- No AC, was about to leave and they told us to come back and they would turn the AC on, so we sat back down. Instead they brought out a standing fan. A Luxury pedicure was purchased and as you can see it is sloppy and not fully painted in when got it. I had to tell them that it was not fully painted in and then they corrected it. Another person came with me and had gel nails on, they tried to remove the nails with a buffer and ended up hurting my friend. While removing the nails my friend had to pull her foot away because it hurt so bad and the nail tech was being argumentative. Water used was also not disinfected before use and we had to point it out to them. Also at the end the nail tech justifies the paint job as the color being hard to paint which makes no sense to me.

I have been hesitant about getting a pedicure during the pandemic. Super nails 2 made me feel safe. They use every possible safety precaution. The best part is that I lived my pedicure. T took almost an hour to complete my pedicure. I’m so excited to finally have nice looking toes! I will definitely be back.

Super nice nail salon! My daughter and I got a full set and a fill in. Both were done perfectly. They had a huge selection of gel polishes and were great with the custom designs we asked for. I didnt have time for a pedicure but will be finding a way to fit that in before the holiday. I was also impressed by how clean and modern the entire salon was.This is my new go to salon for nails!

I am extremely pleased with every service I request at Super Nail Salon II. The staff is very friendly and very professional. My nails are so beautiful when I leave and I have never had the same design twice in the years that I have been going there. They stay looking good for three to four weeks. No complaints here. This salon was really great, it was clean and not overly crowded. Staff was nice and talked with me and other clients. They took an appointment close to closing for me; it was extremely nice of them.I got asked to check my shape and if I was happy multiple times. The appointment was fast and well done. It was a great fill.

Great place, very big and beautiful interior design. Got a pedicure with a sprained ankle and the technician was so wonderful and gentle. Then I got the dip powder on my nails and I love it!!! Its my first time doing this as opposed to gel or acrylics and I love this so much better. She said it would help grow my nails because the acrylics had ruined them.

Your relaxation begins as soon as you walk into Super Nail Salon II. The color and layout of the place just makes you leave all your troubles at the door. Once I sit down, Im offered water. The girls always make sure that Im comfortable and have everything that I need.And I love the fact that they dont use those questionable spa chairs you see at other nail salons. Instead, they use lounge sofas with individual tubs lined with a plastic liner. Now you can have a peace of mind when getting a pedicure. The lounge chairs are so comfortable and they give you cushions to support your back and neck. I literally fall asleep while I get my nails done every single time.The prices here are quite decent given the location. And the worksmanship is top notch, with nails lasting for weeks! The paint and gel never chips or peels.This is my now go-to place!

I absolutely love this nail salon. Always receive amazing customer service & their work is awesome. I recently got a full set done & im in love with my nails. They have so many colors to choose from. They renovated the salon so the new pedicure chairs are great!Definitely recommend this nail salon.

The customer service is 5 stars! Everyone was so kind, attentive and hard working. I was in and out in 1 hour, and they were not rushing at all. The technicians were making sure I liked the shape, color and everything they were doing every step of the way.Very pleased with my full set and pedicure!

Ive never seen such a big nail salon! They have a TON of employees so that you can be serviced quickly. I got a regular pedicure. Both technicians were really careful and thorough. I will definitely be going back.

I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service that I received today. I have been getting my nails done here for a long time. Today is the first time that I have been since April. They now only want you to use gel polish because of Covid-19 and make you pay $15 EXTRA. Their reason for only wanting to use gel polish is because it dries quicker and you cant sit in the drying area for regular polish....even though you can sit in the pedi chair for an hour. I insisted that they use regular polish and NOT charge me an additional $15 for something that I dont want! Then, when it was time to pay, another one of their new Covid rules is that they cant stamp your frequent customer card, or give you the earned $5 off for being a longtime customer! Funny how Covid makes some businesses try to scam their customers. Super Nails has lost a client and I will be taking my business where I am appreciated.

Super Nail Salon is AMAZING! Not only do I go here for my nails but for the people as well. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable right away.I am very indecisive about choosing the colors so when I go, they will choose what will look good on me and Ive loved all of their choices.

Ive been coming here for nearly a year and a half and I will never go anywhere else! All of the employees are always nice and the owner never disappoints with my acrylics ! My boyfriend also comes to get pedicures and he loves the service.I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

I have an awful habit of nail biting. I have very small nail beds and due to the way my natural nails grow I have never had luck with acrylics. I went with SNS. Never....NEVER have I had a set last an entire 2 weeks without lifting or one of them coming off. Today marks the 2 week mark and my set is still intact and beautiful. Going in today for a fill.They definitely have a long term customer with me.

Highly suggest booking online or calling to make an appointment since they are so good they are usually booked solid for walk-ins. Prices are reasonable. I come once a month for a gel mani and spa pedicure. Technician is wonderful and does a great job each time.

Ive now gotten two gel manicures here and both have lasted past the two week point! There are no chips or cracks and my nails look like they were just done. Im definitely a loyal client and cant rave about this place enough!

I have been coming to this salon for years. Today, the gel polish that was used was old and it did not dry properly. I asked could I come back in the morning to get the polish redone as I had been here 4 hours and the response was NO!Sad to say I continued to go to this salon out of loyalty, but the cleanliness has become a concern, the customer service was proven today, and the rudeness of the staff is unreal.I am now looking for a new salon but will never return to this one that demands you pay in cash, treat you rudely and has poor customer service! I also have noticed a lot of the positive reviews on this site are for the Super Nails on Cobb Parkway. This location has not been recently renovated and does not have a designer to do nail designs all of those reviews are referring to Super Nails at Cobb Parkway and Mars Hill.The location I am referring to is at Brookstone next door to Kroger on Mars Hill.

Came here with my best friend for a birthday mani and pedi. I was greated with smiles and they were super friendly! Pedicure was first and was wonderful, nice conversation as well. I really enjoyed this place. I am visiting from out of town and had a bad day and decided to pamper my self. Overall, the staff was ok. They werent rude, however they werent the friendliness. However, they did a hell of a job in my feet haha.

My favorite mani, pedi, and wax in Acworth and beyond.The owner run a wonderful business. They constantly keep up with the trends and offer every color imaginable. They continue upgrading their equipment (pedicure tubs etc.). They have even added disposable liners for the tubs for added safety for their customers. They go above and beyond to please and assure the wellbeing of their guests.As I write this, I am in the waiting room of my Opthalmologist. An employee of my doctor just asked me the color of my polish and commented how nice my nails look. She is getting married next week and is now going to call Super Nail Salon II to do her manicure for her special day!I will only get my nails done at Super Nail Salon II

I went in to have my eyebrows done, they are completely uneven and when I pointed it out to her she said yep I see that. I asked her to fix it and she refused. Save your money go somewhere else where they actually care about the work they do

Pretty bad service. The wait was super long and my nails were done terribly. No lotion or massage was applied to my hands and I was made to pay DURING the manicure with my nails still wet. My nails were not dried in between coats and they ended up being lumpy and poor looking. Very unhappy.

Worst manicure Ive ever had. Ripped the old acrylic off my nails, tore one of my nasils halfway off my finger. Didnt listen to me when I told her it hurt she kept telling me to calm down. Felt like I was tortured for an hour and a half. I told her I wanted my punk and white redone and she insisted on giving me a new full set, even though I just had one prior to that. Never again. Tortured!!!!
