I was very impressed with the salon! By far the nicest place I’ve ever been. I was able to get a next day appointment. I was surprised gel was an extra $20 on top of the pedicure. It was a little speedy but I may return.

This place is always so professional and so clean, I dont normally go to any ONE particular person but I ALWAYS come out with beautiful results. Ive been coming here for about 2 yrs now and have never been disappointed.

I literally only get pedis for the message (my feet are swollen from pregnancy). But today I got the gel as well. Not only did the color not look anything like from what I picked out she didnt even message my feet. I paid $80 for a messed up pedi and not so great service. Wouldnt recommend it.

Really disappointing! My manicure was so bad, it felt like I was being rushed because I was the last customer in the store. They had already turned off most of the lights and made me feel like I couldn’t tell her I didn’t like it or to redo it. She was definitely rushing. There is a huge piece of lint or hair stuck in my gel, she did not clean up gel around the cuticle, it looks so messy. And the skin that she cuts around the nail is terrible looking. lots of skin sticking out that she did not cut properly. I also hate the color (which is my fault because I chose it), but they usually do a test on one nail and show you what it looks like which she didn’t do. My pedi was nice but I still went home and filed my toenails how I wanted and cleaned up what she missed. And also at the register they made it extremely awkward when they ask if I wanted to tip out loud in front of the lady who did my nails. I said no because I felt like it wasn’t deserving of one, and she gave an awkward remark and asked again “oh..so no tip?” And I had to repeat myself. It was a terrible experience.

My friend and I went to this place twice. First time we like how clean they were but did not like the prices or the quality of the work. Tried again for the second time. Spent $300 for very poor quality in our nails. Bumpy, uneven, and I didn’t even get what I asked for. I will not be going back there again to give them any of my money. Not worth it at all. I would definitely look for a cheaper place that delivers better quality.

Literally the ONLY reason I keep coming back is for Ann. Ann’s work is perfect i never have complaints. If she did not work here, i wouldn’t come at all.i’ve had work done my other technicians and they come out bumpy, uneven and thicker than legos.Highly recommend Ann for any service.the ladies at the front desk are very attentive and will ensures everyone who comes in uses hand sanitizer however i have noticed the technicians do not sanitize the chairs after each client. while getting my nails done today I sat and watched as clients where placed in chairs one after another without being sanitized.

Wish we could split the difference and make this a 4.5 star. Great nail salon but nothing stands out as spectacular. First time going back after a year and glad to see new equipment in a new space as well as COVID protocols. Mandatory temperature screen, mandatory masks and social distancing in the chairs. Fiance and I usually sit side by side and chit chat or hold hands while getting pedicures but because every other seat has to remain vacant, we ended up on other sides of the salon. No big deal. Fiance appreciates their down to business work ethic of the employees. Will be returning.

I got an acrylic refill and a pedicure here. The pedicure was very good, I really liked it. The refill was good too, but it could’ve been cleaner.. I will definitely come back though.

My first time getting lashes done and I was told it should last 4-5 weeks the first 24 hrs don’t wet it and after that I should clean it often... I was so excited made sure my eyelashes stay dry.. 37 hours passes my eyelashes starts to fall out I didn’t think anything and it should be normal but NO it’s just falling out 😭

I got a gel pedicure which nice. She seemed kinda rushed through out the whole thing. They have a very large selection of gel polish which I liked. But it is pretty pricey.

Very Professional, gentle on my 5 years old daughter with the total spa like manicure, hand foot bath, exfoliating, moisturizing beautiful artistry for her 1st time experience at a reasonable priced. I left there with a very HAPPY little girl. If I could afford it I would take her there every other day, thats how satisfied my daughter and I were.

Got my nails done yesterday and as always a job well done! Tommy is great, pays attention to detail and is very efficient. Also got a pedicure done by Loan and was the best! She took her time and almost put me to sleep. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

I got a French manicure there with my sister, and they did an amazing job. The technicians were friendly and meticulous, and they sat me and my sister next to each other, which was nice. Great experience overall.

