contacted them after the event to make them aware and they said sorry, the speakers work it was just driver error and they refunded us only $100. Soooo who is telling the truth? The old driver or the owner of the company?? Worst experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

How do you fire an employee for them asking for a key card to get into work? Yes he was employed with y’all from the Temp service but if your hired in employees won’t let him in how is he suppose to get into work? The manager handled this situation very unprofessionally! Well I tried calling them for a taxi and they never answered the phone....I am pretty sure this isnt even a taxi company and somehow google has made a mistake and listed them as a taxi company....pretty annoying
