Employees were nice, but waited over an hour for a pre- reserved car. When asking for a time frame due to needing to go to work- was told “maybe a few more minutes”. Not sure if the cars aren’t here or what’s happening…. their phones been ringing the whole time lol. Feel bad for the employees. But literally WTH

Ruined my family vacation and put my family and I in danger when the SUV was leaking fluid and when I turn on the SUV smoke came out. Disappointed that it is almost a week and I try to reach out about the problem and nobody has contacted me. I will NOT be renting anything from Enterprise as I do not fell comfortable or safe with there rentals.

Every time I go to enterprise no matter the location, it is like pulling teeth to get the car. I look at their policies online and they are ALWAYS different from their practice. Always. No matter what, there will be SOME REASON every time that it takes over an hour to actually drive away. They have all these extra stipulations that they don’t mention until you arrive and they’re CONSTANTLY unprepared with their stock. They rented a car to another gentleman, charged him $800 and when he arrived, there was no car available. This is pathetic. This company needs to get it together.

The insurance company for the driver that hit me set me up with a rental at Enterprise, which is my preference, as Enterprise is always good about taking care of me, whether it be for business, personal or insurance purposes. Enterprise quickly called to confirm my reservation, and when they could accommodate the pick up, which was great! Unfortunately when I arrived, they did not have a standard vehicle, but they were able to provide me with a temporary vehicle. They said they would be in contact with me when an appropriate vehicle would be available. Enterprise was very communicative, kept me updated via phone calls and emails, and they were able to soon get me into another vehicle. While I did have to come back in to switch out vehicles, I am very happy with their service and professionalism. We also just recently used this same Enterprise location a couple months ago and had a great experience then, too.

Collision center covered the cost. Driver from Enterprise was supposed to come get me. MFer went to the wrong location and when there was no one there, they didnt call back the original collision center. Enterprise dude lied to my face and said he called the collision center. It obviously wasnt true because I was there when the nice lady called them a second time to follow up on the driver who was supposed to pick me up. Caliber ended up dropping me off. The Enterprise people talked to much. Just give me the car Chad.

It was my fault for trying to rent a car 4 minutes before it closes. A good customer service personnel like BUDGET, would have said, were sorry its closed but how about we get you in a car tomorrow morning. Instead I got a, were closed at 6, we dont work Over Time. Never calling there again.

I made a rental, the car only had 1/8 tank left and wanted to fill up to full. The employee said the person who had the gas key was not there and should be back in 15 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting, one of the employees told me to leave, go ahead and fill up the tank myself and he would reimburse $20. Yesterday I returned the car with half the tank full, and they still charged me $6 instead of $20 reimbursement. Shady business.

Update: Called them today and talked to David G. Who was very apologetic. We were able to go to our local Enterprise and switch the car out . Thanks David you’re awesome.Due to the recent hail storm we had to get repairs on our 2 vehicles. They delivered the cars to us but we only needed 1. This car is FILTHY and I thought that with a virus going around they would’ve brought us a clean vehicle. 1 the car is small we have a charger and a impala and was told that we’d get a similar vehicle to ours. 2 the car smells like urine. 3 the seats are dirty and the car even has a cigarette burn on the back seat. I wouldn’t have believed that enterprise would even have a vehicle in such gross condition on their lot. It’s as if the day it was returned they brought it to us without cleaning or disinfecting it. If something ever happens again and we need to rent a carI will not ever rent one from this location which is out of my area so returning it will take about 30 minutes to drive.....Very disappointed.

This is my favorite location in America. They always treat me great. The customer service is unbelievable. Its always a 5 start service and experience. They never profile you and treat all customers the same. If Im renting a car it will be Enterprise and at this location. Everyone that works at this location are all professionals. Great job!

I was over charged 99.96 for insurance, I had my own car insurance, so I only asked for the third party insurance at a rate of 55.84. I reported the overcharge to an associate upon the return of the vehicle. He told me that he will refund the 99.96 that was Feb 15, 2021. I have yet received the overcharge. Make sure you analyze your bill when picking up your rental.

My experience with Enterprise was seamless. The agents working at the desk at pick up were so friendly, nice and helpful. They offered me an upgraded vehicle for very little additional money. Car was new and in great condition. We had no difficulties at all. Dropping off the car was equally as easy. I will definately use Enterprise again.

