I do not normally post bad reviews but same thing happened to us. We have been customers for many years, bill gets charged to our card via autopay. A few months ago I get an email saying there is a past due invoice, when I called to inquire on why that happened since we are on autopay. Connie answered and said they no longer do autopay, I thought it was strange but I figured whatever, paid the bill. The next month I was late again on my bill, since I am not used to paying this particular bill since it was on autopay for many years. So they closed my account, when I called to pay the bill and reactivate my login, Connie tells me that they are no longer accepting new accounts. It sounds like Connie is the Terminator!

Disgusting company . After doing business for 20 years they decided not to give me service because of clerical errors. Connie is disgusting the way she talks to people. To do this too me during a Pandemic is a slap in the face. Its like someone kicking you when you are on the ground! I do not recomend this company.
