I just want to say i had the best facial and massage ever. Saki is truly amazing, shes is so compassionate about her job, her attention to detail and going out of her way to make sure the customer is comfortable. Through out my whole service she made me feel like i was part of her family so concerned about my problems with my skin. Spas need more workers like her , very kindhearted and soft spoken and very respectful to her clients. She also did an amazing job on my gel pedicure. Got my hair cut and styled here and Ms. Young (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was awesome. I’m military and she was able to give me feedback on what haircuts most military women regret getting (even knew that the hair regulation recently changed) She was very knowledgeable and kind. She did an AWESOME job on my hair. She massaged my head so well too during the wash. Definitely coming back! oh and they even gave me a red rose after the visit (valentine’s day)

Customer service was terrible, me and my friend got acrylics and the man doing my nails made me bleed and my friends tech told us to SHUT UP twice, my friend requested a coffin shape but the lady “forgot” to mention it was 5 dollars extra. The man said my color would look nicer in gel to try and steal money from me, the color looks fine. The nails however, are crooked and bleeding.

We always come to see Diamond for eyebrow waxing. Shes so nice and takes really good care of my family. Shes really good at shaping and will make it the way you want. Shes the only one well go to for waxing. Thank you Diamond! We love you!

Through a recommendation from a friend, I came in for a haircut with Chantilly and absolutely loved it! I got exactly the cut I was looking for at a great price! I will definitely be referring people to her and come back again in the future.

Lily was attentive and knew exactly what I wanted. She took me as a walk in even though it was the end of the day but never rushed or made me feel like an inconvenience. My cut looks great and the experience made me feel pampered.

Really nice place, been going there for the past six years, the only problem is the fast turnover of employees. Id be lucky to get the same person twice. The front desk personnel also always changes and each time I have an appointment I get treated as if Id never been there. Sad indeed. I keep going back because they are reasonably priced and the results are pleasing.

As of today 10/18/2018, girlfriend went in to do a refill on her acrylic nails. As soon as it started, the guy started to cut her nails and later on my girlfriend’s nails started bleeding. Not only 1, but 3 fingernails!!! The guy later told my girlfriend that he knows what he’s doing and she shouldn’t worry about it. I mean, why wouldn’t you start worrying when 3 of your fingernails are bleeding?! Girlfriend then later decided that she should go to another shop. She ended up paying $10 for a job that’s not finish. Cashier was friendly that’s why I had to give it 1 star. This photos is when she got home and got it done next door from this business.

The food is not the same it was a bad deal. The duck looked old as if they had the thing prepared a couple of days ago. The food wad blan and the taste was not there.

First impression is the receptionist did not make you feel welcomed. It seemed liked I was inconveniencing her as she was not your friendly care bear receptionist but was ready to check out of work. Nail people talked really fast and friend to get you to purchase the most expensive pedicure. The pedicure staff were nice but it seemed like the pedicure staff rush rush to clock out for work.

I would give this place 0 stars if able to. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. We had booked an appointment for 10am. We waited for 30 minutes and were told over and over that they “couldn’t” reach the nail tech and asked if we wanted to come back later. We booked another appointment a week later for the same time and even verified it the night before so we wouldn’t waste our time. When we got to the salon in the morning, they had told us our appointment was at 12. This place is an utter mess and should be shut down.

I had an appointment today for a body massage an it was the worse experience I have had . I was here before about a year or so ago and my experience was excellent so I decided to come again and this time was a total disappointment the place looks overcrowded with many counters, tables and Stuff everywhere. The ambiance is tense and not very professional. The girl that work with me not very experienced and not very friendly. She rush me to the room and very quickly explain what was I supposed to do, she left the room and I was kind of surprised of how in a rush she make me feel. I mentioned to her I wanted a soft massage but she still was harsh and I couldn’t relax the entire time I was on the table I was looking forward to my appointment but never again this place is completely different now . I definitely would not recommend it any more.

I got my eyebrows waxed and yumi was so nice and polite, my friend on the other hand got her nails done by peter and his service was terrible. He was rushing and didn’t try at all to reassure my friend throughout the nail process. He was on the phone during her appointment and was really rude. She requested the infamous diamond but she was sadly on vacation. I would definitely not recommend the place for manis unless you’re going to diamond. Not to mention the receptionist screwed up our appointment time...so so unprofessional.

Went to Mina to get my hair cut and she did a wonderful job! She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted no questions asked....she was super sweet and down to earth too! Highly recommend her for hair cut/color!

