I signed up with Ultimate Staffing in 2017 and initially was disappointed that they were not able to find anything in my field (marketing). They were very up front with me about the type of job opportunities they had and I appreciated that. I received a call from them in December about a marketing job and was hired on for a temp to hire position shortly after. The team did a phenomenal job preparing me for my interview. Sending over tips, detailed information on the job and one of the staff members even called me from home sick to make sure I had what I needed interview day. Every staffing agency is different but the size of the office and attentiveness of the staff has made this experience seamless. Working as a temp, whenever I had questions I never waited more than an hour for a response. I was hired on full-time to the temp position from Ultimate Staffing 6 months after starting.
