The manager personally greeted me. His associates were very professional. Jacob entered all my info, and even gave me bottled water for waiting in the Hot Georgia Sun (his quote) as my dog and I waited in the car for the area to open. I have used Take 5 in the past, as well as my girlfriend. But this time, something was different. The associates all interacted and ALL appeared as if this was the job of All Jobs. I cannot say enough of how EXTERMELY satisfied I am with their services. And the Manager greeting me was a First! Where in this economic battle does ANYONE in management come and greet a customer? Please take this to heart...I have instructed all of my kids to use your services, as well as all of my congregation. Thank you! And my thanks to your store manager. This has to be one of the best oil changes I ever received. The oil change is one thing but the experience and the service provided was on another level of great. Each of the individuals took time to come talk to me about different aspects of my vehicle. Checked tires and topped fluids and bought certain things to my attention. Got my oil changed here last month before I had to get my emissions done (which I did on the other side of the building). These guys were so kind and professional, didn’t do any unnecessary upselling, and didn’t make me feel bad about the fact that it had been well past the date on the sticker since I had gotten my last oil change. I’m always really nervous dealing with anybody working on my car. These people were absolutely amazing and made my day. They got me in super super quick it took no longer than 20 minutes. Ben was the one that changed my oil. Couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Highly recommend these people.

Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee up here for service. They were really quick to come over and ask me what I needed and direct me into the bay for service.They explained their different service levels and were not pushy, but very clear and concise. The all seemed to work together in concert. I had Tyler, Ethan, Jordan, and Mike.They topped off my fluids, checked my tire pressure and let me know that if I needed anything in between my oil changes to come back and they would top me off again. This was my first experience here, but it won’t be my last. They even showed me the dipstick after they changed out the fluids to let me know they brought it up to a safe level. I left feeling confident my oil had been changed with care. I also got my windshield wipers replaced, which saved me time and effort. They cleaned my windshield and had me test them out before I left.

Adrain, Ethan, Jacob, & AJ were so amazing and great to work with. This location is top notch and hands down the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. I will recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a regular customer.

The oil change did take awhile but that was because Toyota has 3 skip panels to remove before the oil filter and oil can be changed. Very professional and good service. The car dealer is cheaper but this was so convenient Im happy to pay more!

Fantastic Service, Finally a straightforward oil change without all the BS of the competition. I have used everyone in Ksaw and Aworth areas and this place rocks! You must follow the arrows and pull around back, roll over the cord and it rings a bell, it may take a min to get to the bell depending on when you go, plan accordingly. They will safely guide you where you need to go, then explain your options..EASY! They offer other services with ZERO pressure, they just ask, they do not hard sell you, so RELAX, stay in your car, they will get you a bottle of water, they will answer your questions, explain what they do, and before you know it they are doing a safety check, filling your tires, and checking to ensure that you are happy and well before payment. Mike was fantastic keeping me informed and happy and Ben knocked out the oil drain and filter change in quick fashion. Its a great experience, I will be back!

I’m would normally go to Express Oil Change but decided to give these guys a try. Pleasantly surprised and will probably continue to come here. Very attentive, communication was excellent, and I was in and out in 20 minutes with an oil change, tire pressure check, new air filter, new wiper blades, coolant flush and was very happy with my experience. Felt like I had my own pit crew. Excellent job by this team.

Take 5 is very convenient. Its close to where I live and they really only take about 5 minutes. In addition to changing the oil they check filters, top off fluids, check wiper blades, and they will check the tire pressure. Overall satisfied.

Was overcharged for a oil change in a previous visit. Manager gave me a 50% off coupon to make up for it. Different manager would not accept coupon when I arrived for an oil change. Will not use your business again.

Had a 30min wait to be seen but once I got in it was very quick. My only complaint is the cost. Lucky I got the $20 off synthetic oil change but they are price the same as if I would have go to the dealership. Ill post I picture of the prices with this review. Seems hard to find out pricing ahead of time.

All of the workers are very friendly and fast with their service. It’s never a wait. Take 5 is perfect when it comes to speed and not wanting anyone in your car due to COVID-19. However, they are VERY PRICEY and that’s why I gave them a 4 stars instead of 5.

