Never take your car to these clowns. They lack professionalism. And have no communication skills. They will avoid your calls. And make up excuses for why they cant repair your car.

I was so stressed out about my vehicle. Took it to several different shops. I was referred to Ed by another shop! Ed and everyone I encountered was awesome!!! They are crazy and enjoy their work. They had me laughing. They also provided me with a ride home. I was skeptical, but my car rides better than before, and Ill go back and refer others. I was quoted $1555 to fix my car elsewhere, and told I needed stuff that I did not need. I ended up paying a cheaper price, which they quoted, and Im happy. My total price was $118. They are honest in my opinion. Its a small shop so there really is no room to wait. I did take a Lyft to pick up my car. I didnt mind because they saved me over $1400!!! Way to go guys!!!!

We were traveling and had car trouble. I looked up auto repair on Google. There were two, we ended up at Acworth. As soon as I walked in I knew i was at the right place. After the great customer service and meeting the owner I was even more sure I went to the right place. Good prices too. Great Americans and good people. Five stars.

Mr Dave was great! Did a complete brake overhaul on my classic truck...new calipers... rotors as well as top grade shoes...the works. Cost me just half of what other local mechanics had quoted me. Great place...great mechanics. As a semi retired Chaplain I recommend him highly.

This repair shop is great! The mechanics are honest and pricing is more reasonable than many places in the area! They also sale cars from 2000 to 4500 with easy 1 year financing & below market value pricing! A must see!

Quick repairs at a fair price. Weve brought several vehicles here over the years and always been satisfied.

Not only did this shop not repair my car, they keep giving me the run around. Theyve stalled on repairing my vehicle for 2 weeks now, causing it to need more repairs. Also, no manners from management my car was fine, all it needed was one thing and now since theyve stalled so long I have to have more work done. I would not go to this shop. They do not have the decency to look you in the eye to tell you the truth either.

Im not exaggerating when I say rudest, most unprofessional mechanic I have encountered. I had a very simple repair to do, fix my drivers window which was inoperable. After being told I could bring it in first thing in the morning and just wait as they quickly completed the work, I arrived to be told no, I could NOT wait there (who does this???), the work would take longer (and ended up taking over half the day), and I would need to somehow leave, without a car or any transportation offered. When I went to pick up my car after work, incurring yet another Uber expense, I found he had ignored my request to leave the tape on the window I had and just cut it where needed for the repair, as removing would leave the window too sticky to operate at all. Not only did he refuse to do this, he told me I was nuts for making such a simple, obvious request.Go somewhere else where respecting customers is not nuts.

We and some of our children have had our cars serviced for some time at Acworth Automotive. The do a very good job, and are very honest and trustworthy. They dont try to sell me more services than I need to solve whatever problem I bring in to them.

Not good prices

Highly disappointed at the serious price gouging. I went to them because it was close to my house and they had decent reviews here on Google. I should have shopped around a bit more.My secondary air solenoid was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. If I were to buy the part outright, it would have been around $194. Now, with that said, shops add on a bit, because thats how business works. I ended up paying $384.61 for the part. Thats roughly a 100% markup. Crazy.Labor cost me $193.78... To replace a part that is right beside the engine. All that needed to be done was to remove the engine cover and full access is granted.With all said an done I paid $633.80, with a charge of $32.33 in shop supplies and disposal added on.Im all for making a profit...but this seems a bit much for me to swallow. I will not be going back. I was the fool that was had. It wont happen again. I write this in hopes that others will learn from my mistake.

They sold me a car in my price range. Ive had it 3 days now, so far so good. I had to do a few minor repairs but its a 2001. While waiting ppl came in with repair issues Dave and Kenny responded well in assisting them. Lisa, the office manager was kind and helpful in getting me through the paperwork of buying my first car. Dave is the owner, a real kind guy and seems well established and respected in the community. Kenny my salesman and mechanic is a nice guy full of laughs. The experience was long and they put me at ease with making my purchase as they could tell I was nervous.... Update its Sunday and yesterday my check engine light came on. I bought the car Wed. Wed night I got a tickect because my front driver side head light was out. I took it to AutoZone Thurs morning to replace the bulb and the sales guy there, Richard installed it and found the sensor was loose. He fixed my lights where I have low beams but only one high beam works. We also found that the oil is leaking on the engine and thats the burning smell. When I asked Kenny the salesman at Acworth automotive he lied and told me they had just changed all the fluids. He and Dave both told me the car passed emissions when it couldnt have due to the check engine light coming on days after purchase and the light being out,not to mention the burning smell. When the check engine light came on yesterday I went to advanced auto parts where Antonio ran a diagnostic test that let him know I need a new eval cap. Antonio also informed me that pretty soon Ill need a new alternator. I was also told by Kenny he did 85 driving on the highway home to adairsville, Ga... That too is a lie! Ive only done as high as 50 on the city and residential streets and have these issues. Theres no way he could hv done that and not known about these issues. I know I bought a used older car but this was down right scamming and lies. These ppl should be shut down for fraudulent business practices. Eventually I would hv had to make repairs but not as soon as the next day. I paid cash out right so its mine to fix and because of there dishonesty they have lost my future business, any referrals, and the repairs I was going to have them do. They have lost my trust. Update #2... I called this morning 7/2/2019 and politely and professionally requested they take back the car and return my money. Dave, the owner, got irrate and attempted to talk to me as if I were stupid citing that I bought the car as is; however when I told him I knew my rights as a consumer he became even more irrate and told me to check it out! Because he was going to be nice, but since I want to be like that I told him Ill see you in court then. He hung up in my face. So this experience has become a stressful and total nightmare.

I have taken our cars (4) to Acworth Automotive for 4-5 years and I really appreciate their service. When I take our cars to Acwroth Automotive/Randy... I trust that whatever Randy tells me needs to be done really does need to be done and that I will get a fair price (and that the work will be done right!).
