Oil change was completed perfectly, staff were amazing. My reason for 3 stars is due to them not having an air filter in stock to replace my dirty on. I drive an F150, no excuse not having one in stock. I had to find a parts store and buy my own and replace. I even changed out the cabin filter which I would of appreciated them doing as well.

They were very nice. Did a very good job. Will go back again!

Always very friendly and easy to communicate with the staff. They seem to have a process to double check everything which makes me feel safe. Took my daughter to ger her first oil change and they walked her through the process.

The best service I have ever had there. New management took over and they are very friendly & knowledgeable. Easy place to stop when you cant make the time to do it yourself. Reasonable pricing. I never wait in line. Always recommend. Good job guys!

They were done in 15 minutes! Super friendly and professional, even gave me helpful recommendations. Told me they top off the oil in between changes and will check tires for free instead of having to pay for air. I highly recommend them!

This place changed my oil but damaged my oil pan, oil drain plug and inserted a temporary plug without telling us. When we went back they said there was nothing they could do and that it was damaged prior despite my truck being newer and never having this issue before. Will be going elsewhere next time

The manager, “Shane”, has been very professional and attentive each time I visit this shop. I appreciate that Shane only recommends services which are actually needed at the time of my visit. He is a good teacher as evidenced by the way he interacts and instructs new employees. Turnover of employees is high in many businesses in these times, and Shane is a very valuable person for Victory Lane to retain to assure continued success in Adrian, MI.

I’d like to give no stars but that’s impossible. Do not EVER use this location. Started last spring with a major disagreement about a rotary not having head gaskets, which I’m positive resulted in them reusing my crush washer that was for the drain plug (after I provided a new one for them to replace it with). This caused a pretty bad oil leak in which I had to re-do the oil change within a few days. Tonight I went to change the oil in a family members vehicle after rarely being driven, but sitting more than anything. When I got under the vehicle, the drain plug was almost completely loose. I was able to turn it with my fingers to get it out. I will absolutely never return to this location again. Also had family and friends that have had some on and off issues in the past. Starter being filled with oil, leaks from filter, price gouging, extra charges, etc.

Always a good experience here! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. When I had a problem (due to previously going to another oil change place) not only did they fix it, but the manager even came in on his day off to help! 😁Definitely the place to go for a reliable (and quick!) oil change!

Good group of guys who there. Prices are fair for full synthetic oil change and full fuel system clean. They do not try to up sell you anything you do not need. I enquired what exactly there procedures were for a fuel injection system cleans and they allowed me to hop out and look at exactly what thew procedure involved.

Quick oil change shop. Friendly, competent staff. Often these shops have to try and sell you things you may not really need. It did cost 120 for my diesel oil change, 20 dollars more than I have paid at other shops.

Everyone is always friendly and polite. The staff are informative and truthful about the job(s) being done. Service is always speedy and performance is great!

Now our second car here, this time my F150. Extremely thorough. Shane was on duty, I told him how other places leave the old oil setting in the skid plate under the filter. He said not to worry, that he was aware of the problem. He even removed the skid plate and cleaned it thoroughly where it had been left to drip dry over the years! Very courteous and friendly. I will heartily recommend his Adrian shop to anyone in need of quality service, over and above the standard!

Just left there and was quite impressed. Very professional, you always knew exactly what they were doing. They also offer a 20% discount on another vehicle if you bring it in within 48 hours. Overall a nice experience and I will return.

Tim and Shane actually explained why i needed a transmission fluid change, got it done fast and a different employee even made me aware of a leak on my differential.I cant get that much info out of my normal mechanic so that was a really nice surprise.

These guys are about as straight up as they come. No BS in and out, pretty reasonable prices. Would recommend coming here.

I went in there for an oil-change and ended up getting an air filter. They pulled off my radiator cap and told me i was super liw that they would fill it back up but there would be a charge. I said ok and while they were filling it back up i could see the liquid going from the bottle they had because it was a clear bottle. They put not even a 1/4 if a cup in. I will not be returning if they are gonna keep trying stuff like this

The oil change stickers will only go to 3,000 miles even on full synthetic oils (5,000+ miles), but talk to Shane and hell take care of you, great customer service.

Well. They charged me 81$ for a full synthetic oil change. Which I can (and you ) can get changed elsewhere for the very same grade oil at full 5 quarts for 29$(amazon, Google shopping, mobil,). Next. They set my tires for 35lbs. They didnt even touch it. I had taken a analog gage before (and immediately after) :they seemed low and just as equally distributed as followed starting with front left and going to right then rear left to right,24,23,22,19Before and after, I called to discuss it with the manager and he claimed I was of folly Insisted I was mistaken about it or His employees were experts and would never do anything wrong under a camera I know them personallyYour tires are leaking. I filled them the next day and they held steady at 35lbs for a week now So I dont feel like he was a honest business man but rather a sly business man and rather manipulative. Accountablilty was poor like a child playing the blame game. Seems to be the only way he stays in market though. I go to open my hood and they sparingly put this high grade oil into it (probably only 2.5 quarts) so I guess his employee must have dipped the dipstick in a can of oil before he showed me because I checked a second time and it was below the minimum. Which scares me as a consumer to even consider going here again because he not only claimed that he greased my doors on the reciept by not even opening my doors but he also claimed he replaced my filter. When I got to check the filter because Im already frightened of how they screwed up my car so far, I find that its half inserted and not very well at all. I had to replace that because it was damaged and had several rips and was worse then one before it! The sticker on my engine head indicating my oil type was removed and several bolts from my engine cap disappeared, of course his employees were under camera so no wrong must have been done right? I ended up replacing them right away. So if your okay with your car being a donor of parts and bolts and victimized by a sly conartist. Do show up. If not. Go to your local dealer. They seem more professional thenthese guys. Also I would appreciate if the owner did not lie to his customers about how the average oil change is cheaper and if he would not rob parts of my car.

Doesnt even deserve one star. There was a bunch of different things wrong with my vehicle and the employees were very rude to me and my boyfriend. They were rude, and stuck up/snobbish. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