My husband and I rented a car for a quick trip to Louisiana this weekend. The customer service was great. We were put in a 2020 Chevy Malibu and that was great. No issues other than after we drove off in the car, we noticed the smell of cigarettes. My husband and I are very averse to cigarettes and like what cigarettes do, the smell lingers. We bought car fresheners which helped a bit, but still, the smell was there. I guess next time well ask for a non-smoking vehicle.

In a time of need enterprise really came through. The first one that I went to that was off the freeway in carrollton was completely off. From the customer service to offering me something that was way over priced because that was the only car they had. Its a way longer story, but Ill spare the details. I tried a second time at this after grabbing some lunch. Ended up at this location in addison. It was a smooth and easy transition and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I needed to extend a day they were accommodateable. The car they provided me was nice, clean, and all round a great car. Thank you all for the great service as I had major doubts from the sister property.

My wife recently rented a SUV for the week from enterprise in Addison, Texas. Everything was seamless from start to finish. When she arrived to pick up, the car was ready to go. Fast checkout time too. Employees at check-in and check-out were pleasant. I will definitely be returning to Enterprise to rent whenever I need it. Prices are affordable. Very satisfied.

We had a reservation from 10/10 to 10/13. When we arrive at 10:30 on 10/10, we were shocked to see that the office was closed! A heads up would have been nice! Got the car Monday to Tuesday and were happy with it although the gas tank was on empty, the car was clean.

Renting here was a nightmare. First, it took over 2 hours to get a car. The collision center called them to have it ready when I got there, however I got a call an hour after arriving from enterprise saying they only had 1 car and it was an SUV so it wasnt covered by insurance. I asked if they had others at a different location, and he said he might by the end of the day. It was already closing time at the collision center and it was raining heavily so I didnt want to wait outside. They finally brought a car without lumbar support as I requested. There was a car at the collision center already that they were picking up with support but it had a low tire. The collision center aired it up and said it would be fine. The following day it was completely flat, so I had someone put slime in it and air it up, went to discount tire where they put the spare on, and sent me to Firestone because enterprise didnt have an account at discount tire. At Firestone I was advised the enterprise would not pay for that tire and I would have to take it to another Firestone dealer that had a tire $20 cheaper. I asked to speak with the manager at enterprise snd was told there was nobody there that day. Enterprise told me to drive the car back to them and they would trade it out. I spent 7 hours dealing with this issue, missed work, and never got a call back. Ridiculous

I was very disappointed with the car they gave us. When I made the reservation I requested and was confirmed for a mid-sized car. When we picked up the car they gave us a compact car. When we asked the lady about it she said it was the only car she had and we would have to wait for something else. She showed no concern for our concern. Poor custom service. Very disappointing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had no worst experience ever, and I rent a lot of car from different places. I called to verify my reservation and ask if I could pick up the vehicle early, they confirmed and said yes. I also asked about the address because apple maps said it was closed, they let me know the office was open. I get there it is not open called again and was given another address to go to. I get to the address and they let me know that the SUV I reserved for our family road trip is not available, they suggest I take a car or uncovered truck. I say no, I need space and the luggage and camping equipment covered, I see other SUVs in the lot when I asked to have they say they cant give to me because those are reserved, just as I did but what does that matter. Then they suggest I take a minivan, not thrilled at this idea, but have not choice as I was dropped at the location thinking this was going to go smoothly. Also, when asking to have them take me to another location they declined saying they could not with 5 workers there. So, I ask them to find a SUV at another location they say they cannot, because they cannot see in the other systems, but I could find 1 and go switch the minivan out. So, I am forced to take the van which had not been cleaned prior to me taking it (since I was going to switch out why clean right?) I call about 8 locations find 1 across town, call tell them the issue they ensure me they will handle and to come in. I do so just for them to try to charge me more money for a mistake they made. I leave stuck with the minivan for my trip, only to return for them to try to charge me a $75 cleaning fee, and well as up charging for 2 extra hours of time. Nothing about this went smoothly and I was extremely disappointed and upset. Using this place again would be a NO for me, because they never once did anything to make it right or even apologize for the HUGE inconvenience it caused.

I reserved with Click and Pick, and arrived to find a brand new small truck. It was a wonderful vehicle. But better yet, the check out process was quick and courteous.Then to return the vehicle, we arrived 30 minutes before the office opened. I had a very pleasant experience with enterprise. My vehicle needed a new transmission and I rented a car for a week.....that turned into 2 weeks and a day. The very personable and professional people at Enterprise made this unpleasant situation of mine much more tolerable. I was picked up at home to begin the rental and needed a ride home after returning the car....all without a hitch. Very easy.

