Nothing more than a $16.00 rinse job. Attendants standing everywhere but they don’t pre wash you vehicle and do not provide towels or spray at vacuums. They only offer a vending machine to buy products. Only service they offer is good vacuums but not worth $16.00.

This car wash itself is great. However, why is there a tip option now? What are the customer tipping for? They need to pay their employees enough and stop depending on the customer to leave a tip. The kiosk is self explanatory and we don’t need an employee to show how to work it unless requested. This tip stuff is getting out of hand. All the employee is doing is tapping the screen and telling the customer when to put the car in neutral. Mister Car Wash this is tip option is ridiculous. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES

From all the different car washes I prefer yours. My car gets so much cleaner. I want to continue being a loyal customer and stay on the auto renewal but my funds won’t let me at this time. I will definitely be one of your loyal customers

First time there my new favorite spot there vacuum cleaner is so strong get everything and they got a mat cleaner I never seen that before 3min from.my house in Acworth

Mister Car Wash is the BEST CARWASH in the USA in my opinion. The wash system and chemicals do an outstanding job and I am especially demanding to details. I take time to dry down all the door jambs on our 2 cars and vacuum the interior before I leave the facility. The wax system used coupled with the special Detail Coating I have applied to both vehicles keeps them clean longer than any system I have used in the past. Lastly, the water treatment leaves no residue on any of the surfaces. .

I love the friendly people and the occasional extra pre-wash effort to get the bugs off the front and grime off the back.I love being a special member with no or very low wait time. Having 3 lanes is great. (I went to one place where they offered special membership but what good is that if there is only one lane and you still have to wait?)

Wonderful carwash, custom drive-through. I asked for a cloth to wipe my dash and they gave me a free new microfiber cloth. They have free bays, post wash, for self-vacuuming. Polite and professional.

Today was a busy day, must be because its been sunny!... Staff is organized, making sure everyone gets in line as they arrive and are always attentive to your needs. The ultimate monthly membership makes so much sense, just with 2 washes you already got your 💰 worth...and you still have the rest of the month!... Highly recommended!

Its a nice trip thru the wash, they somehow color the soap, and they have attendants to help with purchasing washing modes.

While I previously loved this place I was told today (18/May/2021) that I couldn’t go in because I have a rack on the top of my SUV. Oh well they’ve lost a customer, not sure why they changed that but if you have a rack, they’ll likely not let you in.

The WORST! Stopped in to get my emissions done bc the previous ownership did that. These guys don’t. Ok. Fine. Got the $11 wash got out of the car to dry the windows. My license plate was complete pulled up from the bottom and folded nearly in half. I was able to get one side pinned down but the other side was completely warped. Had one of the attendants come and look at he said “yeah, it happens a lot. I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do”. I don’t have any stickers, frames, etc around my plate. Literally nothing and it managed to rip it clean off the bottom holders and warp the plate. Still had to pay for the wash. The guy didn’t event try to help get the one side tacked down.

I appreciate them. Unknowingly, my cars under shield was loose and the young man who brought it to my attention told me that it may rip off during the wash. And offered a refund.. Keep him around.

Carwash damaged my rear taillight. Manager states they are not responsible for any damages. Thanks for damaging my Lexus and leaving me with an expensive repair bill.

Well I liked the vacuum it had the skinny shape so it could fit into tight spots, the car wash was mediocre and it left a scratch on my car. They did a decent job on the rims. About like any quick car wash..I would have gave 4 stars if it wasnt for the scratch on my car! Besides that it was alright.

I have yet to have a clean car when leaving the was. It is always the lower panels of the car with road crime. But they do have free vacuums.

Love the car wash and the people are awesome. BUT they use some perfume smelling stinking something. Offensive to my olfactory senses.

I’ve use the car wash a few times now and it’s been scratching the top of my car. I’m disappointed but the facility is very clean and the people are friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience

Theyre very organized and their machines seem to work very well our car always looks spick-and-span in nice and shiny when it comes out and their vacuum cleaners are and Im laying functioning properly so thats great so you can do a nice clean of your car and not have to break your back doing it. And the suction on the vacuum cleaners is fantastic. I believe they also have some chemicals off to the side that you can use for inside your window that kind of thing Im not sure what all but they do have other cleaning products available

I have been a customer since moving to the area almost three years ago. After a while of excellent customer service I decided to enroll in the unlimited plan. My only complaint is that after I purchased a new car in February of this year I wanted to upgrade my plan to include undercarriage and tire shine - they upgraded it In the computer and I was charged appropriately but for some reason the actual wash system would not indicate (with the lights as you go through) that these treatments were being applied and I would have to get out of my car afterwards to ensure I could see that the tire shine treatment had been done. After several occurrences of this happening I decided to stop and inquire with the management to have this somehow fixed. The manager basically told me he didn’t know how to fix it but I should trust that the correct wash was being done - I was unhappy with his inability or unconcern to fix something that was causing me stress so I opted to go back to the lesser / cheaper plan that did not include those treatments. Otherwise my experiences with your services have been wonderful - your staff at this facility are always dressed professionally and even more important to me they wear their masks when interacting with customers!

