My sister and I came in to get our nails done today the total came to 95 dollars. We both got acrylic gel nails. They took two dollars off hers because they scuffed her nail and left a mark rather then re doingthe nail. The girl that did mine cut my cuticles way too much and made me bleed without saying sorry. Charged us 10 dollars extra for putting my hand in a bowl of cold water and cutting my cuticle and called it a “manicure”, No massage, no lotion, nothing. Seemed to be in a rush, instead of taking there time and giving us quality nails. The place seemed to be clean besides the fact she pulled out a used buffer, and used nail file especially with everything going on i would have thought it would of been a little more sanitary. My nails look pretty besides my bloody cuticle.

I recently visited Nikki Nails as a treat to myself because honestly life is hard sometimes. I got the cat eye gel nail polish (207, great color by the way) and was amazed at the service that I received. Upon arrival, I was offered water and worked on by two ladies at the same time (I got a manicure and a pedicure, one on both ends of my body). This was very prompt service and both ladies were very sweet and funny and we all three had a good conversation throughout the duration of my experience. Shawn in particular was very nice and hilarious and kept a light hearted conversation going. She did my manicure and did an excellent job, may I add. A picture does not encompass the greatness of my nails at this moment, but all of my edges are smooth and the color was delicately applied. Aside from the service, I was also very happy with the selection variety that was offered. They not only provided an array of services, but the nail colors and types of nails were large. I was very pleased with the experience in its entirety.

Best pedicure Ive ever had! The atmosphere is beautiful and very clean. We had prompt service and the workers were very nice. The deluxe pedicure is a great price and they did a very thorough job on cleaning my ugly toes. Would recommend it to anyone!

I went in for Acrylic fill in and pedicure! Just moved up here read the reviews and was all for it! Smh everything while I was there was ok they didn’t try to even speak to me was to fast doing my nails I thought anyways well not even 2 whole days later my gel polish peals off 3 of my nails then they start chipping after a week I have to go somewhere else and get fixed!! Cheap products not using enough clear coat smh just sad!!!

An amazing nail spa. I cant wait to come back and visit Nikki. While I did have to wait a bit to get service, it was excellent and I am so pleased with my gel manicure. The spa itself is very soothing and calming and everyone seemed very happy to be there.

I dont normally get my nails done but this was an early Christmas gift. My nails turned out exactly the way I wanted. I have a busy life and I really enjoy just sitting quietly sometimes. The nail tech really seemed to get that I just wanted to sit there quietly and not engage in small talk. That was a HUGE bonus! Great experience and I may even keep going back to get my nails done.

Have been here maybe 7 times now, and I love it! I’ve never had a bad experience. And I’ve never walked out without loving my nails! Definitely recommend!! Every tech in the salon is wonderful and very friendly ! Thank you all for being so great!!

I came here today 9/11 to get my nails done after seeing the reviews and received the worst treatment ever. Being 8 months pregnant, the lady placed the gel machine right on my belly without care, the man doing my pedicure was not careful with me, he didn’t handle my feet with any care. I was forced to say something. I will NEVER EVER go back there. They seem to care about money more than their customers. Beware

I could not be any more pleased with my experience here.They pay an incredible amount of attention to detail at the nail bar.During the appointment I picked my choice of nails and she got to work, paying tons of attention to detail. She grabbed my hands gently. Spoke to me accordingly and go the job done effectively.My nails feel strong and very healthy at the same time. They feel as natural as fake nails can feel.I will be returning to get my nails done more often. Customers in the stores that seemed to be regulars were very trusting and comfortable so it was a good sign that all other workers do a great job as well.

Horrible experience. Wanted to try them out and had my nails filled in and gel polish applied. What was suppose to normally take less than an hour resulted in me waiting for half the time I was there for a no wait according to them. The person I had filling in my nails obviously had no experience. She had my nails so thick and bumpy. The techs around her kept watching her. She looked at me so weird when I said I wanted my nails red, white and blue. She seemed confused with these colors and when I said like the flag she kept questioning me on what I meant. She had just finished shaping my nails when someone else came up to paint them. She asked if I wanted them square. To paint? I said yes and a little rounded like they are. She rounded my nail. She huffed when I made her fix it. I ended up being late to my pawpaws viewing because they took over an hour to do my nails. The next day the white started turning brown and they started chipping. Horrible experience. I do not reccomend them and will never be back.

The staff and surroundings are so welcoming and accommodating! I would highly recommend this Spa to all of my friends and family. Extremely relaxing and very thorough.While I was there, I also took advantage of their male facial and beard conditioning. This was something that I honestly would never have considered doing, but the experience was sublime. I highly recommend their services! They have an extensive menu, and Im definitely hooked! I look forward to trying out some of their other services in the future!🌺

I had a great experience at Nikki Nails I will be going back in the future! I went to two other shops but was asked to come back at 1 PM not at Nikki’s they were ready only had to wait about 20 minutes! Great place and the two guys who did my manicure and pedicure were very personable I enjoyed the experience!

I love this place! From day one over 2 yrs ago they have treated me like I am the only customer that matters. Kelly ALWAYS does the best job on my nails. I usually call for an appointment to make sure my schedule works, but there are times I walk in without much waiting. I believe their pricing is fair for the services they offer. I love having the options for different levels of pedicures available. My feet and hands look forward to my visits every 2-3 weeks. Sometimes I have messed up my sns on my nails and they fix me up no problem. If you don’t like the color you picked or any issue arises...speak up and they will do what is necessary to try to make it right. Tons of nail colors, comfortable atmosphere, complimentary water, and great people. I made the switch and will never go elsewhere as long as I am in the area and they stay in business. Nikki Nails is in my opinion the best nail salon around the area.