I called enterprise to let them know I was dropping off the car at the mechanics where my own car was being repaired. They said they would pick it up that afternoon. The next 3 days my mechanic called and said they hadn’t picked it up and it was taking up space in his lot and also, my insurance might charge me for the extra days not used, so I called again and they said they would pick it up that day. It has been two more weeks later and they have still not picked up the car and are no longer answering our phone calls.

If I could give it a 0 I would. My car was in the shop so I needed a rental. I scheduled the rental a day prior. Due to covid they couldnt pick me up which I understand. I decided to run there since it was I only a mile away. When I arrived I was greeted with a sign that said this location is closed and go to another store 2 miles down the road. I called and asked why this was not mentioned and he said we try to catch everyone but I guess we overlooked you. He then says it will only take you 5 minutes to walk there. Its raining now, pouring actually and u begin to run. For another 20 minutes. I arrive and he has no remorse or concerns that I was soaked and he lied about the distance. Instead he says ill upgrade you from the full size. I get outside and its a small Nissan sub I have never heard of. I said this is a upgrade ? I would like the full size, he said they didnt have any, so this was not a upgrade but what they had left. The car was completely dirty and smelled of dog. I work with insurance and I have never heard of such a bad experience with you guys. I was also supposed to get a discount for my job but never did. I also returned my vehicle a day early but was never refunded for that day. I will not be using you guys again.

My experience didn’t start off so great. I reserved a car from this location and called day before to let them know I would be picking up late. Spoke with Andrew who said that was fine and to just call that day when I was on the way. I did that and arrived right at 6. The manager on duty was not accommodating at all and also told me the car I had reserved was gone because I was late. She advised there was another vehicle available that was for more expensive than the rate I reserved. I told her that was unacceptable as I followed their instructions on how to handle picking up later from their location. She essentially refused to offer any further assistance. I went outside to wait to be picked up. Paola came out to make sure myself and another customer were assisted. I explained what happened and she quickly went into action to see what she could do to help me. Paola to be a young woman has a great head on her shoulders and amazing problem solving skills. Not only did she get me in a car but I also got to keep my same rate. Paola is currently an intern at this location. If you’re looking for HR professionals please recruit this young woman!

I’d like to start off by saying that I am very upset at how enterprise handled my damage. Also, the customer service that I endured was poor. I was rushed through the process. I was not happy with my rental , so I upgraded.The rental was not cleaned properly. There was trash on the floor. The passenger seat contained a sticky substance. Upon returning, I called the same day and I was told that it would be voided out (damage waiver). Unfortunately, it seems that I was given false information. This is regrettable because I am an enterprise plus member whom has been renting from enterprise for years. I have never experienced such an unproductive service.

Since moving to Dallas and not having Zipcar as a convenient alternative, I discovered that my office provides PerkSpot along with a variety of benefits. One of the true time and money savers has been the discounted price of renting a second vehicle when needed. Since one of us works from home and we are always together in our free time, we realized we didnt have to have two vehicles, except for that rare occasion. Enterprise has been the number one choice for grabbing that number two mode of transportation when the need arises. Whether it was an economy sized for doctor or dental appointments, a truck for picking up new household items or something fun in the sun just for a weekend family visit down to Houston, the cost of renting a second car far outweighs the cost of scheduling the logistics of carpooling, the cargo capacity of our midsized SUV or the wear and tear and milage of a long road trip. The Addison, TX location especially treats you like a friend and not like some car rental places that can make you feel like it is a burden to borrow one of their vehicles. I have appreciated the entire team at Addison Enterprise and look forward to my visits with them every other month or so. Thanks for leaving me feeling as valuable to you as you are to me!

I jad alot better of a car. The one I got I wasnt picky it was just dirty qnd when turn ac on Cig.smoke was horrible. We had to drive around w windows down. When car was parked in sun all day the smell of cig. Was strong. We spray Lysol as much as we cld. Mats had white stuff that wasnt clean up. This is the second time this particular location has cancelled my reservation. Both times Ive arrived at the open of business to be told that they sent me a text (that I never got) explaining that they had nothing for me SOLD OUT!! and cancelled my reservation. They gave me no options for availability elsewhere nor did they go above and beyond to find me available vehicles. Instead they reiterated that every vehicle in the DFW area was sold out! LIES!!!!!! I found two location within a 5 mile radius that had available vehicles. Yet there where 5 employees sitting around lollygagging look spaced and confused. It literally took me 20 minutes of calling around to find me a vehicle. I had a trip I had to drive 8 hours to and as a result of there incompetence and lack of conflict resolution training I was 3 hours late. 2nd worse experience with this branch 3rd time will never happen again. THEY SHOULD HAVE A 2.4 RATING NOT 4.2

