Im assuming, Paul was rude. He told me I had 2 choices for battery replacement for my watch, regular or premium. I asked what was the difference between the two. He rolled his eyes, sighed and asked condescendingly, well what is the difference between regular and premium? I replied, there could be many differences: weight, life-span, guarantee, etc. He then explained the difference. I opted for the premium. He replaced the battery. I paid cash( the only thing he accepts). He walked away, ignoring my inquiry about a receipt. This man has no business working with the public. Take your business somewhere else, where every customer is respected.

I had my Rado repaired by Paul after 1 month it doesnt keep correct time.I have no receipt.Had to pay cash which was odd.Im now going to send it to Rado to have it repaired which I should have done in the first place .