The salon is a little dated and the massage chair doesnt go low enough to work my lower back. BUT May, my pedicure technician, was so awesome. She took her time, and I never felt rushed. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and they served me right away. They didnt push services I didnt want or need. I ended up with the deluxe pedicure tutti frutti I think. I wanted paraffin, exfoliation, and callous removal. This was the only package that had all three. I would have liked a different scent, but it wasnt too over powering.

Pedicures are so relaxing and soothing here! Kimmi did an amazingly thorough job on my mango and paragon treatment with callus scrub. She’s wonderful!

This was my first visit to Lmour and Im addicted. I frequently get pedicures and manicures on Maui and by far this is the best place I havr ever been to. Annie was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. It shows the experience in a person by the level of care they provide and Annie I will be back because of you!

I just got my 1st pedicure here for the 1st time and 1st volcano pedicure. It was awesome. Hong did an amazing job. My skin, feet, and legs feel great. My mom had a great time here too. This is one of the best. Possibly my favorite place to go now!

I’ve been going there for several years. Diane does a fabulous job with my eyebrows and my eyelashes. Occasionally when she has the time I get the works done. Nails pedicure eyelashes and eyebrows she does it all.

Since COVID19 I hadnt been to a nail salon. I am very happy to have gotten my nails done here. Kelly was the nail tech I had and I will definently like to keep her. Kelly takes her time and very detail oriented. She was very patient with me as I had originally wanted my nails to be like a picture I saw and when I got the colors I thought would match best...turned out the polish colors were a lot lighter than the bottle. Kelly let me change the color and she even asked me if I was sure if wanted the the lighter colors (which I didnt lol.) I also had my daughter (5 yrs) and she had Ann to do her mani and pedi. Best service from Ann. I had taken my daughter to other nail salons before and the nail techs were not gentle with her so she would normally not get her nails cut just filed. But this time my kiddo was totally fine with getting the whole mani/pedi experience nails cut and all. She was very happy and told me mommy they didnt cut my skin. Both Kelly and Ann made returning back to somewhat normal a great experience. Also, I like how Lmour adapted to the CDC guidelines, they have a pretty high tech temp scanner and there are no walk in services but they tell you not only can you call but you can also TEXT them to make a reservation. They were able to get me and my kiddo same day (within an hour). The front desk are kind as they explained about their new procedures (the whole we dont do walk in, but very accommodating). We will be back. 😁

My daughter went to Lmour Nail to get her acrylic nails removed, manicure and gel paint. She was so excited to get her nails done for an event she was attending in the evening and thought she picked the right place for this.When we made the appointment for 11:00am she told the receptionist she wanted a gradient finish. We were told that the acrylic nails would have to soak for 30 min and noted what finish she wanted. No mention was made that they could not do this.When her appointment time arrived, they left her there soaking for over 50 min without anyone checking on her. When they finally noticed that she she was there for a long time, they rushed to get her done, ignoring how she wanted her nails to be painted. When she explained what she wanted, and even showed them a photo, she looked confused and told her that it could not be done. When questioned, the tech got directions from a coworker and she proceeded to dab the nail polish on causing some nails to look very uneven in depth/thickness. The person doing her nails had a heavy accent (did not get her name) so I would assume that she did not fully comprehend what my daughter wanted nor the instructions that she was given by her coworker.My daughter was very upset leaving this establishment in tears because of how she was treated and how poor her nails looked. Needless to say, we wont be going back!!

I had my lashes done by Emma today and she did an extraordinary job. I love them. She went above and beyond and is very meticulous. I will be back.Van did my nails and he was charismatic, friendly and jovial, and he knew just what I wanted without me saying. Very intuitive. He too, like Emma, is an artist who seems to take pride in his work. He didn’t just do an ok job. He made sure they were great!

