Love this place! From friendly and helpful employees to an amazing selection of product this is a gem. They installed our MB counters and sinks a couple years ago and now were ready for our kitchen!

Location – Even if you have to drive a distance depending on your particular point of origin, it is easy to find, access and park.Pricing – as good or better than anyone else in the Metro area.Selection – They have a tremendous selection of stone to suit your needs and match your décor.Sales Assistance – We worked with Nathan and he was very patient and helpful. We found just the right Granite to match our floor tiles in the middle bathroom.Logistics and Installation – communication very good from start to finish. The individual that took the measurements and the installation crew arrived within the time frame promised. The installers were in and out in short order. Bigger jobs would obviously take a bit more time.Customer Satisfaction – we had a number of chips (which will happen sometimes in natural stone). A technician came out the following week and filled those in with a special repair substance that sets up under ultraviolet light. Very cool. Cannot even see the repair.

My consultant here was Mr. Martinez, very professional, no high pressure, very informative and they had a great selection of granite. I looked through a lot of beautiful slabs until I found my match. The perfect one for me.I was given an estimate and we agreed on it. Following Monday Jose came to measure. Very quietly and efficiently He measured and answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. The following week the granite was installed by two very industrious guys. They worked together seamlessly and like clockwork, the granite was finished. They did an amazing and very beautiful job. All and all this transaction was seamless and without any drama. I will never use this company again. Very unfortunate. Not only were we overcharged what we signed off on in contract, I was also hung up on by their rep when I questioned being overcharged. After several exchanges via email and phone the customer service manager she tried to resolve matter internally and I later noticed a partial credit which I did not agree too. I discovered this activity when I checked my bank recent transactions. In addition to this partial credit my wife and I woke up to a large puddle of water under our sink and floor. When I informed the customer service manager about the leak they said they would send some one out to repair and this is only a week from when they installed counter and sink. I later received an email stating it will be $150 for the plumber to repair the faulty work he did. After such a horrible experience I had to pay my warranty company to come out and inspect all the sinks to confirm loose fittings which was the reason for the water leaks. Also reached out to owner but received no response to simply share my bad experience. Not sure whatever happened to good customer service or when your company does wrong or causes a major inconvenience like a flooded bathroom they would apologize and address the matter instead of telling you the fee to repair before even apologizing and then fixing tour faulty work. Very disappointed and unfortunate I was handled in this matter. 👎👎👎 You guys will never get my business or anyone I know.

First let me start by saying this process was the easiest we have ever encountered. The laser measuring was awesome, spot on and a perfect fit. Jose did a wonderful job. Our sales person, Dan Beck, was spot on for what we were describing and the outcome we received. Love my entry stairs. We will follow-up with a complete picture of the entire foyer when complete, but I just had to post this now. Again, thanks so very much for the wonderful service. Happy Customers.

First of all i am not here to bash the company or anyone at this company. Everyone we spoke to and had contact with was very nice to the people at the office and the installers. My only problem is the two big holes that was left in my wall and i understand that pulling the old stuff off its possible to leave a hole that can maybe be patched with some putty but one of the holes they left i could put my whole hand through it. I am going to have to have this fixed before i can install the backsplash now which will cost me more money. i called and talk to the office and was told this is pretty normal when pulling the old stuff off i was told sometimes it can leave some holes but can usually just be patched with some putty and i said i understand but your not going to patch this wall with putty because i can stick my whole hand in it.So they said im sorry but we cant do anything to help you. This was the second time i have used this company first time was great this time not so good. David Eubanks

My wife and I worked with Dan and he was an absolute pleasure. We hired a local company to do our cabinets and they created a plethora of issues for Crowe, and Dan and team came through for us every step of the way. The end result was beautiful countertops and backsplash. They were extremely communicative about every facet of the process from the template to delivery and installation time. This company is a diamond in the rough.

We had a great experience with Crowe. If you know how to figure square feet yourself, there will be no issues with prices changing. We had DeeAnne as a sales person. She was great. The guy who came out to measure for the templates was great. Our installers were great too. Everyone explained the details and what to expect wonderfully. I am generally not that impressed with people who work on my house. But I would have Crowe do more work on my house.