The best vacuum setup of any car wash I have used. The rim cleaning system works very well. The tire shine provides very good coverage.

We have memberships here on several vehicles so we stop by often. The staff here has always been pleasant and eager to help and I really appreciate the great service!

Not perfect, but not bad for an auto wash. The other surrounding locations are better imo. Theyll actually make sure the grill and back of my truck are clean.

Here lately I have not been impressed with the wash . My car doesnt seem to get cleaned as well as in the past. I also pay extra for the tire shine and it really doesnt look like it is on my tires. Secondly, the vacuums have not been good. Every stall I go to the suction is not very good. So, if this keeps up, I will have to cancel my monthly membership.Thank You,Debbie Standridge

Just an FYI for everyone before you waste your time driving over here. They will not let you go through if you have any bars on the top of your car or any sort of rack on your vehicle.

When their machine doesnt apply tire shine properly, the big older guy is challenging in his annoyed response. All I wanted was to have it fixed... He fixed 2 with attitude.. passenger side was still barely applied. I guess kneeling down when youre that big is a problem? Paying extra for tire shine is my own fault, but can it at least be applied properly without attitude? The younger guys are nice and always helpful, though.

I wished the locations were open until 8 PM during the week for at least during the summer. My location has had some situations where they were closed without any communication. It would be nice to know this by an employee stand out at the entrance to let customer know instead of sitting in the office eating a biscuit. Less and less the employees do any scrubbing prior to the vehicle entering the wash. Even with the bugs being so bad I have had to rewash and ask the employee to please scrub. A couple months ago the wash malfunctioned causing damage to one of my vehicles, The damage was repaired however at first the employees wanted to provide free washes instead of fixing the damage. I felt like this was very unprofessional to not take full responsibility until it was forced. The location of Aspen drive in Dallas, GA needs to be managed better!

Easy to use self wash service with attendants on duty to assist. Its well maintained. I never experienced a problem with the service or results.If spray wax your car afterward, your car will glow as if you paid for a professional detail. I also recommend the monthly plan.

We drove through the car wash today and did not notice that vacuuming was not available due to Covid, however we did pay full price for just the regular wash ($7.00). Why not bump your customers up to the next level at the $7.00 price. Sounds fair to me and would show that you care about value and would add to customer loyalty.

I’ve had fallen debris from the wash hit my car and back windows. The car wash also tears up my license plate. The workers there constantly tell me that they’ll put it in the “system” to adjust the flaw, yet it continues.

Your workers are always attentive and friendly. Your machines in the wash are always working and the vacuums all have plenty of power. The property is always clean, too. My favorite car wash by far!

Usually have no issues, but would of been nice to know BEFORE I get to the screen to pay for a car wash, with cars behind me, that the vacuums are unavailable. Place a sign before we pull in so Im not forced to pay for a car wash and not be able to use the vacuum. Its part of the price right?

I was a member of paradise cove carwash. Yall bought them so I merged over to mister carwash by default. I miss paradise cove... Complimentary towels, scent sprays, glass cleaners .. mister carwash always leaves soap residue. Never had that issue with paradise cove. Anyway.. Ill be cancelling soon. Thanks.

Ok so Im a lady of a certain age and could NOT figure out how to get my card run through the machine to initiate the wash.. . A nice young man from the company came over, showedme how to do it and did NOT give me any grief! Big relief!

I enjoy washing my car at Mister, also I am a member of the monthly wash which is a good offer that is provided for the customers.

We love taking advantage of the monthly club membership. Theres a gentleman there thats older than most who works there, and he always prewashes your car before you go through. This is not always done when hes not there. It makes a big difference.

So I did this stupid thing and locked my keys in my car. The guys were super helpful in getting me a locksmith. Very friendly, clean, and the vacuums were awesome. I am going to check out the monthly deal they have. The only issue I have is my car didn’t get completely clean. The from and back still had bugs and dirt on them but over all a good job.