I dont understand all of the negative reviews of this place. It seems like a lot of people whining about miniscule things.I dont usually ever get my nails done, but I had a gift card so why not. Ill admit it was quite pricey. However; I thought the service was great. The woman who did my nails (gel french tips) was Anny. She was great, very meticulous and focused, especially with my cuticles. The establishment was very nice looking also. Color me impressed. Much better than the nail salon I used to go to.

Went in yesterday and got a full set with gel. My nails were awful. Extremely thick and you could see the lumps all over them. The lady that did them was clearly in a rush after her friend came in and told her she was leaving. As soon as I paid she darted out the door.I should the receptionist my nails and even she agreed they were bad. I asked if there was anyone there to fix them and she said no they were busy. (First red flag) They messed them up but they couldn’t find time to fix them.....I made an appt to come back in the next day at 11. I got there at 10:40 and they Started to soak them off. At 11:20 after no one had checked on me I finally got up to ask who was supposed to be helping me. The guy at the front said they shouldn’t have started soaking them so early because they couldn’t get me in til 11:45. At that point I’m so over it and the horrible customer service that I ask for a refund.They gave me my refund and when I asked for someone to take off the goo that was currently on my nails the lady was extremely rude. Like I was the problem and an inconvenience.I get it , stuff happen. But I shouldn’t have to be pulling teeth to get the problem fixed.

Recently had the Jelli Melli pedicure and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the polish selection was fresh and plentiful, and the pedicure was excellent. This was my first time at this salon, and this was the first salon I’ve been to that didn’t have surprise charges on my bill at the end. I did have an appointment, but walk ins are also welcome. I will definitely return and suggest this salon to others.

This place is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Ive had lashes done many places and I prefer this place. Just got my feet done after a few months of neglect. My tech was so gentle and did a great job. Not to mention my feet feel so soft. Thanks Jane

There last Friday...I tried waxing my legs and arms for the first time.... the lady was nice; however, the experience was horrible. I have pics of my legs, swollen for 3 days, my legs are still bumpy and burn. It was painful as she applied the wax, I could feel my hair pulling as she put it on...then I discovered most of the hair didnt come off... then she started to pluck hairs under my armpit that were missed...which was half the pit! I couldnt take anymore! I had to leave...she said I couldnt go... it would make her look bad. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed many times at other places...never have I had this kind of experience.

Rachel is my go to for eyebrow and lip waxing! She’s the only one I trust to touch my brows and is always available for me when I come in! She’s very nice and easy going and I always have a good experience thanks to her.

I love this place. But do not get your nails done by Sally because she cut my skin, scratched my nails, uneven, and she was extremely rough the entire time. I got the basic manicure to let my nails breathe from acrylics, but instead it ruined my nails more

The worst pedicure in my life... It took her 15 minutes and I asked her for white polish on my toes and she literally just use like 15 Coates of polish and have my nails looking so tacky.... I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there, especially us military ppl who wear boots everyday and need a good scrub 👌🏽👌🏽 **Edit: That could not have been 1.5 hrs. The job was tacky and look like she just threw a bucket of paint on my nails and u must acknowledge that. This isn’t the first time I have been there but by far the worst.

Kelly, Anny, and May were amazing today. They treated my daughters and I wonderfully. The massage chairs are divine, the deluxe volcano pedis were great and our manis turned out super cute. The ladies were very sweet and interactive - great experience. Will def be coming again :)

Clean, great massages, and my nail tech was really nice. BUT my gel polish came off in two weeks! Which is unheard of. They also like to upsell a lot. I just Expected better.

I got a gel manicure there after I previously got acrylics done. The lady that was doing my nails was super rude and gave me attitude the whole time. She didn’t talk at all with a terrible expression on her face, which made the experience dreadful. My gel manicure looked pretty at first but chipped off not even a few days later. My nails broke and ripped and now I’m left with chipped nails, half painted nails, some plain, all different lengths. Can’t believe I paid $41 for something that didn’t even last. I also gave her a tip because I was feeling generous, but I regretted it after thinking over how bad my experience and nails were done.

