Called for an estimate in the AM. Booked an appointment for the PM. No one showed and no call. No response for four days. My wife called independently on Thursday and was told they couldnt do the job. The reason we were never called back was because Ive had a lot of calls. Well yeah Thats why they call it a business. Business acumen and customer relations - zero.
