Originally I was very impressed with your company until about a month ago,when my rate almost doubled because of this thing Ive never heard of,my insurance score. Because I paid my monthly payment a couple days late a couple of times.

Tina Key and Lakisha Mathis provided superior customer service. They provide me with all my insurance needs. I am amaze at the willingness to help- that both agents provide me. When I walked into the office it was very clean and welcoming. I have nothing but great things to say but you will need to experience it for yourself. Horrible customer service!

When I reached out to get the best auto policy rate to fit my finances & needs, I knew I was going to be in good hands. VERY Professional and assisting.

Worst customer service, they talked to me like I am stupid. Their client who is cover under this insurance hit our vehicle backing up out of a parking lot, their client is now denying being at fault. We have images that proof their client is at fault but because the their client is not admitting fault direct insurance is dying our claim. Worst insurance I have experience with.

I went in to get a quote and Tina was very helpful. As i was getting my quote Lekisha took the time to sit down and to talk with my 4 year old, like she had knew him forever. I qas so suprised by there customer service and the friendly environment. Thanks again ladies.