I used to come here anytime I went to the mall. I have pretty much had a decent experience there until yesterday. I experienced horrible, horrible customer service. I dont know what type of people they are hiring now to do waxing, but Im pretty sure if your working in the beauty industry you shouldnt go around asking people if their pregnant right off the bat. She made me feel ugly and fat. Just plain rude. And then when she was asked about it, she made up a lie that I told her I was. WTH, I mean really? She even waxed my eyebrows thin when I told her I keep it thick...she just starting cutting away with scissors and then waxed it thin.The only decent thing is the manager didnt charge me for the service, but Im sorry they just lost a customer for waxing.

I needed a quick fill and pedi before heading to an appointment. Place was kind of pricey ($10 extra just to shape the nail) I wanted a matching color for my mani & pedi. The pedi color did not match my hands AT ALL. I made the nail tech aware of that and she suggested I get up and find another color. I kindly asked her to find me another color that matched my hands..since that was what I requested. She could not or maybe would not find another color. I needed to go to my appointment so I let her take off the polish and I said I will only pay for the manicure not the pedicure. Weeks later & after even getting a text confirmation of my appointment I had an appointment for a lash fill. The day of my appointment I arrived at lmour just to be told I was banned from the salon. I was never told this beforehand and would have booked with another lash tech if I knew. It was extremely unprofessional of them to cancel on me the day of instead of telling me sooner. Also unprofessional of them to ban me from the salon instead of correcting themselves. Nobody wants to pay for a service they are unhappy with. Be careful going here.

Just walked out so disappointed, I went in for a gel manicure and got a mess. Polish all over and under my nails. She couldnt find her small brush to get the extra polish off of my skin so she used her file and nail cutters...(ouch!) she made my nails so thin and carved up my cuticles with her nail file. At the end she only massaged one arm and sprayed the other on accident with rubbing alcohol, told me to go wash it off and then that was the end. The woman that did my brows did a great job though.

It was my first time ever doing my nails, but the customer service was great, helped me with any questions I had, even though color didnt really match the one on the palette, it still came out nice.

The mall is busy with people black Saturday shopping but Im getting pampered with a man/pedi. Perfect time since the salon is not busy. My girl let me relax in the massage chair even though she was done with me. 💜

I have been coming to Lmour in Pearlridge for about a year and am incredibly pleased. The facility is clean and appears to maintain good hygienic practices. First nail place Ive been to (bear in mind Im a hard working guy). Had a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow waxing done (not first time getting this done). I was a walk in and they still managed to take care of me swiftly, and kept me relaxed through the whole process. My feet were pretty bad going in with ingrown toenails and about half my foot was dead skin. After they finished my foot was reduced a half a boot/shoe size, I could wear wides vs extra wides again, and I also regained the ability to feel with my feet. On top of that, it was still a relaxing experience. I should also mention, they didnt overcharge like places found in malls usually do.

I used to like this place but it has deteriorated into a place where the workers are sassy, speak their own language and then youre not sure if they are talking about you, and they rush now. I have been trying out other places hoping to find a good salon.

My mom and I get our nails done every two weeks. I know it sounds crazy, but it prevents me from chewing on my nails. Yes, I am a nail bitter.We usually go to a different nail salon in the Pearl City area, but theyre always busy, so we decided to try a different nail place.Since LAmour nails has the chrome polish my mom has been dying to try, we went there.Unlike a few nail salons that Ive been to, they open a fresh pair of nail tools, and a fresh set of files. They even have a sanitizer machine in the back of the shop.I got color changing gel polish and my mom got her chrome nails.All in all, I like this place and Ill be going back.

On Mothers Day I decided to treat myself to a full acrylic set which I have not done in 10 years! It was a same day appt. so did not expect much. I was pleasantly suprised by VAN who was very good and thorough. I would recommend VAN to all my friends.

