Great service! They had my car in and out with a tire and oil change, and an emissions inspection. I was able to drop it off early in the morning and pick it up after work. Although, they had the work finished well before that time. Really friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will be going back here!

My coworker recommended Zisser Tire for a tire patch, and I am very grateful to her for her recommendation! I love my car, but it is objectively not the prettiest car. (I think it had a fairly rough life before I bought it off Craigslist.) The employees here treated my car and me with respect, and they determined that the tire didnt need a patch--instead, the wheel needed replaced. They were honest, kind, and efficient, and they charged me a fair price. After a few weeks, my tire is still in great shape. I definitely recommend Zisser Tire! :)

Really helped me get in and out as quickly as possible, during what seemed like a busy time. Explained everything, explained possible charges, and fixed me up quick, still much less than I expected. Very happy with my tire service, will absolutely return.

Please do not get any work done here!!!!! I had my car towed here for just a flat tire, and when I left I had a broken tire rod!!!! They kept trying to ensure me that it wasn’t their fault, but my tire rod was not broken until it got to this place!!! They tried to charge me 400 dollars to fix a tire rod that they absolutely broke!! Ron and everyone who work there are some Scammers!! They will try to get every dime they possibly can out of you, and when they don’t succeed they will brake parts on your car! They will brake things on your car, and make it seem like it was already broken, and that you’re just crazy!!! These are the worst people I’ve ever met in my life! Believe me I didn’t even want to give this place one star!! Don’t take your car here you’ve been warned‼️

I have never been here before. I had a flat tire that I needed replaced. They installed an inexpensive used tire in 30 minutes! I’ll definitely be back. The guys at the shop were very friendly.

I had a flat tire nearby and had my car towed here simply because it was the closest tire shop. I ended up needing two new tires that were not in stock, so they fitted a used tire so I could use my car until the right tires came in (free of charge!). When my tires did come in they got me nearly $100 off each of them as well.Everyone here was really nice and they really helped me out of a tight spot. Even though they are a little out of my way they’ll have my business in the future

I had my rims put on my mustang and my guy rich up here hooked me up gave me everything I wanted and made me feel comfortable with the place and the work they do. After all that was said and done about 3 months later I got a screw in my tire, I went up and without charge he helped me out right away. Great guy and good work. 10 out of 10!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rich today who gave me a great deal on my tire that got a tear in it thanks to the potholes of St Louis. I would recommend them to anyone. I had low tire pressure on my way home from work so I stopped in and they found a screw in my tire. Had it fixed in about 15 minutes and i was on my way again. Very good service.

I would leave zero stars if I could! My daughter who is 22 years old and just moved to St Louis had her car breakdown and had to have it towed to the closest place. Unfortunately, it was here. They were going to change her $815 for a new battery and a starter! Unbelievable that a business would try to take advantage of someone this way because my daughter obviously had to put her trust in that they knew what needed to be done and were an honest business! We had no work done there and immediately had the car towed away to an honest mechanic. Guess what, it didnt need a starter or battery, but an ignition switch that cost $200! Im certain after they ripped her off for $815, they would have kept adding charges and making up things that didnt really need worked on, until they took all the money from her they could. Avoid this place at all cost... literally!

I had a flat in my tire. Called up and spoke with the service writer. Bring it in before we close and we can get you fixed. I arrived at 4:50 (they close at 6). My car was pulled in, tire patched, and on the road again in under 30 minutes. Barely halted my day. This place is awesome. Great guys. Great staff. I recently moved to affton 1.5 years ago. Checked 3 places. They had best price and guy who answered phone just gave me a good feel about their shop. Sure enough, very personable, know there stuff and even did some extra, what I call, courtesy work. Honest about where to go for other help. Highly recommend. Btw, Never go to a chain store. The one I called told me I had to come in so they could get info off tire I couldnt find. Not so with Zisser and a $20 higher place to replace one tire. VERY SATISFIED WITH ZISSER!

