Darrell answered the phone at 7 pm at night and set up a visit to my office for the next day to help fix a laptop I own. He arrived promptly and solved the problem very quickly. He was friendly, helpful and willing to drive from Dallas to McKinney to help me. Darrell also saved me a significant amount of time, which is great because my calendar is jam packed most days. Darrell and PC Repair Network took great care of me and I know theyll do the same for you.

Darryl came out on a holiday with same day service. My laptop would not boot past the boot manager. He came in and explained the issue and reset my laptop. Gave his card and told his services don’t end at 5 and to give him a call whenever there’s an issue. We be using him in the future.

Darrell, my son is waiting for his desktop you collected and you keep saying you would drop off, since you lost the CPU and cannot fix it. Now, after countless text messages to you, and no answer at all, I am coming on here to plead with you to please drop off my son’s desktop. It’s been since March!!!!!

Don’t trust Darrell Elliott. He is a scam artist, he took my laptop it’s been a week and he already took the money for my laptop screen replacement and he didn’t even replaced it and he said it has some other issues and when i asked him to return my laptop and my money since then he stopped picking my calls and he didn’t gave back my laptop and money. It is a scam. address is fake, there is no physical store. the person asked to pay and sign some very long agreement in advance before the repair started and disappear with my laptop without replying to my text or any phone calls.

I was experiencing a down system could not get my computer to start up could not get to my data could not do my job PC repair came out to my house and in less than 2 hours they had Windows reinstalled had recovered all my data and helped me reload some programs they did a fabulous job

Its been THREE weeks and Ive had no updates on my order. I already paid them and every time I call or text he never respond back. Ive already called my bank for a refund, but it wouldve been nice to get the service I requested. They take your money and NEVER respond back

Update: Received my refund after numerous of times trying to reach out to him and apologized.I havent received my refund and its been more than 2 weeks. I was told I would get my refund but never got it. I never got my keyboard due to covid and him getting the wrong part for my laptop. I paid cash upfront in December for my sons computer. We still dont have it fixed. We were promised it would be done before he went away to college. It is now over two months. He has to walk from campus in the middle of the night to his work on their computers. I have called to get my money back, but no one will return my call. I am very disappointed. My son is a senior and this is really interfering with his work. I have tried my best to work with their situation, but this is ridiculous. Just give me back my money and I will go somewhere else!

Had a hard drive crash at my Auto Shop today. Called Darrell and he came to the shop and picked up my pc. He explained my options and a few hours later he had all my data recovered on an external hard drive.Price was reasonable too. Great service. Highly recommend.

Darrell was a great service technician who paid attention to details in his work and was able to repair and replace the faulty part in my Toshiba Satellite computer. The PC runs like a champ which saved me lots of money instead of going out and buying a new computer. Darrell even took the initiative to correct some other software issues without me having to ask and his work was above reproach. His rates are reasonable, he delivers computers as promised, I found him to be trustworthy. I will definitely return to his business for all my computer repairs.

Dont let a couple of bad customer experiences sway your decision to use this company. They did an excellent job for me. Daryl was on time and the price was as stated. My mother in laws laptop had a horrible virus on it. She could hardly even get on the internet with it. Daryl picked it up from my place of work, a television station in Dallas, and drop it back off to me in about 2 hours. The laptop worked great. The viruses were cleared off. He did such a great job on it I let him fix my sons laptop as well. Same thing... He picked it up from my place of work and returned it to me in about 2 hours. The laptop has worked great ever since. Daryl was on time every time. I cant speak for other computer repair issues, but I can attest that Darrells virus removal has been successful both times Ive used him. Never called me back after I left them my phone number about getting my pc diagnosed and potentially repaired.I posted this review a number of years ago. Its a fee years later now and I can confirm that they never called me back. Hell I even called them again for old times sake and they didnt answer or call me back. Tim was very friendly and helpful and put in my work order to Darrell right away.I got a call from Darrell, the owner and PC Repair technician, just a few hours later and he told me my laptop was fixed (there was a power issue from my 6 month old crawling on top of it). He even offered to deliver it to my home for me.Friendly. Fast. Right price.Couldnt be more pleased with Darrells service!