This place is horrible! The lady that serviced my eyebrows, Rachel, rushed through my service, destroyed the shape of my natural eyebrows, and left small hairs behind that I ending up plucking myself. They were way too thin and she ignored what my natural shape should have been! Mind blowing.. would not recommend to ANYONE, not even my worst enemy.

Ive been twice thinking maybe the first time was just a fluke. No. The women there rush through the job and it shows in their work. When I asked her to re file my nail because it was crooked she acted like I was rude for insisting it be done properly. I got a shellac soak off and then a new shells polish on my natural nails. It just looks crappy. I paid close to 50 dollars and I am very disappointed. Never again.

I love this place Im only 13 and have been coming here since I was 9 for my acrylic nails and I absolutely love it. The only thing is I recommend setting up an appointment.

As soon as I walked in, some of the workers gave me stink eye and laughed because I was a boy... the lady that put rhinestones on my nails were trash.... As soon as I walked outta that store, the rhinestones fell off... Then I complained and got it fixed again for free do the store is okay but (some, not all) the workers were judgy and sloppy with costumer interactions...

Service was garbage & rushed. I had asked for a Mani & pedi only to be finished in the same time my sister got a manicure. The results were also garbage... Also as paying customer I always tip when deserved. The lady at the front desk automatically included a tip within my total without my asking... What if I didnt want to tip 5$ ?.. She then tried to tell me it was tax... Which we all know is not an even 5$. I didnt have the patience to argue. I would never return to this establishment or recommend to anyone.

I would give this place a 00 if possible.Based on the fact I showed up as a walk in at 735pm on a Saturday night and was denied service. They dont close until 9pm and it was not busy. Associate were talking to each other. I asked for a simple pedicure and if they could please accomadate me this evening. The receptionist didnt even check with anyone just stated they take last customer at 730.Suggestion: Post this in your store! Where is the customer service ? It says walk ins welcome but yet they deny customers.

Terrible! Had an acrylic fills done. 9 days later all nails are lifting. Called to ask for nails to be fixed on the 10th day.. Manager says.. since its almost two weeks.. youll need to pay again. No thanks! Will take my business else where!

Ive never had any REAL issues here. Maybe Im just ok with human error and realize, stuff happens. I go here biweekly to get my lashes done with Amanda (Who is like THE BEST). I used to go somewhere else, a fancy salon, but this is a great mall salon. My lashes are always perfect when Amanda finishes. I get manis and pedis here (with my husband, too) again, never an issue. I mean, once they got my appointment time wrong, but again, HUMAN ERROR, I dont expect everyone to be perfect all the time. They compensated me and gave me a discount. They ALWAYS send me a reminder text and ALWAYS give me my ten oclock appointment time that I like. Theyre not cheap, but theyre not expensive either. The front desk girls are in their early 20s so they obviously ACT like theyre that age. Take it all with a grain of salt. I go for my tech, Amanda. Shes just good at EVERYTHING. I always make my appointments 2 weeks in advance just in case I need to change it, or (FSM forbid) they need to cancel. I dont do walk ins anywhere , though. I like this salon. I just do. I dont go here to get my butt kissed. Theyre polite enough and my tech Amanda is fab.

I got a pedicure. From the start, the water was ice cold and it was an ordeal to have it heated; I had to ask more than once to have it warmed up and spent most of my pedicure unattended to with my feet soaking in luke warm water. No real scrub done and the massage was limp and sad. The technician performed the massage with her pinky fingers up and just basically rubbed lotion on me with absolutely no pressure and lasted maybe 5 minutes. To top it off, my polish includes chunks of lint. Just glad that my significant other had lots of attention and a full massage! Seems that this is a location with a few shining star technicians while every other one rushes through clients with no attention, just to collect their money and move on to the next. Really sad as I was hoping this would be a relaxing way to end my day. Would not recommend and should have read reviews prior!

