I got all kinds of different things here, which were all easy to find. The store was fairly organized and the cashier was nice. All of the isles were clear and clean. It was an overall pleasant experience.

I don’t know how this location has a decent rating. Every time I’ve gone into this store, the shelves are bare and boxes full of merchandise litter the floor making it impossible to push a cart around if you’re lucky enough to find one of those! The checkout line is often backed up because they only have one person running it. It’s sad because this is the closest DT location for me, but I drive out of my way just to avoid this one. Very poor management.

They have really widened their selection and remodeled the store. For a dollar per item, especially if youre starting fresh or on a budget, its great. Just dont advise buying a can opener from here. One can of soup broke two of them at once.

Now that its finally under new management, they seem to be making steps in the right direction to make the store better. Stock seems to be kept up with so much better, theres a much bigger selection of items and the line, while still usually long with only 1 cashier (which I know is DTs scheduling policy), it seems to go faster than it did before.

This is the store closest to my home and it is always a wreck. The store is very low on stock and always the kast in the area to get new products on the shelves. My friends and I now try to get to the others in our area so we dont waste time.

They appear to be a little bit more stocked than other times Ive visited. Thanks👍🏻😊

We have 3 dollar tree stores in Aiken and this one is my favorite. The cashiers are always pleasant and helpful.

My cashier was fast and friendly. He was young man. They were very busy!! Kindness is appreciated.

I give it 1 star because everything is so unorganized and empty shelves!

The manager was rude! I was trying to get a toy for my son from the you machine and she said we were trying to steal the quarters in there when we put them in there. She was trying to say the man that fixes them put them in there. We just left. Won’t ever be back

Has a slightly better selection of products compared to other Dollar Tree stores that I have been too.

Went for reading glasses. They have some really pretty colors! I bought 2 pair.

I normally have a good experience but today July 15 at 815am. The cashier was rude. When i asked a question she didnt answer me but said my total in a nasty way. She need to be a stocker if she cant give great customer service or find another job that you dont have to say anything.

Isles were packed with boxes and shelves to put up . An elderly man almost fell. I left. The line was long. No stock. All in boxes I guess.

Went to 3 of them. No canned luncheon meat for our food pantry at church for the needy. Had to go to different ones to get what we needed.

Very well stocked. Lots of sanitizer, disinfectant spray, etc

Yesterday I waited in line to purchase items. When it was time to ring up my 3 things, I put them on the counter. The cashier looked at me and said Im closing because I got to open up another register for another cashier. The lady behind me and I moved over, we looked over and she had another lady come to her register and rang her up. I nicely put my items up and walked in out the store.

Its very busy! only have one cashier as ic the time I was there.

Had good stock levels, only thing that was missing, minute maid lemon cups. They are great tasting and hard to keep in stock, everyone loves them.

Male manager on shift with glasses and a ponytail was rude and kept jumping into a conversation i had with the cashier. Couldnt get his name as he was wearing his own style of clothes and jacket. Then adds about his own personal life which had nothing to the original topic.

This is store has great employees, thanks everyone for your help.

Unfortunately it was the worst Dollar Tree ive ever been in. It was so messy & a dangerous place-boxes & stuff all over the floors. Nothing in the right places. Surely there must have been a seeios problem.

I made a purchase during which I asked the cashier if he had four quarters for a dollar. My daughter wanted to get something from a coin machine at the door. He said he could at the end of the transaction. However he needed his manager to open the drawer. His manager was behind him ....doing nothing. When he asked her she said I dont do change....with attitude. The cashier apologizes and I know he was sorry. The manager doesnt want to help her customers and needs a customer service class. She was rude and clearly doesnt like her job. This experience was disappointing.

Monica is such a sweet woman that strives her best to keep the store straight and running. Well organized and clean! I walk in there at least three times a week for my Salted nut rolls and other necessities!

Cashier didnt speak a word and was not friendly at all. She made me feel very unwelcome. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 was due to the store being well prepared for Valentines balloons.

Im sure the store is great , although I was not at the dollar tree , I was in Harbour Freight from 7:54pm til 8:10. I adore each time I get the chance to shop at the H.F. . Great prices , friendly staff , and OMG BASICALLY IF THERE IS SOMEBODY OUT THERE TACKLING A PROJECT OR JUST DOING REPAIRS , STOP AND SHOP AT HARBOUR FREIGHT FIRST ...

Just left Dollar tree, Cashier too busy playing on her phone to get people rang up and out quickly, a little on the rude side also. Never once looked up from her phone as she rang me or the person behind me up. Had to wait for her to close sale due to her phone playing

Lots of great quality inventory and the staff is very pleasant. If they see a line forming, they quickly try to get another register open to get everyone taken care of promptly. Very satisfied customer here!

Boxes are everywhere you can barely look for anything with all the boxes in the way, not only that but the shelves are hardly even stock!! Someone needs to come in and work on this dollar tree, its being poorly ran.

Love Dollar Tree! I buy a lot of my seasonal decorations here. The drying mats I use for dishes are from here and wash and dry great! I always find things here!

I really like this location of Dollar Tree. They keep it pretty clean and organized. They also have a great selection of items, even though this is the smaller store in town.

Love the tree but usually one cashier and long line. Since theyre understaffed, MANY times theres boxes in the less than roomy aisles. For the volume of business they should expand and hire a few more people.

I love Dollar tree so much. Unfortunately, I was up there and I left my phone there. I spoke with the manager, Monica, and first she hung up on me and told me no phone was there. I previously spoken with the staff throughout all this bc it is hard for me to get there since I am 2hrs away. I asked to send a prepaid envelope to them so they can send the phone back. Well, Monica now says the phone is not there, but it was originally put in the safe, so the only way someone retrieved it and stole it was someone who had accessed to the safe. I am beyond disappointed in Monica for the way she handled the situation and was rude as hell to a costumer who was kind and for dollar tree spent lots of money there. They even called me and a relative from the phone. The phone is sold...bottom line. But Monica, shame on you for being un-ladylike and I personally think she stole my phone and sold it. Sorry for the bad review but I am so pissed off that someone would be so ignorant and especially because shes a manager Nd acted as no such thing.

This is my favorite dollar tree in this area. It is always stocked with many different items that you usually cant find in the others in the area.

They need more registers open when the line piles up.. the on duty manager needs to step in when it gets super busy instead of hiding in that office or standing up front just watching the chaos! People literally start leaving their items and walk out.. business and money lost..The manager still does not help, they dont restock products/shelves but have flatbeds blocking the isles all the time.. what co cencerns me the most is the frozen foods they leave out on the flatbeds right in front of the freezers.. the employee said they most likely have the product i am looking for in back, but they cant get to them cause everything is piled up.. have been looking for the medicated powder for over a month.. how backed up can they be??
