I had 2 really expensive doors installed back in spring. The whole reason for the doors was it was very cold and drafty. The salesman made a point of saying that the new doors would make a huge difference. Upon doing some painting a couple months later I noticed this huge gap. Called and asked for the doors to be serviced. Suddenly my expensive doors have gone to the wayside. I have tried communication several times but no answer.

The quality of the product is great and we are very happy with our new windows. The 3 star review is due to some install and communication issues that the average customer may face (first install team was sent out with the proper supplies to install on the 3rd floor, they had to cancel and reschedule, 2nd install team forgot the screens and no one noticed until I contacted the company, among other issues). However after my initial complaints the operations manager Karen worked to make things right. They even went to bat for us with the city when our install failed inspection due to a lack of knowledge on the inspectors part and got the inspection approved which is certainly not something they had to do for a customer who initially complained about them. I appreciate their work to help me leave with a positive experience.

If you are thinking about using this company, buckle up for the long wait. When we got the quote, the lead time was 6-8 weeks. We signed the contract on April 14 and the sales manager ensured us wed have the windows done before July 4th, it is July 21 and we find out there is yet another delay, so we will not have the install until August (if we are lucky) - thats 12 weeks waiting so far. And the company offers now apologies, plus we have to chaise them for updates. Very aggravating, so prepare to be ignored and delayed.

I am satisfied with my Window & exterior door but I am furious with my installation. The installers came into my home ripped apart my old exterior doors only to tell me after that my security door was not the correct size I was furious because I now have to wait for something I ordered in February. I refused to spend another dime with Window works and canceled my storm door. I am so angry right now I could spit.I felt mistreated, disrespected and powerless. I feel I should have received better service and I feel my choice was taken away to reschedule so both doors could be installed the at the same time. I am disappointed with Window works and my decision to give them my business even after reading many horror stories and I gave them a chance anyway NEVER AGAIN.

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Mimi keeps you informed about progress and setting up installations.The installers were prompt, gave a good break down of how they will install the windows and they leave no mess.The windows are high quality and a massive improvement over what they replaced.

My wife and I are happy we had windows installed by Window Works. We worked with Mike and he was very helpful. The guys that came out to measure and to install the windows were great. Very satisfied.

If its true that the installation determines how good your windows are, we definitely hit the jackpot. From start to finish our installers, Verdell...Darnell...and Robert were professional, courteous, efficient, and experts at their craft. We had a difficult patio door replacement and they completed the job beautifully. We also had a large picture window and bedroom window replaced. Both look wonderful. They were very detail oriented and totally cleaned up after they finished. We are totally satisfied and would highly recommend this crew.

We just had a window replacement consultation with Mike Elkin.He was very knowledgeable and helpful.After seeing the difference in their product vs. some others we were considering, and after learning about their warranty and service, we chose Window Works to replace our windows.So far we are very satisfied and cant wait to get our windows installed.

I was having some trouble with the sliding glass door that was installed a few years ago and Darnell came out today and tweaked it. It slides much better now. Very glad they sent someone that knew what they were doing.

I had my soffit and fascia replaced by Window Works. Initially they got my business because the had the best price, but honestly, the quality of work and the professionalism was more than I expected. David was a one man show for most of it and this guy knocked it out of the park, friendly, courteous, and precision work in 90 degree weather. We live in Old Town in the city, highly recommended!

Did a great job installing the windows. My issue is they left large stickers with the name on them. They left a blue adhesive residue behind the I had to use goo gone to remove it. It was difficult to remove. I did send customer service a complaint.

They did work to a neighbors house and were very respectful of the neighborhood, the guys doing the work were very kind. Although the work was not done on my house from what I can see it looks very beautiful and up to the standards of our association. The guys looks very professional in identifiable uniforms and even helped me move a large delivery Box into my garage.

Probably the worst place ive ever done business with ..they charged me for 14 Windows and i only need 12 ...then they refuse to change price . i am beyond upset no kind of compromise .not to mention i felt like my family was being called non stop ...a horrible experience and my windows still havent been put in yet . how are these guys still in business. Buyer beware

We have had three different projects (siding, windows, gutters) done by Window Works and will be sure to call them again if we have a fourth. They are professional, prompt, and responsive. Each project was slightly more expensive than competitors, but the quality of the products (esp the windows) and the work is exceptional. We unfortunately did one of our first window projects with Feldco and the difference in quality between those and our Window Works windows is drastic (temp/noise insulation, durability, fit of the window, etc.)Huge shout-out to Gina who has been determined to ensure that we had a great experience! Be sure to ask to work with her when scheduling estimates and work timelines.

They did our windows about 2 years ago and for a lower cost than feldco, home depot, and another small windows company. We absolutely love ours despite not being able to customize, the price was so low you really couldnt complain. They did offer customizing for extra cost but thats okay, were satisfied with it.

Very poor quality winds leak. Moister and ice in corners of windows.

Great service and great people

Unreal -- nothing but trouble with Window Works. They gave us the run around for weeks to adjust our price when they did less work than was covered by their estimate. Then, they rejected our referrals coupon, which they sent to us so wed refer people to them, subjecting the people we referred to multiple estimates with ever-increasing cost. Then, when our loan was reported as a mortgage, they refused to help. Ill do my best to steer everyone I know away from Window Works.

Accepted long lead time delivery date. It snows One day and get a call that everything is now pushed back 30 days. One snow day = 30 day delay. What a joke! Do not recommend unless you have can wait a couple of months.

They were over 4 hours late, they finished after 10:30 PM. They left w/out cleaning all the broken glass outside!! I paid full retail got no brake whatsoever!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!