Ive been here twice for different issues and I was always greeted with a smile and excellent service! They get me in right away and Im out the door within a hour or so.The bad reviews on here have me puzzled... Maybe people were just having a bad day...

I took my car here because of transmission problems. They called me back the next day and said that they figured out why the car wont start... I did not have this problem when I left the car. I mean, I drove the car there but I was like, whatever these guys know my wife and thought they were trustworthy. Anyway, I asked about the transmission and they had not even checked it. After I agreed to pay to get the car started, they said the transmission would just needed to be flushed. So they they did this as well.5 months later the transmission goes out. I dropped it off there thinking they would make things right. They said they would check it out. When they told me my transmission needed to be rebuilt I was pretty upset because it costs more than I can afford and I will have to junk it. When I went to pick my car up, they charged me to have them look at it. Apparently they do not stand behind their work. They insisted that in 5 months time it developed these problems - after the flush - and were completely unrelated to my previous transmission problems. I will never ever go here again!

I took a tire in to have it balanced.For $10 they rebalanced it,told me it had a high spot and sent me on my way. Well it was worse than before,so I took it back to them and they said they were too busy and to come back the next day ( I had already removed it from the vehicle both times ). I asked for a $5 refund and said I would take it to someone else. They told me not to waste my money and that it was a bad tire. Well I took it somewhere else and they told me it was Two and a half ounces out of balance on just one side. They rebalanced it and it rides as smooth as new. Thanks NTB I wonder how many people they( Zisser Tire & Wheel Co. ) have scammed into buying new tires this way?

The past two times I have been to Zisser I have received nothing but rude and terrible service. They acted as if I was dumb because I was a woman and refused to put on my tires because they wanted my tires bought from them.

They are always great to me, reasonable prices.

WOW, I SAVED $90 PER TIRE! Not only did I save money, Rich was wonderful to work with, as I am auto challenged. You wil be happy you tried them!

I have gone to Zisser Tire for the last two years. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. I will continue to come to the Affton location to get tires.

I was selling a vehicle to a nice lady and per her request we brought the car in to this shop for an inspection (the car is 18 years old and obviously needs maintenance), the guy that assisted us with the inspection was definitely RACIST he instead of giving the buyer his professional opinion about the vehicles condition he instead took it upon himself to tell the buyer his PERSONAL opinion, without even inspecting the car he told the buyer not to buy the car because by just looking at it the car was not good, he didnt even wanted to inspect the car, he kept on telling the buyer not to purchase the vehicle, the buyer insisted to get it inspected and the guy finally took the vehicle in, 5 minutes later he came out and said the car is garbage, he told the buyer not to buy it, the buyer told him to tell us what was wrong with the car and with a very rude tone he said the vehicle needed brakes and rotors and probably a caliper, he then addressed me by saying ( I am talking to my customer here, dont buy the car), I understand that mechanics should advise their customers on repairs needed for a vehicle but I never witnessed a shop worker tell a customer that the car is (garbage) I found that to be very disrespectful and rude, I will never go to this shop and do business with them even if it is the only one shop open in the US, very bad experience and unbelievable RACIST people working there.

I trust Zisser. They are not necessarily cheap when it comes to an oil change, but they were really honest with me about my car awhile back. They could have really taken advantage of me and turned my car into a money pit with all the repairs it needed. But they straight out told me that I would be better off buying a new car because they werent positive if replacing the computer in my old Hyundai would fix the issues I was having.

Woke up to one of my tires almost completely flat, had a nail in it. Stopped by Zisser to have it plugged and they were very nice and got me in and out in no time

This is the absolute worst place to get tires. I purchased 2 tires from them and in less than 2 years, both tires developed bubbles within the tires. The new place I had it repaired said the tires delaminated, and the air broke through the steal belts. Zisser would not stand behind their product. I rarely use this truck and both tires had around 10-15,000 miles on them. At $180 per tire.
