Absolutely great service and wonderful people! I had a very small scrape in my paint due to closing my car in the garage door (ugh...) and instead of taking off the entire bumper and painting it, they figured out how to tape off a portion and only paint that. Additionally, instead of replacing another part of my bumper that would have been over $2000, they filled in the small gouge in it, sanded and repainted that small part. I paid out of pocket and this saved me thousands of $$$. Then, the icing on the cake was they cleaned the car like Ive never seen anyone clean it! Even my grimey floor mats with years of ground in dirt looked like new! Amazing work and customer service! Thank you to Dominic and Concord Auto Body...I highly recommend them!

Chicken was good. I ordered two 8 piece boxes of chicken only. The cost was only about one dollar less than the meal with a large side and four biscuits for each 8 piece box. Not happy with that pricing.

Took my car here after a guy hit into my bumper. The dealership recommended going here. The staff was friendly, personable, and patient (especially since this was my first time experiencing an accident). Got an estimate done quickly, and was quickly accepted by the at fault partys insurance. They contacted the rental the insurance reserved for me to pick me up and made sure they were still coming in a timely manner. Work was done within 3 days and it looks great. They even washed the car and cleaned the interior. I hope I dont need body work done again anytime soon, but if so, Id go here again no question. Thanks!

Dominic, Kelly, and the rest of the team at Concord Auto Body went above and beyond to take care of me and my car! Dominic arranged to have my car towed to his place after hours, and was finished with it quickly, despite it being around the holidays. I went to pick up my car and Dominic was very informative and helpful. He even allowed me to drive their loaner vehicle for a day while they were finishing up. My car looks like new again and they washed it for me also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I have used Concord Auto Body twice since I moved to St. Louis in 2010. I shouldnt be proud to announce that I have had two pretty bad accidents since 2010, but it happens! In 2012, Concord did a substantial amount of body/paint work on the drivers side of my sedan following a moderate t-bone accident where someone hit my drivers side B pillar. Although the repairs in 2012 took slightly longer than expected, Concords professionalism and impeccable work more than made up for any delay. When I had another unfortunate incident a few weeks ago - this time on my passenger side - I, again, called Concord. I trusted that they would again be able to perfectly match/blend my silver paint and that they wouldnt be pushed around by the insurance company. If theres one great thing about Concord its that they fix things right the first time and they dont skimp on quality. I picked my vehicle up today to find perfection - and then some. Concord repaired some existing damage to my rear bumper (damage that would not have been covered by insurance) for a nominal fee. They also repaired damage to a wheel which I had agreed to forego with my insurance company to save on my deductible - and all of this work appears to be PERFECT. Best of all - I know that if something doesnt look right or sound right or feel right - Concord will absolutely stand behind their repairs. I highly recommend Concord Auto Body and I appreciate everything that they have done to save my vehicle!! Thank you!

Ive been to 4 or 5 body shops over the past 5 years and Concord blew me away. They were the lowest of the 3 estimates I got and my truck looks amazing. Even after much scrutinizing you cannot tell it was ever repaired, the work is top notch. The best part, they completely detailed the entire truck inside and out before returning it. It looks like I just picked it up from the dealer! Ive taken a car to another shop down the road (begins with a G ends with an apsch) twice over the last year, theyve always done good work but their prices were definitely higher and even though I spent more money Ive always gotten the same dirty car back. Definitely going to Concord for any future needs!

I just recently had my Durango serviced at Concord Auto Body. I was very pleased with the results. My SUV is 11 years old. They did a great job repairing the damage and blending the new paint into the existing paint, matching it perfectly. The last accident I was involved in was over 27 years ago, so I wasnt sure where to go. After speaking to some of the Concord Auto Body staff, I decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I could of made. I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional auto body services completed in a timely manor.

Not very happy with these guys. I came down to the shop because State Farm recommended using them. I asked them to get me a quote that they could send to state farm. After a couple of days I called state farm and they told me that not only had concord not sent the quote to them, they couldnt because the guy that did my estimate didnt even bother taking any photos. Now I have to take more time off of my busy schedule to go get a quote (from a different place this time).

I went to their shop because a friend recommended them and the reviews was good.itwas a bad mistake,went to check the car after they finished it before it went to Volo for transmission issues after the accident the body lines was way off I asked them to correct them and they said the lines are fine, mind you 1/2 inch gap between drives fend and hood a 1/16 inch gap between the fender and hood on the passenger side ,the divers side door is a 1/4 inch lower than the driver back door and the back bumper is miss a lined also. Then to top it off a dent in the roof of my car that wasnt present when dropped off. Dominic told my I was out of luck they didnt want to work on my car to begin,my response was you shouldnt have worked on it then I would have been happy to take to another shop, and now I have to pay out of pocket to anther shop to adjust the body lines on the car and Im not allowed on their property and the warrenty is void. Use them at your own risk I wont .

Honest and fair -Never had a autobody company lower there costs at the end since it took less work than they estimated.

Got a quote for body work and they were $1000 higher than anywhere else I went.
