They quoted me a very reasonable price, said it would take about an hour and a half (peak hours in the middle of the city) but they took less time than that maybe 30-40 minutes. My tow driver was very friendly, and was careful enough to not drop my car, when it only had ONE stud holding it up which was very precarious already. Amazing Staff. Thank yall, will definitely use Speedway if/when my car craps on me again.

Dont sell your scrap car to these people unless you have all day to waste frivolously. Was given a very large 4 hour window for pick up and they still arrived late. Im beside myself with how much of my life these people wasted. Speedway is a joke of a name, Slowway is much more apt.

I was having a bad day all in all; not only had a flat tire but also water hose burst.. There is always a first time for everything, right.. I googled towing company and the first to pop up was Speedway Towing, let me tell you I was skeptical to give my information over the phone; didnt have any cash but the dispatcher was very friendly and professional.. Nonetheless, after talking to him I didnt go right away with Speedway Towing I did some price checking around, but at the end Speedway Towing had the best rates.. The service was done promptly and very professional by the dispatcher and the driver as well.. He did know his job very well.. .I recommend them and if I had to use this company again.. I will... thumbs up..!

They picked up my used car for sale for free through Peddle. Quick and Easy service. Only deducting one star because we scheduled a pickup from 7am-11am and the driver did not arrive until 12pm. Otherwise, excellent service and communication.

This was my first experience with Speedway Towing and I just added them to my phone contacts for the next time I need help on the road. There price for the service was why I picked them to begin with after getting a couple of higher quotes. But my overall satisfaction had a lot to do with the driver whose name was Devin. Besides being very friendly, he was very conscientious in being sure that my larger than average vehicle was quite secure on the bed of his tow truck. And when I needed it left in a particular spot behind my business, he was able to get it right where I wanted it.

I had a good experience with this tow company. The price was much better than 3 other companies that I called. The driver arrived in about 35 min as promised. The driver Carlos was nice and professional.

Company took >2 hours to arrive. They did offer a discount for services to “make it right” and the gentleman was nice that helped me but I kept having to call them for an update. They were unable to clearly tell me when the truck would arrive.

Speedway Towing? More like Scumbag Towing. I called this place since it was only 5-10 minutes away from the shop where I wanted my car to be towed, figured I could save myself a little money. How wrong I was... To start, the guy was 30-45 minutes late, and then in the end charged me $150 in total to tow it a SINGLE MILE to the shop I requested. Ive paid for tows several times and thats twice as much as what Ive paid before. Dont give your business to these scammers; STAY FAR AWAY.

A Recommended towing service

The customer service here is at a ZERO! I just called and the guy hung up on me. Guys name is John. Before I could finish my statement as to why I called. Called again and he was even more of jerk.

Made me wait for an hour and a half and only after I called them, said that they actually don’t have anybody available. Awful.
