Today I my car was hit with a flying piece of tire shred from a semi truck. I pulled over on the side of the interstate to assess my damage and saw that a significant piece of my car was hanging and dragging the ground. A tow daddy truck apparently saw me and stopped, offered help, and gave me advice. I appreciated the help removing the piece and the kindness of this individual. I will definitely be using this company if anything happens again while driving!

Tow Daddy had great communication! Nailed down my location, shared a timeline, and set correct expectations. He arrived quickly, got me fuel, and made sure I got rolling successfully.So happens I was on the last two hours of a 35 hour cross country drive to visit a passing relative. He helped me out with a stress free experience at an extremely important time; I hadn’t even shared with him my urgency. Thank you! Customer for life!

Tow daddy sent a rollback to pick up my new Nissan titan that was broke down. That alone was enough to make me sick. However, Robert(rollback driver) was courteous, professional, and took care with my truck trying not to scratch or damage it in anyway while loading it. They were also the only company that came after four others were contacted prior. Highly recommend Tow Daddy and Robert!

Some kids got their car stuck near our business, in a rather deep puddle (up to their doors), so since I could not do much about getting them out, I offered to call some tow companies to help out. After speaking to a few similarly rated companies in the area, I reached James at Tow Daddy. He was super polite, helpful, and had a reasonable quote. I gave them the info and had them call him back to arrange service. So, I am not sure what the interaction between them was like, or how much he ultimately charged, but he was here in about 15 mins and had them out in about the same time or less! Just from my indirect interactions with this situation, I would definitely recommend this company, and I plan to have them in my contacts!

This company takes customer service very seriously. They are very responsive, reasonably priced, and courteous. Because of this I have no other reason to call someone else. This is a goto company when you’re in a bind and you most need an honest company that won’t take advantage of you. situation. Cannot speak more highly of them.

Needed my vehicle towed not even 1 mile from my house. Called and they were the most adorable and quickest! Had my vehicle back in my yard with in half an hour. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again if needed! Thank you Tow Daddy for your excellent service!

Rob showed up early and got my truck to where it needed to be. I was also in the middle of nowhere and they came out and hauled my truck back over 30 miles. Definitely recommend.