This place is way too over priced and terrible service. the lady at the front was rude when i was asking questions on prices for a full set, the nail tech convinced me to just get a fill and repair on my nail that had broken off saying it would be cheaper when in fact the total came out to $52. FOR A FILL AND REPAIR ON A GEL FULL SET ridiculous, i couldve gone somewhere and gotten a manicure and pedicure for almost the same price. ALSO my nails are uneven, they dont match in length and i had the simplist of nails as im military and cant get any color. I will never go back there again, 0/10 do not recommend

Horrible experience! Glue stuck to my finger, got home had to peel off all the extra that were stuck to the surrounding of my nails. ALSO, as the lady knew I had a cut already under my nail seems as if she didnt care because the cut is worse than what it was. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Hated it. I got a a full set gel nails coffin shape and it turned out terrible!!! I am so disappointed and whats worse i had to point out multiple times how uneven she shaped my nails. How she applied the nail polish as well! Its all lumpy and my nails arent even shaped as it should be. I am beyond disappointed.

Visited the salon with a friend today for a mani-pedi. We were excited about the experience. We arrived and were able to get in almost immediately, great! We were asked to select a nail color and did so. We were called to our seats at the manicure table. The manicurist that served me was neither warm nor friendly. She hardly smiled. I could have got past that but the service itself was very minimal, considering the cost of the service. She rushed through so quickly that I finished nearly 10 minutes ahead of my friend sitting beside me. Our requests were identical. Then proceeded to lead me to the register to pay for the service before the full service was completed. She told me to wait at the front because she need space for other customers. Ok but she had none. Additionally, it surprised me that the manicurist did not continue on with the pedicure. There was a disconnect in service. There was some confusion and miscommunication between the point of my request for service and the server. Perhaps a service request ticket should follow the customer through to the completion of service. This might eliminate confusion as well as a customer having to repeat request multiple times.While we waited for the pedicure my friends manicurist was kind enough to offer us both cups of cold water while she checked on our pedicure. Kudos for her service as it was indeed warm and caring.The pedicure was awful. One pedicurist received both of us and told us to sit. She did not know our names even though they just came from the front desk. Again the service was not warm or friendly, but seemingly rushed. As I sat I was told to put my feet in only for the pedicurist to realize that the liner was not in the foot tub. Should this not have been done in advance of receiving your client? I did not realize i was sitting in a massage chair until halfway through the pedicure. It was worth mentioning. Perhaps a checklist or help chart might be helpful for servers, to ensure full and pleasant experience can be achieved. Then she turned the water on for both chairs. I thought, is she gonna do both pedicures at the same time? She asked for our nail color but shouldnt it have followed us from the manicure. She asked our children to go get the nail color for us. She walked away and the water nearly overflowed from the tub onto the floor. She turn back to the shelf with the crystals opened the jar grabbed some and threw it in the water and left again. She came back with another pedicurist. Who tried to up sell me a different pedicure package. Again if there was a request ticket it my original request would have been clear. Trying to explain my request was challenging because of a language barrier. The water spilled out of the tub during the pedicure and the towel was grabbed out from under my feet to clean it up. Is there a better way to do this? Then returning to complete the pedicure a glove change would be kind. After the water was drained and my toes painted the pedicurist walked away. Not sure if she was coming back. At check out we were asked about our experience.....not good and dont plan to return sadly. Yet I believe great potential for restoring credibility with customers exists. My friend and I came for a Salon experience. In my mind that means relaxing, pleasant and personable. This approach (use of a customers name & smile) to customer care would have made the experience enjoyable. Be fully present when working with a client and not rush just to get through it and on the the next. Take a minute offer the water as my friends server did and connect your client to the next part of their experience. Again the service could have been more seamless if the manicurist simply followed through to the pedicure. A service ticket would eliminate the communication gap from the frontline staff to the direct care staff. Your server would have the clients name on the ticket and could reference it if they forget the clients name. Hope this is helpful. Best wishes returning to awesome service.