I did not choose Enterprise as my rental company. I was assigned this company through USAA, the insurance company of the person who damaged my car. However, regardless of the situation, I will never rent from Enterprise again. Particularly, the Addison location. It is completely mis-managed and they do not take care of their renters. I had to call so many times and go by that location on multiple occasions because my rental had a technical issue. When I tried to swap out the car, they informed me I could take it to get fixed, on my own time, at one of their affiliated repair facilities because they didnt have any more cars to give me. I had to use my own time & money to keep adding air to the low tire. I was also not informed that I would be paying my own tolls while driving the rental, so I didnt call my toll agency to inform them of the temporary car so I could get my rates on the tolls. Now I have been charged the much higher rates and the manager at the Enterprise Addison location was unapologetic and extremely unfriendly. Definitely not manager material.Just a warning not to use this location of Enterprise, much less the company itself.

Several times I have needed to rent a vehicle. I have checked out rental services but I always come back to Enterprise. The customer service I received has always been kind, generous and professional. The vehicles are always clean and in good mechanical order.This last rental was for a trip with my daughter, granddaughters and great-granddaughter. The vehicle I had requested and confirmed was not available at the scheduled pick up time. They knew what I needed and without a moments hesitation they offered an upgrade at no additional charge. I really would give you a 3 because my rental was supposed to include my points so it was supposed to be a free rental, it was not. When I got the rental it did not have hubcaps on it. It was the last minute and I did not want to show up to my event with a car without any hubcaps. So the manager got me into another vehicle, at the last minute. So thats why I gave them a five ....the very good customer service when it boils down to it

I have rented from this location twice now, and both times, the vehicles were dirty, inside and out. The first time I had to bring to their attention that the car still had trash in the back seat, and needed to be cleaned. The second time, I took care of it myself, as I didnt have time to wait. I was irritated on the 2nd rental, that I had to stop and put gas in the car. I did go back inside and bring it to their attention that it wasnt a full tank, and was told to just go get gas, and bring it back the same way Their advertisement says, that every car goes out with a full tank of gas. It was irritating that I had to stop and put gas in, when I was already on a time schedule. They should also, at the very least go over the basics, like where the lights are, radio on off, air, etc....

This place is ok. Usually there is a long wait time in the afternoon and morning in the weekends. They do not havr a lot of cars for you to choose from although I already called in and informed them a few days in advance. They will only do nothing more than putting your name on the list.

During a time of an international pandemic, Enterprises customer service was exemplary. They brought a car to me and allowed me the flexibility to extend my service as it was difficult to complete my car needs during a time when so many businesses were in limbo. However, the car they delivered was not clean upon arrival which was a major health hazard especially at this time. Also, they had multiple pending charges on my account which made the final total seem exasperated. Finally, a salesman contacted me multiple times about purchasing one of their vehicles, yet I was not contacted once about my current total and had to contact them myself to get clarification on the status of my rental. Overall, the human touch at this branch is what saved them from a more negative review. The service of the individuals that I interacted with directly was superb and I wont hesitate to visit or recommend that branch in the future.

The associate who assisted me was rude. The car was dirty. I specifically asked for a clean car. They might be vacuuming and washing the cars, but when I wiped the car with disinfecting wipes it was dirty. In a pandemic, I expect better. They still aren’t servicing their cars either as there was a mechanical issue with my rental.

We swapped all info and then I took it to enterprise and gave them all the info. I was not at fault and the other driver admitted it.However, they placed it on my insurance. So now I have to file a dispute with TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE AND FILE SUIT ON ENTERPRISE.How unfair is that:, Here is what my insurance sent me yesterday .Brian,I reviewed the file with my Supervisor. I understand your concern being your not the “ At Fault” driver and should not pay with your insurance. However within the Enterprise contract you take responsibility for any damage to the rental vehicle not only damage you cause. With that being said, Enterprise is taking their steps to resolve the damage to their vehicle threw their process. Meaning to file a claim with the renter’s policy for any damages received to the vehicle while the insured is in position of the rental. Your policy information was provided at the beginning of the rental for that sole reason. Since Enterprise has filed the claim with Acceptance, we are obligated to resolve any risk to you. At this time it appears my next steps will be to resolve the claim with Enterprise and then seek reimbursement from the at fault party on your behalf.I understand your frustration with this whole situation and I truly want you to understand that as your insurance company we have a obligation to protect you from any lawsuits. I want you to understand that we do not have legitimate reason to deny this claim to Enterprise..I am now going to post it on social media and share it with the world.