Scam artists. Stay away and find a reputable business with a solid store front and point of contact. Everything about this is shady. They took my computer, kept it for weeks and didnt contact me about ordering parts, then returned it without the power chord that I sent with it, and was inventoried. Was told to that the power pack would be delivered, and when I came to pick it up a day later, it still wasnt there. When I finally demanded that my property be returned, the wrong chord was returned to me and it does not even work with my computer, which I am assuming that they did not actually fix because I cant even power it on. An absolute waste of time, money, and these scum of the earth should be ashamed of themselves. STAY AWAY!Ive uploaded my experience to social media so we can increase awareness, demand accountability, and hopefully bring justice to these scum.

Update. This is a con. His website has viruses. He had a chance to refund our money and preferred to not do so. He owes money on judgments!!! Do your research. This guy is bad news. Horrible experience with this business. Asked for a refund 2 days after service on a one year service warranty and he declined. Completely lied about giving me a refund. I would not trust this service at all. I will be pursuing legal action. Warning, I do not believe this is a way reputable businesses function. I would urge potential customers to steer clear. I read his reply. Quite the liar. I got a legal judgment against him. Happy to share the facts with anyone who would like to know. As I am a lawyer I will counsel anyone who gets ripped off on how to file a claim against him.

We had a liquid spill on our laptop and it would not turn on. My daughter had an important paper to do for school the next day. We went to other sources including Geek Squad who told us 2-4 weeks and $300-500 dollars or purchase a new laptop. Called Darrell at PC Repair Network and he assured us that he could get it up and running in a timely manner and cost efficiently. We dropped it off at the Addison location with Tim about 10:30am that morning it was repaired by 5pm that same afternoon. Highly, Highly recommended! Fast Service, on-time, easy to understand and very knowledgeable also reasonably priced and Very Honest.

This company is the best! Not only were they reasonable in price and quick in turnaround, the owner Darrell even gave me support after working on it (helping me find and recover the files I needed from a broken hard drive). He went above and beyond what was necessary to fix my issue. This company is the best around. I dont think Ive ever written a Google review, but people should know there is a reputable repair shop (with multiple locations in DFW) with staff that cares about more than just getting you out the door. WOULD HAVE GIVEN 6 STARS IF POSSIBLE!

I paid for services for my pc, No service was done after payment, he issued no refund (even after several weeks), and ghosted all means of communication with him.Since there are similar claims here, I ll also be reporting him with the current info. I repair guy for about 3 to 4 years he keeps my anti Virus up to date on all three of my computers. When you need him he will log in toyour computer and find out what the problem is.

Darrell came mobile to my hotel on time and provided excellent customer service and fixed my laptop on site. I would highly recommend his service and his pricing was reasonable as Im displaced due to the Harvey hurricane.

I was totally in situation where I had to have my computer repaired the same day. The hard drive i was told by Geek Squad was damaged and I needed to purchase another computer and all my data was gone. I looked up PC Repair Network after talking with one of there previous customers and dropped my computer off in Addison at 10:45am. Darrell, the technician was very polite and extremely, confident and knowledgeable regarding my situation. I received a call back around 12pm from him regarding the process of recovering my data. He called back again around 3pm and told me I could come and pick up my computer with all the data recovered and still in tact! Now, I dont trust big stores anymore but will definitely be using Darrell and PC Repair Network for all my PC repair needs. Highly Recommended definitely!

Phenomenal experience, getting a cracked screen fixed on my sons laptop! I can only explain how great Darrell did by comparing him to 3 other place I went to first.First off, Darrell gave me a phone quote in 10 minutes based on my service tag. I dropped it off at his drop off location in Addison where Tim courteously took my information passed the information on to Darrell. Darrell had the laptop repaired in what must be under an hour (I didnt time it), including getting the part, and delivered back to me (Im not sure if he does that for everyone, but I was extremely grateful).Compare to the OTHER places.Place #1 had my computer for over 48 hours, had promised same day or next day at the worst completion. In 48 hours, the had not even provided an estimate. I had to call them 4 times to follow up, not joking, before finally giving up.Place #2 was a National Brand place, huge line at the service counter manned by a single person checking folks in. After 15 minutes and the line not moving, I gave up and went to place #3.Place #3, a big box store. Not to name names but it sounds like Pest Puy and Peek Spuad. Anyway, they dont do fixes on site. 2 weeks minimum to ship it off, get an estimate, have it repaired, have it shipped back. While I was there, they suggested I might as well just buy a new computer.~~~Having a guy like Darrell and PC Repair Network to help you in times of need is absolutely golden. If I could give him a 6 star grade, I would, 5 is not enough. Service. Courtesy. Knowledge. Could not have asked for more.

