If I could it would be a 0. A family member uses them all of the time and has been very satisfied. First, they were very slow. OK - most are short-handed. I had a Toyota truck and they took the skid plate off. They about forgot it, and had to stop me from leaving. They only put two of the 5 bolts in, and didnt put any of the plastic splash guard bolts (3) back. I wouldnt have discovered them except I had to replace the alternator. When I realized it, it was Labor Day weekend.

Got a Full Service Oil Change on my Toyota Highlander there today. Oil change was quick, until they got to my canister filter. My previous change at a different business had over tightened the filter cap. The mechanics David and Nathan were relentless in getting past this hurdle. While it may have taken longer than an average quick change, they got the job done, and gave me a discount for taking longer than usual(which was completely out of their control.) I will definitely be using their services for both of my households vehicles from now on and recommending them to anyone who asks.

I have never been there before but I was in the area and in need of an oil change (bad). There was no wait and they guys were super friendly. They went through all their checks out loud so I knew they were doing them and they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. The price was reasonable for a quick change and I was in and out fast. I will be back.

Ive come back here for about 5 oil changes between 2 vehicles and have yet to have a bad experience. honest employees that seem to stand by their work.

Way over priced! PRICES POSTED ARE NOT WHAT YOU PAY they add service charge and other costs on the final bill, try to sell you a bunch of stuff not really needed!

Surprisingly welcoming experience here. I say surprisingly because of how awful most oil change places are. These guys werent pushy, explained their process, didnt try to sell me on stuff I didnt need, and provided a good experience overall. I still think just about every oil change place has prices that are a bit crazy and Ill likely do my own most of the time, but in a pinch this is definitely a good spot to go and I would recommend to those looking for a quality place.

We had a fleet account until they were rude and refused to do 2 of our trucks because they would have to lay on the ground outside so now we will take our business to Victory lane where they are not afraid to lay on the ground if needed. Employees can make or break a business and these guys are a joke.

I prefer going for my oil changes here. Always had good service no matter whose on shift. Plus you get 16$ car wash for across the street!

Just went to get my oil changed on my 2015 Jeep wrangler jk yesterday and this morning I missed work because my engine had no oil and was covered In oil. Who knows if there is any internal damage to my Jeep. Very disappointed. Staff was very nice and apologetic, but job wasn’t done right. Also very expensive compared to its competition.*UPDATE*After speaking with Ed he assured me this was an accident and reimbursed me for my oil change and the three quarts I bought to throw in. On top of that he also gave me a gift card for another oil change after I told him I wouldn’t be going there again. Great and speedy customer service! I think my Jeep will be fine as I caught it early enough, but it was a close call.

Ive been here once with my old car and they were very nice and quick so I decided to continue going. I took my newly purchased vehicle in today to get an oil change because the sticker from the last owner said it was due. After checking it however they let me know (and showed me) that my oil was fine and that an oil change was unecessary. They were very truthful and said that they werent going to do an oil change if it really didnt need it just to make money. They recommended I give it another 1000-1500 miles and bring it back in and then they topped off my washer fluid, checked my tires (and replaced a missing valve stem cap), and sent me on my way with a few coupons. They take very good care of their customers and I know now that Ive found my permanent shop. They are a great team! See you guys in a few months!

Guys were very polite and professional. They were also very efficient. They knew their job very well and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this business to everyone.

I went to get my oil changed thinking I was way over my miles. I pulled in and the employee pulled my information up said, “ you still have 1500 miles before your due” The sticker was wrong on my car since I get the synthetic. They topped all my fluids up and I was on my way. So appreciative they didn’t just change it and take my money but went out of their way to make sure I did t waste it. Thank you for the honesty you definitely have a new regular customer.

I had gone to another oil change place on the previous occasion and they had printed the wrong mileage on my sticker, meaning my oil didn’t really need to be changed when I pulled into Performance Plus. Travis was so kind to point this out, printed me a new sticker with the correct mileage and topped off all my fluids, not charging me a thing! I will not make the mistake of using anyone else for my oil changes going forward!

My wife asked for the cheap oil change they, charged her 62.38. Then told her the coolant was bad, when it was just changed. They had false advertising try to take advantage of her. So I called the shop and the guy tried to play stupid after I called him out on it.

Not overpriced.Update: When they changed the oil filter they did replace the seal. Discovered oil on my driveway after driving 1200 miles and had to have a new seal and a pint of oil added. It was too far to drive back to have them fix the mistake.

They advertise a 26.99 oil change at the road. I pull up and they ask me which oil change I would like from the selection on the wall. I pick the cheapest one thinking it was the special. Instead I get charged 44.37.That is false advertising.The whole time I was there the attendants were rude in how they were treating me.I asked for the manager and the guy said he was. I asked for who the owner was and the guy said he was .I wont go back there again. I highly recommend everyone go to a different location for an oil change. There is many to choose from

Unbelievable....... 3 vehicles. 3 loose oil filters all done at this shop in the last few months. How can anyone possibly mess up an oil change. You would think paying 70+ for a synthetic oil change the least they could do is make sure the components are tight. Hard concept to figure out but oil is a liquid and if not sealed itll leak out. Thanks for creating a sizable stain on a very expensive garage floor. Who should i send the clean up invoice to?

After posting the inappropriate message on your sign I will not be back, ever. Posted on the sign was a comment about life, and it asked life to at least use lube. Great message for all the parents to have to explain to their children.
