This place is amazing. Beautiful store and great selection of watches and jewelry but what makes this place so special is the people. I walked in knowing there was an extremely slim chance of them having the watch I’ve been searching for and unfortunately they did not have one available. But they could have just said that like every other place I’ve been to and sent me on my way. Instead, George apologized and went to see if they at least had the model so I could finally check one out in person which he did end up finding. Then Matthew came over when he heard what I was searching for and gave me his personal watch to wear around the store while I was there so I could get a feel for it. Who does that?! Matt was amazing; extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. There wasn’t one model Matt didn’t know everything about but in a very humble way. Ive lived near Razny my entire life, and recently went in to discuss sizing and soldering options for my wedding set. We did not purchase my set from Razny, and my gems are moissanite. We got my set from an online retailer, but I wanted a local jeweler to rely on for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs. Enter Razny.I had been intimidated to walk inside, as Razny is clearly a very nice, high end store. I was afraid that I might get some comments about not buying the set there, and the fact that it was moissanite (some people look down on moissanite compared to diamonds). The people here helping me out were great though. Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door, and no one said anything about my ring except to compliment it.Also, Razny will be able to do the work on my ring, which Im thrilled to hear. I didnt know if I would be able to solder one of my bands to the other 2 rings, but they said its possible! I did not get my work done yet (I have decided to get them soldered and add sizing beads shortly before my wedding, based on their recommendation). If I could give Razny Jewelers an infinite number out of 10, I would.Let me start off with saying 2020 has been a wild ride for engaged couples. With the constant changing of plans and weddings - learning to go with the flow is a must. For me personally, I went through 4 different wedding plans in one year. Because of the constant changes, my fiance surprised me with a new engagement ring setting and wedding band (once the final wedding plans were coming together). We designed a beautiful A. Jaffe engagement ring and setting - both custom to our desires.We went with the jeweler my parents have been going to and their friends. I wont go into the details or name drop - but it was a mess from start to finish. Our wedding bands were made wrong (mine 3x and his 2x). And customer service and our sales rep honestly did not care. It was as though they received their payment and that was it. And when they finally did set my diamond - I cant even comment on the work haha. Lastly, I did not receive my final setting / band until the day before our wedding. I was devastated. The beautiful diamond my fiance proposed to me was hidden by prongs. I immediately googled what could be done, and started calling jewelers that carried A Jaffe.Upon calling Razny, RIGHT AWAY the team started helping. I initially called their Hinsdale location, and the team set me up with the Addison location for the in-house craftsman - yes they have someone who is in house and has an amazing shop to ensure craftsmanship is done with the utmost love and respect to the jewelry. They listened and actually cared about my story and helping. They put me in touch with Nancy (she is a true blessing) and Nancy reviewed what needed to be done to get the ring looking great for our 4th wedding plan. The team took my ring in within the hour, got to work, and within 20 minutes (with several checks in between to consult my thoughts and ideas) my beautiful diamond and setting came to life. They not only shaved the prongs on top, they also slimmed down the prongs on the side (we have little diamonds on the side - and the work to ensure these were safe and secure was unreal - perfectly done). I was a total mess, but the team brought me champagne and calmed my nerves. For once I actually felt like a bride getting married. They also took care of my family that was there to help and be morally supportive. The entire process made me so grateful and become a customer for life. Do not look anywhere else. Do not think twice. Choose Razny for any of your jewelry needs. Their work is impeccable and their attention to detail is spot on. Just look at the before and after of my ring! Went there to fix the size of my fiancé’s engagement ring. They said they’ll have it done in a week. Took them 2 weeks to finish. Went back there to get the ring and it didn’t fit. So they had to readjust the ring again and it took another week. They didn’t even give us a discount. Then they fixed my fiancé’s bracelet, which cost $100 to fix and they didn’t even do a good job on that.

I stopped into Razny Jewelers in Addison on Lake Street a few months ago for a question I had concerning a Rolex. I was helped by a gentleman named Roberto Martin. He was able to answer all of my questions and then some. While I was there, just for fun he brought me some beautiful rings to try on. I was amazed by this place. Everything in this location is stunning and everyone seemed to be so accommodating. My brother at this time was starting to look around at engagement rings so I insisted he went into this location. I made sure he asked to work with Roberto Martin. I took my brother in there to browse and he explained to Roberto what exactly he was looking for. Over the next month or so Roberto brought in some incredible stones until my brother found the perfect one. Today my brother is now engaged to an amazing women and I have to give such an immense amount of credit to Roberto for all of his hard work on helping my brother create the perfect ring. I highly recommend if your looking for any piece of jewelry, to stop in and ask for Roberto Martin! I can promise you will not be disappointed! First off I would like say the set up in the store was amazing!!!! All the staff there were pleasant and welcoming!! Christina helped with with my purchase for my wife’s birthday!!! I’ve purchased 3 beautiful time pieces from Razny, spoke to Roberto today about another piece I’m trying to purchase, I get a call back From Roberto stating that Stan the owner says that I have to bring in my previous 3 pieces that I purchased from them to prove I still have them in order for me to buy another watch, he stated it’s store policy lol. I never heard of such thing, I was offended by that request, I mentioned to the sales guy that I’d be more then happy to show him I still have them but my question was what’s the point behind that he said the owner just wants to make sure you still have them. Why does that even matter if I do or don’t. Either way you lost me as a customer good luck, C D peacock just gained a new customer.
