I also have a Hartz home and they are not installed properly they leak the screens don’t stay on the windows. Very cheap, freezing in the winter. We were told they were low e windows. The locks don’t line up to properly close your windows. The windows sills are constant lot dirty. Don’t buy these windows. Don’t buy a Hartz home

Horrible windows very cheap they leak and owners and workers lie to there customers..Dont believe me ask anyone with a hartz home in newlenox, the mayor is trying too ban them..
