I was in a very difficult situation needing to meet tight perimeters and when Justin my salesman know when he replied to my internet inquiry and he went to work. His effort was amazing as he kept me informed continuously where he was in the process and insuring me he would do everything he could to help me. He worked with his manager Ryan who even got on the phone with me to let me know that Justin was working with him to see if the could find my truck at another one of their stores. By the end of the next day with Justin sending me a couple trucks that would nit work for one reason or another we got the right truck and plans for me to come in the day to sign the paperwork. I was extremely happy with my experience as Justin was very easy to work with never being pushy and always assuring me he wanted to help me find the truck I wanted. My wife and I have looked for a Sprinter van at beginning of 2020 and in process worked with several factory dealers and well as other car dealers and at best had a poor experiences with knowledge, return of phone calls, and negotiation on price. We found premier auto trough an Internet and found a new crew cab 170 3500 xd with upgrade package. We talked and I QUICKLY realized that this salesman had right vechical for me and when he did not know if there was a preset governor as on some vans we had tested he grabbed the key and took it for a test drive live streaming it to me. We set on a great price and I live in WA state so we agreed on $1000 amount for delivary. As this was in April and Covid was causing issues they had issue finding some one to pick up and deliver. They end up increasing the delivary payment to $1,400 from there pocket to get it done. this delivary took twice as long as planned but that was do to issues with driver having delays. Van was delivered in good shape and to my surprise with a full tank of gas!!!Doing a deal over internet for so much was hard from a trust stand point. We did our due diligence by looking on line about owner and staff ect. Owner did a live stream of their buisness location and van. My wife hired a private investigator. She was very unsure and investigator did not charge us as it was clear that this was a good buisness. We signed docs on line. In the end one of our freinds that live in Texas offered to dropped off our check and there was no surprises and the minor paper work error I found and was corrected quickly on the first try.We have enjoyed our van for almost a year now.We call it at transformer as we can seat 12 and still have a bed and bath soaking tub or remove rear seats and install cabinets as standard travel van. I was a contractor for several car dealers and know a lot about industry and think Premier has a great operation. They did what they said. No surprises! sales staff were smart...I am a detail guy and they made me happy...

This place knows how to do business!! Iv been in the market for a work truck for my brother for 3 months now. Compared tons of trucks and sat with 3 other dealerships. At all 3 I felt as if I was getting worked over. Between the price of the truck, trade in and interest rate those other dealerships tried to take advantage of any or all points. Before going here I did my homework. I knew what I wanted, what price point i was comfortable with and what interests rate to expect. Eric hunted for exactly what I was looking for and did not try any bait and switch or show me anything that was out of my range. After we agreed on the truck Ryan came in with a fair offer on my trade in and a doable interest rate! They shot me straight and were honest up front! (Unlike the other 3 dealerships).. I recently purchased a vehicle from Premier Autos I had a wonderful experience dealing with Phillip A. (Sales rep) my credit wasn’t great but they work with the banks and got me approved quickly. One of the owners came and said hello and acknowledge me which was uncommon to me in my previous buying experiences. I had actually just bought a similar car at a DIFFERENT dealership and 2 weeks after I took the car home and drove it. The dealership called me up and told me the loan was no longer approved because of a proof of income error. The finance manger at Premier Auto was very understanding of my situation and got me fully approved for the same loan through the same bank and a lower monthly payment. Their laid back and understanding approach was so much better then any other experience I have had at a car dealership in DFW I would highly recommended them. Ask for Philip when you come in..

I just had the best and easiest car purchase ever! I worked with Michale Johnson and could not say nicer things about him. Very knowledge about all the cars and helped me out on my purchase all the way through to the end! He was right on top of the whole process. Everyone at Premier are excellent and took the time to say hello and were appreciative of the business.I will also be getting my car serviced there and look forward to being a customer of theirs for a long time coming.

Gary and his entire service team provided exceptional and timely service. I was pleasantly surprised to have the car washed and vacuumed upon pickup. Great experience all around.

Update July 2021: AND AGAIN! Will never do business with anyone else. Mickey is the absolute man and if he says it’s gonna happen, if does. Just tell them what you want and sit back and relax. Easy, fair, & honest aren’t usually words used for car dealerships but Premier is all of the above.Again, Mickey never fails us. Another smooth car deal. I can’t count how many times we have used or referred friends and family to Mickey. Tell him what you want and he will make it happen. Quickly. He listens to your concerns and isn’t pushy. I have recently purchased a van from them without even seeing it. My experience working with Michael Johnson has been stellar. They made everything super easy, and the van was delivered to my door less than a week later. If you visit them ask for Michael. If you call them, ask for Michael :).
