Worst place ever, please dont bring your car to this place, they dont clean it well, they dont even vacum your car. What a waste of money coming to this s&@$! place. Dust everywhere.

I’m an early riser. Decided to get my vehicle washed after my morning workout. AutoBell opens at 7:00 AM, but I question if they can handle the customer traffic that early. There was only one employee there when I arrived. Fortunately, I was the first customer. Soon after, 3 more vehicles showed up and only one other employee. The employees did the best they could so this feedback doesn’t relate to them. Unless other employees called in late or sick, Management needs to consider if they are equipped to manage the customer traffic at 7:00 AM. I left with my vehicle not getting the attention it deserved because demand far outweighed supply. Not a good experience this go round so I guess I’ll need to finish the job at home.

Great service very thorough and friendly staff much to my surprise … I had been to another Auto Bell Car Wash location and they did a rush job several times and not very well cleaned and wiped down Not the case at this location though Great job guys!

This location does an excellent job! One thing missing from the app is the ability to add tips! These guys work hard but I never carry cash so they 90% never get a tip! If this company cares about their employees they will figure out a way for tips to be added via their app!

Given them many chances to get better, to no avail. No matter how much you spend on the wash, the vehicle is NEVER throughly vacuumed and dash is not clean! The kids rush everything and do not pay attention. I have watched several times, as they lightly swipe the vacuum over an area and have total disregard for what is left to go over again. Supervisors do not check the work or lack there of being done.

I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I will no longer be spending my money here. This is the second time I’ve paid $30 for a wash and vacuum and the inside of my car looks like it’s not been touched. I was told they don’t wipe the seats. I’ve never been to a car wash that doesn’t wipe down my seats. He said since they are not a detailing company they don’t do that unless requested. They didn’t wipe any of the console didn’t vacuum between the seats. What am I paying $30 for? I would not recommend this company to do anything with your car.

My 1st time there $25 wash was awesome. My car was like new. The 2nd time was a disappointment. The new manager contacted and offered a redo. So I went the 3rd time. Again it was mediocre for a $25 car wash! The outside was pretty good but it looked like they barely touched the interior. Oh well....

Super friendly crews working extra hard day and night shifts. So very pleased with the service and promise to get every last but of kibble when a dog food bag exploded in the back seat of my car.

Last THREE visits I was told they were only doing exterior...although they have 10 people standing around. Might as well use a cheap car wash or do it yourselves.

DID NOT CLEAN INSIDE OF VEHICLE WELL. WINDOWS WERE STREAKY. BAD SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND. I NO LONGER GO HERE. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME ITS HAPPENED. DIDNT LIFT MATS TO VACCUM, MOVE SEATS TO VACCUM, CLEAN DASH, CLEAN MIDDLE CONSOLE, ETC. THEY USE TO BE GREAT! I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED

I have used this place since day 1 never had a problem till recently. I paid 36.99 for a car wash and interior clean worst job ever when I asked why my car wasnt vacuumed they told me i would have to pay extra I couldnt believe it. I asked what the heck did my 40 dollars cover no response was given they just handed me my keys. They just push them through for the tip. You cant clean interior in less than five minutes. After many years I will be looking for another place

My first (and probably last) time here. I paid for the Armor All Special which was $36.99. This was recommended to me by the guy working there when I told him I had bought the car the previous day and wanted the interior to look new (used car bought from previous owner). They told me it would take about 20mins, it only took about 10.Pros of this service; its fast, I didnt have to do any manual labor, and my car is relatively clean.Cons of this service; they missed a lot of spots on my dash, center console, and even passed over wiping my rear view mirror. They vacuumed the floors, but didnt bother to vacuum under the mats. I also expected them to vacuum my trunk, but they clearly didnt go in the trunk at all.I didnt watch them the whole time, so Im not entirely sure if they even shined my rims like theyre supposed to (part of what I paid for).All and all, I went with 3-stars because it was a decent job, but nothing special. I could do a better job myself, but it was worth it to me this time just to save the time and labor I would of had to of put into it.

Great job cleaning the car, but their price for super price + additional charge is extremely high.

I paid for the ultimate car wash and detailing service and they didn’t really do a good job in cleaning the interior of my car. They missed a lot of spots and didn’t even clean/vacuum the third row seating area. Still left a lot of areas un-vacuumed. I thought they were being thorough since it took about an hour, but I guess they were not as thorough as I thought. I didn’t want to complain then and there coz I did not have the time to waste for them to finish the work. I tipped the person who cleaned my car pretty generously too. I don’t think I will use their services again. For what I paid, I could take my car to a different place and they would even hand wash and dry my car.

Although these guys were super nice and respectful that does not clean a car when i got to my care I notice right away it still had dust and they didnt vacuum under the mats even though I told the guy he tried to rush and clean up after the last guy I still home now cleaning it over I gave them 2 stars for their kindness but if I rate the job its a 0. I paid to clean my own car!!!!😡😡I see you replied. But there is no link to click so do you really want to make your business better? You obviously see the unfinished work you can start by having your employees pay more attention to details as I explained what I needed done to the first employee and he recommended the wash I purchased. You can definitely count me out of going back. That reply is dry and impersonal.