I will not be returning.To preface, I have very bad exczema on my feet. My nails look great but I am literally bleeding in about 5 open cuts on my feet, they used the blade. Ive been cut by the cheese grater also so I usually prefer the blade because nail techs are usually more careful.I asked for a manipedi, and I had to ask about the manicure after the pedicure was finished. Miscommunication.I also feel they should have mentioned the additional Cost of getting UV gel when upselling it to me. $32 extra?Add this to the normal language barrier, and the nail techs talking mostly to eachother. This is expected, just thought Id mention it as part of this honest review.

Feeling extremely frustrated!I am giving this salon/spa 2 stars. Oops make that 1 star (I explain at the very bottom).I went there today with 2 of my friends, for my Birthday. I made an appointment for all of us, a week in advance. We all got the chocolate pedicure. First of all, their website is out of date. They dont offer hot cocoa anymore, nor do they do the chocolate mineral foot bath/soak. Second, I showed them my military ID for 10% off, and they charged me full price. Lastly, the woman who did my pedicure, her name is, Diamond, she gave me an attitude when I asked about the chocolate mineral foot bath/soak and the cup of hot cocoa. She told me that she doesnt control what the owner provides. I completely understand that. I even told her that I wasnt upset with her. That was before she gave me an attitude. Several times, she tried to offer me a cup of hot water. She also mentioned several times that she would stop doing my pedicure if I wasnt satisfied, like my other friends seemed to be. There was one woman, Cathleen,who came and spoke with me about my complaints, and she was nice enough to give me a discount on my next visit.In my honest opinion, the services are not worth the price. Ive had better, and have paid much less. Im still trying to contact them regarding my bill, and not recieving the 10% discount.I came home, after celebrating. Was getting ready to shower when I noticed all the dead skin that hadnt been removed. I mean.. im pretty sure that most people, myself included, get pedicures, to remove the dead from our feet and whatnot. I am beyond disappointed at the service my friends and I received today!

Came in around 7, business closes at 9pm. I last minute had to get mani pedis for myself and 2 of my daughters for a wedding that got the timeline pushed up. They couldnt fit me in but accommodated the other wedding party which was nice. However, not sure if its the cultural divide, but service came off as rude from the technicians. Prices were very decently priced.

TJ did a phenomenal job on my wifes hair. She was Very patient and listened to everything my wife wanted in a hair style. I found TJ to be a remarkable hair stylist who took the appointment at the last minute. Thank you TJ for taking good care of us during our time there. The salon was very clean and the rest of the staff were very nice. I recommend TJ get a raise and I recommend that the salon open other locations and keep that same level of care and service that we received. Mahalo Nui

Not a bad place to go and relax.

First the good: I went here last year and got my hair done for a formal event and absolutely loved how it turned out. Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me remember the stylists name or if shes even still there. Its very clean with a nice atmosphere. I greatly enjoyed my first experience here which prompted me to go back again this year for the same event. This time, the stylist was just awful. I wanted a formal, though simple, half-updo. I showed the stylist - Mina - a few pictures of what I wanted thinking shed curl it and pin it in a few places, and she said she got the gist of it. An hour and a half to do at most as I have thick hair that would take a while to curl and possibly 10 bobby pins to keep it together. Well, Mina decided instead to do this very elaborate hal-updo, nothing like what I wanted, that took almost 3 hours and she used 96 pins to hold it together (we counted how many when I took it down after the event). She was very rough with what she was doing and honestly the pain from all the pinning and yanking she did caused excruciating pain. 2 days later, my scalp is still tender. She was very rude, obviously wanted to do what she had in mind with no regard to what I specified, and was overall the worst hair stylist Ive ever dealt with. I didnt realize that she had her own plan to do what she wanted until 2 hours in and figured I had wasted enough time that it was too late to ask for something different (aka, what I actually wanted). I want to point out that this is not a bad review for the salon in general, only for this one experience, so someone may have a better experience than I did. The rest of the staff was friendly enough. But I do not recommend going to Mina if you can help it.

I had my eyelash extentions done by Yumi. Shes fantastic! Shes really good at making sure your eyelashes are a natural glam and overall shes lovely. I fell asleep during the process given the relaxing atmosphere...twice the sound of my own snoring woke me lol!! Really pleased with the service given. Everyone should educate themselves on the pros and cons of eyelash extentions before going anywhere to get them done, but I highly recommend seeing Yumi.
