Are you still in business? I have been trying to obtain a refund on my lease overpayment for several months to no avail. All kinds of delay tactics, etc. eg dialed them today and phone number changed, dialed new number and no answer for >20 minutes, sent email it was returned, called number off Google search and went to voicemail which was full. What? I thought Tesla would vet their service providers better.

This auto financing company doesn’t report there vehicles to the credit bureau. I have a $70,000 that I am paying on and I’m not getting no credit for it.

This finance company is harassing a family member over a vehicle that they transferred the loan on. This company no longer holds the title but attempted to repo the vehicle 3 months after transferring the loan. When the owner stopped them they used harassing language with him before finally leaving. Then the vehicle went missing from a restaurant about a week later, and this company will not answer his calls or return his calls. Do NOT do business with this company.

Ive never seen a business that puts up so many roadblocks to be able to receive money. What was Tesla thinking having them handle their financing. It hurts the brand name.

LITERALLY DONT DO IT. it’s the worst company known to man. Every day it was a different price, different debt, overdue charge. When you’re completely up to date. They have the worst customer service.

I JUST bought my car and for some reason the contract was sold to this company???? I havent even made my first payment because their website isnt working and no one will answer the phone? Im looking into ways to get out of this contract and return the car, Id rather not have to fund this sketchy business

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Literally the worst company you could possibly lease from. Their customer service is horrible. They are all nice people they just literally have no idea what is ever going on and you cannot speak with any manager or supervisor directly. Set aside at least 30 mins to call for anything. You will be placed on a hold no matter what. I paid off my lease early and returned the vehicle and they drafted my account a month later for my monthly payment dispute already having paid off the car. I’ve literally been trying to get a refund for 4 months now and no one will help me and I keep getting the run around.

JUST DONT DO IT! There has to be another financial institution you can use. I bought out my lease back in December, paid in full. Since then, I have been arguing and emailing for my Title, Sales Receipt and proof they paid the sales tax, (BBB are you listening) As of Feb they still hadnt paid the sales tax they collected from me in Dec. Today March 4th, im still arguing for these details and dont have my Porsche titled in my name, STILL.This is the most unprofessional bunch I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Maybe this group, clearly working from their Moms basement, will send me whats mine and I can Title and register my car.Dont believe any comments they add below, ALL LIES..

Terrible at everything…my account was paid off and was told my autopay was off and that I would get refunded for the extra payment. Here I am two months behind and the auto pay posted…account has been paid off for a month with no title. Stay away

Its about as unprofessional of a company Ive ever dealt with. Paid off my loan because I sold it in August 2020 and they continued to attempt to debit my account for the next 3 months in a row. Its December, 2020 and they will not send the title of the car to the dealer I sold to back in August. Ive called and sent multiple emails, the dealer I sold the car to has done the same. These folks are not good. I would post a negative star review but the software will not allow me to post unless I give at least 1 star.

Horrible company and customer service. They do not Care about you or what you may be going through.Edit After Response: My contract was never sold to any investor. This is either a flat out lie or lack or incompetence. I literally spoke with MUSA customer service in regards to my account only a few months ago. Also my bill comes from MUSA and my payments go to you also. Trying to deflect to another company your lack of good customer service and lack of customer empathy reiterates what kind of company you are.

Rude and can’t do some of the things most banks can. Haven’t notified credit bureaus on payments in over 6 months.

I’ve had my truck for 1 FULL YEAR and they still haven’t got me tags, my truck is NOT even registered! I’ve called them several times to get the issue resolved and they won’t help. Trying to get a new truck and they say they can’t find the title! I would leave zero stars if I could! If this issue doesn’t get resolved I will have to seek legal action.