DO NOT USE. Find any other computer repair vendor. The man doesnt understand how to run a business. Provided inaccurate date to return my unrepaired computer 3 times. Disappeared for several days. Provided another delivery promise he couldnt keep. Disappeared for several days again. Finally returned the unrepaired laptop with a refund of the $60 diagnostic fee.The first incident was blamed on his car being broken, and only explained as such after several repeated failed attempts to communicate with him. Your car failure doesnt concern me. Take an uber. Figure it out. For 3 days over a holiday weekend. This is untrue, the go-between (Tims Mail Shop) told me he contacted you successfully.I dont care if you were rescuing trapped Chilean miners or if you were on a boat at a lakehouse. Deal with your customers first. Small Business 101.I finally have my computer back, after 3 distinct broken delivery promises, multiple ghosting incidents, and only after I threatened to involve the police.Of note, my computer still isnt repaired.Again, Id give zero stars if I could. How do I explain, This business is worse than nothing at all. The Con artist of a business man mis-quoted the repair cost to my wife and gave her 24 hours to respond before he strips her computer to sell it for parts, then used the computer as collateral for a Diagnosis fee when we already knew what the problem was. To which he changed his policy on to a dutiable for an sorry excuse to receive a payment. When we confronted him on this misunderstanding. He threatened me with a pistol, and assaulted me in front our apartment complex and even used his vehicle to attempt to run me over to add insult to injury. (Did I mention that he does not have an actual store but is merrily a small business using other stores as drop off and pick up points? This guy stole my laptop and my backup drive, with the promise he would take it back to the office for repair and return it the next day. He took over 50% of the payment up front, so I essentially paid him to steal my property. His addresses are all bogus, most of his phone numbers are bogus, and he is a crook. I have made over one dozen attempts over a three week period to contact your company, including the consultant I worked with directly, without success. Today, while calling from a previously unused number, I was able to finally reach Daryl, my service consultant. Unfortunately, Daryl displayed a complete lack of professionalism by hanging up on me mid conversation after completely denying that the screen repair was poorly done. Not only was the touchscreen poorly fitted to the laptop, making it completely unusable, but zero effort was made to clean up excess glue or even pieces of paper towel stuck to the machine. I paid $403.00 up front for a same day service, and did not receive the laptop back for almost two full weeks. When the laptop was finally delivered, it was immediately apparent that Daryl did not even bother to verify the repair work done, as the laptop was missing multiple pieces.Daryl assured me that he would return in twenty minutes with the reassembled laptop, but did not return for over two hours. As of today, my employee has been without a functioning laptop for over a month, and I have invested $403.00 into a laptop that still needs another screen.I would strongly recommend you throw your broken device away, rather than utilize PC Repair Networks services.

I dropped my laptop last year and damaged my hard drive and operating system . I went to two computer places and they gave me an estimate of almost 400 dollars. Mr Darrell replaced and fixed all the issues for half the cost, was very flexible and extremely fast repair time.UpdateMy first review was when he helped me with the laptop, just a week after getting back my laptop, the laptop went bad again,so i returned it for fixing for about 4 times and he couldnt fix the problem. But my biggest issue was that i turned in my laptop with a brand new charger from bestbuy but when he retured my laptop, he gave me an old and damaged charger. I called and texted him to get back my original charger but he stopped returning my calls or text. Was very disappointed and felt scammed IThank you for responding that my accusation was false. I attached a screenshot of my conversation with you before you stopped responding.

I accidentally corrupted a usb flash drive and had no back up for some imprtant data. Nothing worked to recover it until I called Daryl; he got my data back to same day for a reasonable fee. Thanks Daryl!

Would not recommend them at all. Horrible customer service and follow up. I paid a deposit on a keyboard that they were supposed to order for me and I have not heard from them in over 4 months. They refused to take my phone calls or refund my money back.