Love love love this salon! I have been coming here for YEARS and they never disappoint! This time they got me ready with this amazing gel manicure by !They are so sweet and greet everyone by name. The whole salon makes you feel so special as they ALL greet you when you walk in and they ALL say good-bye to you as you leave.It doesnt matter who you have the pleasure of getting your services done by they all do a phenomenal job! The service was impeccable, and the product quality is very high , but my gel mani is lasting me over a month - so I think the of is well worthwhile.The location is prime and the salon is very clean. The environment is professional, but still has a family feel to it. girl really knows what she is doing and her nail art and designs are very fun!💓

This place is absolutely amazing. Ive been here twice, and Ive had amazing experiences both times. The no-chips last for weeks, and I leave knowing my nails look beautiful. On top of that, their prices are reasonable and they put in the extra effort. I was wearing flats and the technicians noticed, they put bags to protect the polish from being rubbed off. I absolutely recommend!!

First time here and I really enjoyed the service! My friend and I got the regular mani and the service comes with keratin mask for your nails and a hand massage, both of which were delightful and something I didnt get at any previous nail salons. My nail technician was amazing! Highly recommend her, she was super friendly, helpful, and she put efforts into doing my nails and putting out quality product.

Staffs are friendly and so nice to me. They have done their work perfectly as you can see in the picture. Will definitely come back as soon as possible.

I came here on the recommendation of a friend as a walk-in customer on a Friday night during the holidays. Although I did wait about 30 minutes, the staff made sure every customer was seated comfortably and offered us beverages and candy.Once I was seated at a nail station, I waited about 10 more minutes. During that time I was able to watch everyone working. The techs take extreme care with each customer and the atmosphere was light hearted and upbeat.De did my full set and polish change on my toes and I dont think Ill ever let anyone else touch my hands and feet ever again lol. All the techs do precision work and I would give this salon 10/10.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I had been trying to find a good nail salon for a while in the area, but wasnt satisfied until I found Nikki Nails. At other places I was cut on several ocassions, not to mention they over file my nails, this has never happened at Nikki nails. I called for a same day appt and they were able to get me in within a half hour for a gel mani and classic pedi. When i got there i mentioned i might want some nail art. They didnt have time for that but while i was getting my pedi (the owner?) She came over and had worked it out so I could get what I had asked for even though it wasnt my initial request. They were so accommodating and nice. It was a really great atmosphere. Super efficient and great quality work!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

This is my go to place. Ive gone to this nail salon since I was 16 and still continue to go. I moved to Buckhead 3 months ago and make the drive to Nikkis just because I know how good they are and how amazing their prices are.

For me, location is perfect. The prices are reasonable (better than another place I tried), clean and pretty interior. And Kelly did a wonderful job on my mani pedi with SNS mani. Think I found where to go from now on!

I went here to get a new nail put on after my previous mani. she hardly took off my pink coat and then cut me. while putting on my new nail i asked her to make them shorter and she said no! there was no reason of why she wouldn’t cut them shorter! also when she was finishing up one of my fingers the nail was almost bent upward like a hill! it looked awful. i do amit though, the color was nice.

I went in for a simple manicure. I had to ask them to file the nails, to soak the nails, and treat the cuticles. I gave up when it came to applying a clear coat and applying lotion to the hands. They obviously only do pedicures and fake nails and are not a true salon. To top it off the nail tech was rude and acted like I was a nuisance. This was the first time in 20 years that I did not leave a tip for a salon service. I would give a negative star if it was possible.

The best shaped nails of my life.

I went to get a fill in and gel polish yesterday and got a very inexperienced lady. She had my nails crooked and clumpy. I guess after seeing that I was dissatisfied with how she was doing my nails she had someone else come polish them. This lady painted on my skin and told me not to worry shell cut the excess off by taking a nail file and scraping it off my skin. Usually when I go I get one of the owners and Im in and out within 45 mins..this took almost double the time. I dont think Ill be back. The prices are decent but the service is horrible!

This is my favorite nail shop. Very professional and Kelly is the best at both pedicure and my nails. I drive out of my way to go there. Ive never been treated better!

My husband and I went in on 7/3/2017 to get pedicures. We expected to have to wait for a bit, its the day before a holiday. We signed in, a female employee told us it would be 45 min, no big deal. I picked my color, my husband went next door to get some soup. We read a few magazines and it had been about an hour. A few people had been taken back ahead of us, again, no big deal I figured they just had appointments or something. Another couple who signed in about 20 minutes after us were called back and at this point we had waited for 1hr and 15 min. I told my husband I would just do my own nails at home because we had other things to do that day and we got up and walked out. One of the employees ran out into the parking lot and said they had chairs ready for us, I guess they realized what happened. Umm, no thanks. We were already flustered and just ready to be home. Two hours of my day wasted. We will not be back.

Will never go back. Spent more time waiting to get my nails done than it took for them to do them. Went in to get acrylic and gel polish, when I was asked how long I wanted my nails I told her I wanted my broken nails made the length of the rest of my natural nails, you would think I was talking to a wall because she went ahead and painted the gel polish on without fixing my nails. She also rushed through painting them so much that the polish is very unevenly coated, there is excess polish next to my nail and its already peeling off after only 4 hours. 4 HOURS!!! I am outraged at the amount of money I paid for crappy nails.

Horrible! Went in to soak of pink and whites that I only had on a month and get gel polish. My nails came out gloppy! One of the worst jobs. He said it was my fault because I had them take off the others and he had to leave on a layer of acrylic. Ask me he was just looking to get a fast buck! Wont be back.