The $46 Special clean-up was not worth it. The exterior wash was good as usual, but the interior missed too many places, left the windows smeared and carpet & seats with debris in the seams. My $6 tip was wasted!

Ive been here twice and I really like the way my car looks versus those other regular drive-thru car washes they do a really good job and my truck looks really good!

Oh man! I took my ride to Autobell Car Wash and for a first timer it was an awesome experience. I just paid the bill, gave them my car and they did the rest. When they were dome my car looked BRAND NEW! Just as new as the day I bought it. I would recommend these guys high and low. Just TOP NOTCH!!!

My two boys have worked here for several weeks now. Today they worked from 9:30am-7:30pm and were never given a single break for food or drink. In fact they’ve never been given a break since they’ve worked there. One of my sons ran to get a drink out of the vending machine, after working 6hrs straight during his first week of work, and got yelled at for it. As a parent this is very upsetting to say the least. This place is run like a sweat shop. The sad thing is it has the potential to be so much more. Total BS!

Car was extremely dirty after driving on wet mountain roads. They got it shinning like new inside and out. It didnt take long on a cold morning.

WAY TOO LONG OF A WAIT. You guys have to know that on a sunny day after the rain it will be crowded. You’ve got 2 guys out there basically detailing cars. I had to leave after waiting 30 min to get my car dried. I won’t be back

Once again, I am headed home to wash my own car after paying for a deluxe service at Autobell. I figured I would give them one more chance after my last negative experience with their service, and I figured out with this place, it doesnt matter if you spend $17.99 or $50, they will still do the same terrible job & take forever doing it. Never again.

Excellent. my car was quite dirty inside and these people cleaned it in DETAIL ... it was a surprise for me when I saw it, they took their time cleaning every corner and the smell that the car had was wonderful. It was my first visit and I will definitely be back.

They actually did a great job the last time. I usually have problems with them missing so much and being lazy but it was a good day! The lil blonde dude hooked it up! And if you dont have cash they have a tip voucher you can get with your card and give to the workers. I thought that was great! I hate carrying cash!

My experience here was awesome! I had a young lady named Jules that cleaned out my car and assisted me the whole time. She did an awesome job! My car looks and smells brand new. I will be coming back :)

The staff here is incredible. Super polite and respectful. Tucked in shirts and constantly hustling. They put serious detail into the wash and finish it with hand towels for no streaks. The Chick-fil-A of carwashes. I drive 20 minutes to get here and pass 10 other carwashes on my way. Well worth it.

I have two corgis so my car is mostly fur and nose art on the windows with a little bit of a 2019 car underneath. They did a great job getting so much of that hair off the floor mats and the lovely nose art on the windows is gone so my car actually looks and smells really nice! Everyone was so kind and professional and I’m so impressed with how hard they work. It’s so hot outside but they somehow managed to push through and do a great job with my car. Thank you guys!!

This was my second time going to this location and I will keep coming back! The employees here are very kind and the service is phenomenal. A young man named Reily that cleaned my car and he was extremely polite and did a fantastic job! Definitely will be back.

I just took my wifes car to this AutoBell car wash and got the Full Service and even left a large tip ($24) and I just got in the car assuming it was going to be great like it is when I have been to other AutoBell locations. When I got home my wife got into her car to go out with our kids and she opened the door and saw this, see the picture. Unbelievable!! I guess I should have inspected the car, but I really didnt think I had to, I thought they had some kind of supervision or training, not that you would need training to know you need to take the mud off the leather seats. SMH!Save your money and go elsewhere! It is too bad, because other AutoBell locations do a lot better, I guess the management doesnt train their employees very well.***Update:*** So as you can see the owner responded and requested that fill out a form about the negative review but nothing every came of it. What I find surprising in their response they wanted to better understand how we didnt meeting your expectations when just above it there is a picture of mud footprints on the leather seats. Makes me think they just copy and paste a canned reply to check a box.

Have never had an unpleasant experience at this location till today. Poor customer service and did not get the wash package requested. Employees seamed in a hurry and not attentive to inquires as to why. Not a deal breaker for future business, but disappointing none the less.

My first time going here. They did an awesome job! My white car hasnt been washed since before the pandemic. Now it almost looks like brand new. Inside and out!

If you come to this place, pay them $20, and wait for one hour... dont expect a clean car.

Autobell is great! They have a good system in place and they know how to pick their staff. I know when I go there what Im getting and how much I have to pay for it. If the owner of this place is reading this, I just want them to know that I wish I could add a tip at the end if I pay with a credit card. Everything about Autobell is great!

The attendant that greeted me was very pushy toward the products offered & wanted to charge a riduculous price for armour all on the dash inside my vehicle, which should have been included in the package. I paid $29.99 for some special they were having. Dont know what they did to my windows, but appears to have some sort of film on them. I have to use my defogger to see until I clean them myself. I go to a car wash so I dont have to clean it & now I have to clean the windows. I have used them in the past & been pleased. Not sure I will use them again??