I went here a couple of weeks ago and these guys were great! Sunday’s are really my only free day in the week and thankfully they are open Sundays. I got my oil changed and a couple of other things that they pointed out to me needed to be done (I know because they showed me and trust me, they needed to be done) and I was out of there in under 30 min. I was amazed. Teaundray and Ben were great and gave me great customer service! Little on the pricier side but worth it for sure. I will definitely be stopping by again!

After waiting for 30 mins, many other cars pulled into bays that arrived after us for service. The car in front of us, had three techs working on it. Instead of rerouting us, the other bays continued to service other cars that arrived after us. We ended leaving because we couldn’t wait any longer.

They did a great job and were quick and efficient. No appointments to make and no wait on a Friday afternoon. Dalton made sure to communicate the necessary information and also fixed the oil plug. The place I have used for a few years apparently stripped the oil plug in a previous oil change and never told me. Dalton was able to remove and replace the oil plug. Overall, highly recommend. Ill be back for future oil changes.

I was greeted by an auto care professional who walked me through their entire process since it was my first time here. Ben was my personal auto care professional, and he was super courteous, very knowledgeable, and patient enough to explain why I need certain things done at certain times. He was not pushy at all, and he was very quick and efficient. Their whole team work together and I got to sit in the car the entire time which is great!

It was very quick, but when they opened they promised they would use the price they had promised. Had driven by when they first opened and asked how long the offer was good for. They replied until you come back. When I did get my oil change back in December they did not hold true to their promise, and they already drained my oil, so it was not like I could leave. Consider that very unprofessional.

Very disappointed during this oil change. Fluids were checked off as being checked. I took the sheet, exited my vehicle and asked to be shown each. I discovered errors made and brought this to there attention. Custom air valve caps on tires missing. Right side never checked for tire pressure.

Oil Change was super fast. I had 4 people working on my car at a time. I never got out of the car. I saw the menu, picked my oil... and I was gone. No pushy used car salesman pitch. Showed me my filters. It was easy. In and out in 10? 12? minutes. My kid was asleep in the back seat to whole time. Thank you take 5! I will be back!

Fast oil change.

I decided to stop in and get the oil changed in my wife’s van as Thanksgiving travel was approaching fast. They greeted me promptly and went over the option available. I chose one of the more expensive options. They quickly got to work and got everything checked out along with the oil change. They even gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited in my car. Friendly and quick service! Their pricing for a synthetic oil change was on par with Toyota, but without the two hour wait.

Went here this past saturday for the very first time and I cant say enough about this place! I wish I wouldve started going there a lot sooner since moving to the area about 8 months ago! They answered all my questions and made sure I could actually understand what they were talking about. I didnt feel taken advantage of like most women feel when they take to get their car serviced! They even gave me a free water since it was so hot outside! The manager at this location and the crew that was working with him on my car get an A+ from me! If youre reading this, go get your oil changed here!!!!!!!! I will be back in 3,000 miles!

The best oil change shop Ive ever been to.

Stopped going to Days Chevrolet because Id come home after an oil change only to find out I was down by a quart. Take 5 actually takes the time to show you the dipstick and your oil level once your oil has been changed. Of course they check all the fluids and advise you on whats needed like most other shops, but without the high pressure sales tactics. I definitely recommend this place.

Came by after having services done about a month ago and had a question about something happening with my transmission. Mind you I had an oil change not a transmission service but KALIN was a huge help . He assured me that it may in fact a transmission issue. He listened to my concerns and answered them professionally while offering his help. My vehicle is under warranty so I expressed that I would be taking it back to the dealership but just wanted to express how professional, kind, patient and helpful he was even though he didnt have to be. Service like that is few and far between. Im not from this area so its nice to know I have a place I feel comfortable visiting in the future. Thank you Kalin

They can not even keep basic oil in stock.

Don’t waste your time going here unless you want your car broken! They broke my a.c. And my head lights not working anymore. My ac always blew cold air even when I drove up to get an oil change but after leaving from Take 5 I had no more cold ac it’s now running hot. Called them back and they told me bring it in to look at it but all they said was I had high mileage never checked the ac that they messed with. Take 5 is a good name for this company because that’s just what they will do Take and break 5 things on your car!!! I will be reporting these idiots to BBB!!!