The staff is becoming family with each new rental and couldnt be more personable and professional. They are attentive to not only your needs, but to their surroundings as well and put safety first, which is amazing because as we were having a conversation about a lucky watch, a plane crashed not more than a few hundred yards away from the building. The first suggestion was to investigate if they should evacuate the customers. Whatever takes place at this location, DO NOT EVER remove that watch and dont ever let go of your staff!!! It saved our lives on Sunday, it truly is the lucky watch!

Ive rented vehicles from enterprise for sometime now. However I rented from the Midway location in Addison, TX and found the experience less than desirable. The vehicle was being used for a family trip to California and we immediately knew once on the road thered be problems. The vehicle was out of alignment, overheated and had a slightly cracked dash screen that seemed okay until the trip revealed the cracks would only get worse. 3200 miles later I arrive back at the rental location and I couldnt get anyone to talk with me. I legitimately had to drop the keys in the drop slot at 1036am CST, as I work from home and only had about 15mins to spare. After being passed by masked employees (3 in total), I felt it was time to drop the keys and alert the online customer service team that I had done so. The overall experience is/was odd to begin with due to Covid (I get it...) but the vehicle condition was painfully evident only after driving a few hundred miles into my 3200+ Mile trip. I am hoping this is a one off happening but we were not safe at all in that vehicle. As a side note I was able to pick the vehicle I wanted so maybe I picked a bad van, however after driving for a while I realized the vehicle maybe shouldnt have been on the lot to begin.

I am a professional business traveler and have to rent cars weekly for work. I have been using this Enterprise since moving to Dallas in January and I have to say, it is the single greatest place I have ever rented automobiles from! Every single person here has always been so friendly, professional, honest and helpful. I never have to wait long, they go above and beyond to get me the car I want and are so easy and flexible when I need to extend out the reservation.I pay special attention to customer service everywhere I go because it drives the industry I work in. This is a VERY busy place and on the rare occasion they may have a line, I watch how they interact with everybody else and it is always consistent, friendly and professional.Thank you to Molly and her team for making this new Texan transplant feel like hes home and has some friends looking out for him while he travels! Job well done!

Its on the best that is not attached to an airport. They have way more selection than the regular ones next a the body shop or those tiny ones that one has a really hard time to see or find while driving around. As usual newly grads at the counter will assist you in their shiny new suits, with an sparkling smile. While you work the car they persistently try to get you buy insurance, gas, collision damage, liability and road side assistance. Its hideous saying no to them and more annoying from them trying to get yo buy anything extra. They have to meet their quota, that how they get promoted. Some other enterprise locations are ruthless and add you services customers didnt request. They would jack up the price to make revenue, therefore their commission. Be strong say NO, read before you sign the contract either in their Android tablets or the hard copy of it. You always always and I type it again always want to get either by email or hard copy the contract. Once you leave the lot... Well you know. You have been warned.

I had terrible experience with Enterprise at this location. I am never going to rent a vehicle from Enterprise ever again especially at this location. Actually, it’s not about this location, it’s about one of their staff, Andrew. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not know how to talk to customers. The owner really needs to train this guy how to talk and interact with customers if he/she wants to keep him. I’ve never met such a rude person like Andrew especially in this kind of service industry. It’s going to be too lengthy to explain about what happened, so I’m not going to mention about it here but my point is not about what happened, it’s about his ridiculous attitude that is totally unacceptable. He does not know who the service provider is nor does he know who the customer is. Horrible experience. Just ridiculous!!!

This is an great location and service is normally good with outstanding customer service once you arrive at the site. What Ive noticed that may need tweaking is customer pick ups which will happen normally up to an hour past your reservation time even though you asked for a pick up in advance of the reservation time. I would like to say out of fairness there is an employee there named Molly who has been consistent assisting me with my needs and always greets me by name upon my arrival.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience renting for the first time. I am new to the Dallas area and had never rented before. Sebastian at Enterprise in Addison made my experience incredibly efficient and pleasant. Sebastian picked me up in a timely manner which is a great perk of Enterprise of course, and was incredibly friendly and personable. He answered all of the questions that I had and made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly. When we arrived at Enterprise, I was greeted by more friendly employees and you just tell that everyone was trying their hardest to please each customer, making sure to go above and beyond to meet their needs. Wonderful experience, would recommend this place to anyone, and Sebastian was such a huge help!