Employee in a white chevy truck started revving his truck needlessly loud and doing donuts in the parking lot at 2:35pm. This is reckless behaviour that should not be tolerated especially from an employee.

Ive had 2 great experiences, 1 ok and 1 pretty bad one. The most recent being this past week. We were there for quite some time, which would be fine if my vehicle had been cleaned thoroughly. There was still dog hair on my seats and the entire 3rd row wasnt touched. Pretty disappointed with service from this location.

They were super busy today, but that didnt mean they cut corners. They hustled, but were incredibly thorough and did a great job making my car sparkle. Friendly, fast, and a great deal. This might be the best metro Atlanta Auto Bell.

Efficient and friendly. Pretty quick service. I liked that they hand dry the vehicles, but I did have to ask them to wipe a couple of nooks and crannies that were missed.

Deshawn and Allyson are amazing. I came in from out of town but my rental van has a huge overhead and could not fit through the car wash. They vacuumed this whole big vehicle with no problem. I am so blessed that they would do this for me this morning 12/28/19. Big shout-out to these two young people, bringing smiles to people!!!

This place is absolutely the worst car wash I think I have ever been to in 20 years. Every time I go there the service is very unprofessional, kids are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The wash is substandard and the price is overcharged. I go there because they are 2 miles from my house and I usually need my car washed pretty bad. But After today I will never return to this car wash again. Arrive there at five minutes after 6:00 PM - usually closes at 6:30 and I was told that they could not clean my car interior because they wanted to get home. I was the only one in line when I pulled up. No other cars were being serviced. Amazing that they’re even making money

The prices are reasonable. The staff works hard. It seems as if they never vacuum my car very well. I always have to point it out.

Ok for drive-thru, skip the full service!If you’re looking for a bargain drive-thru wash, Autobell fits the bill. But the ‘full service’ I received was horrible. The interior of my car looked like it had been dusted with a towel which retrieved after 6 months in desert dust and sand storms. The exterior had lots of spots skipped in the drying process.

I got an exterior and interior clean. While the exterior was nice, these people only cleaned the interior that you will first see. My trunk still has sand and dirt. Not satisfied.

Great customer service and the sitting area is very clean! Their prices are not too bad, they have so many options/packages to chose from, and they do I nice job cleaning the cars. The two young ladies when I visited today 9/30/19 at 8:45am were so sweet and very helpful.....it was my first time there and they went above and beyond to explain everything to me!! I definitely will be back!!Update: I went here a few weeks ago and got the manager special clean which was a bit more expensive and more of a deeper detail clean but I noticed that they didnt vacuum my car well, the armor-all was literally like wiped onto certain parts of my dashboard/car and then it some places it wasnt and you could see streaks, then my windows had a lot of streaks on it, and overall the car wasnt cleaned well! I was quite disappointed!

Great service!! The man that started this great experience was Justin. He was such a respectful young man and was by himself vacuuming cars very fast to keep the line moving as they were busy the day before 4th of July. This kid was drenched in sweat, working in 90 degrees weather and still making it look easy. I couldnt get the name who washed my car at the end but it was fantastic. These kids work very hard!! I will be back!

Was ok not the best trip there I ever had. Forgot aur freshener, to wipe drivers door jam and back window inside still has little finger prints on it so I guess they forgot that too. Usually a great job.

I’m an unlimited here and I have to say this place is just amazing. Every time I’m there I see DeShawn and Justin killing it running out. I say there names because I feel like I personally know these guys by how well they treat me and how polite they are. DeShawn must be the head manager and Justin must be his #1 guy. They both lead with great example as well as the other staff. Highly recommended this place. Love it here!

Ive been here before and liked it. They clean the inside of your car and wash the outside. When I went the machine was not working. I asked them about doing the inside and they offered to wash the inside for me. Very good people and will go back

Good enough. For the price, you get exceptional value. I’ve been many times to this one and it’s always crazy busy. They move fast and my car feels fresh afterwards. Five stars from me.

Great for a basic wash and vacuum. You do need pay attention during the vacuum, exterior wipe, and interior cleaning processes since quality control results vary between employees.

I had stop going to Autobell cause they always left my car interior dirty . I decided to give them another chance , first 2 washes were ok . But unfortunately for me they went back to leaving half of the interior dirty again and part of the exterior. Won’t be going back there again , don’t need to pay an expensive car wash to leave my car dirty. I suggest you find a better car wash, One that actually cleans your car.

Their quality a has definitely gone down. Im here now with lint all over my car. Last I checked there are lint free towels. And theres water spots all over my car. I have a black car so EVERYTHING shows on it. And the Attendant says just drove off and it will blow off SERIOUSLY????????Thank. I have already used the contact us form when I returned home. I love this car wash. Even though there was a ton of cars getting washed on a sunny Saturday, it didnt take long. The location is always clean. The staff is very friendly. I dont go anyplace else because the prices are fair and the service is top notch.

Overpriced. Left dirty water on car that dried up. It was a lot of dark grey water. For what is charged I expected a better clean out on the inside and out.

Great service. Very much worth the price. The only better cleaning your car will get is a professional detailer, which will cost you five times as much or more.