Please****Please****Please Beware****First off I don’t like giving reviews, but with this company I had too. My initial contact with this company I specified to the salesperson (Yasman) that I was looking for countertops. I was advised to take pictures of the area of which I did. Later on she comes back and ask for more picture to get a better sq ft ok I did that. Sometime later I get a message perfect, ok I go in and give a deposit based on her estimate. Ok, a couple weeks later I have an appointment for a laser appointment (never explained what this was for) so the guy comes out and a couple days later find out that my original quote changed to almost 2k more. Not happy so they did adjustment price by 5% (needless to say, but still making money off me).As this continues most importantly before my install, I began reading reviews and was really concerned due to some of the issues. I immediately contacted the sales person and basically stated I was concerned about the installers removing my original countertops and asked there would be a problem, her response by email NO WORRIES everything will be fine. Well that was a completely untrue, the installers came in a completely demolished my kitchen torn off countertops and replaced with there top. I immediately contacted the sales person and she stated please advise him before they leave and there feedback was, ITS your problem.Bottom line whatever you do please read your contract before signing ANYTHING WITH THIS company this company( ALTHOUGH I HONESTLY DONT RECOMMEND). I have learned that they’re dishonest and the first thing they state is look at the contact that you signed , so in other words it’s ok for there installers to come in a completely demolished your home.Also, I would be mindful of Amy , not sure what her position is, but she is a complete liar and I would trust her with a pair of dirty underwear. One of the main reasons I contacted this company before my install because I noticed that she (Amy) felt like she had to justify very thing in these post especially the ones specifically had issues. I am telling you to please do your research and maybe talk to a neighbor and get recommendations, because this company can’t be treated and the dishonesty is definitely a problem.Again please please beware of this company and especially the feedback from Amy, she is 100%. dishonest. Not only to mention how they talk to customers after the fact. All of these so call approvals did not happen as you stated. I constantly asked for consistency. For what I was originally told the entire process is followed step by step, if that’s SO why was it that I had to either call in or text my SP Not to forgot that YOU stated that the SP is as relatively new and that could be the reason for some of the ISSUES and MIS COMMUNICATION ( so was that another lie Amy) As far has the measurements I can understand the measurements being a little off, but 2k off, now that sounds a bit excessive especially all the lies you’ve told this farA discount , you might NEED to elaborate on how your installers came and torn up my countertop. It’s funny how you mention that the countertops where so beautiful but never once mentioned how your installers demolished my initial countertop and NOT ONLY did they have the nerve to take pictures of what they installed but not what they destroyed .As matter of fact explained to the audience that I called in advance & spoke with the SP by both text message and verbally about my concerns before hand and was told “no worries”. Also explain how my countertop got destroyed & was told by the installer that’s your problem & my kitchen cabinet was damaged as well & the countertop purchased had a deep cut & was advised that would be covered up by the back splash. This company greets people with a smile when it’s a problem they’re NASTY

My kitchen counter tops were installed and they put 2 seams in them.When they were supposed to do 1 seam. I spoke with Amy the Manager and she told me that there will be only 1 seam and the email confirmed it. They said they couldnt do anything about it. When they installed the brackets they were rusted and disgusting looking. The owner was not helpful and Amy the Manager was so rude. I would not recommend this place.

The Crowe team was the best. They worked with me from the start of my choosing my countertops, to my installation. Great communication. I did not visit the site. Everything was via text, email, and phone.They were awesome in working within my budget. I highly recommend them and would do business with them again.

We really enjoyed the expertise and service that we received from Cynthia Zayn. Cynthia has been great helping us pick out the best product for our kitchen to meet our budget. The service was great and you can see how nice the end product was.

I sent a message on their site on a Saturday and received a personal text back from Nathan within minutes! I explained what I was looking for and my price range and he sent photos of lots of options. Nathan made the entire process simple and painless. The team who came to make the template and the team who did the install were courteous and professional. And the countertops are GORGEOUS! Absolutely perfect.

Please take a look at the pictures I have posted and please feel free to call me to discuss this company! These are actual pictures of the granite this company delivered. I called the salesman who sold us this granite immediately and his response was Im sorry you are not happy with your *natural* granite. You chose it and we do not stop that. The owner of the company, Miles Crowe, said the same thing. We were told to pick out the color area of the granite slab we liked and then when it was delivered, it had these cracks in the slab and were told, They were there when you saw it at our store and we dont stop customers from picking out color areas they like. There is epoxy glue on the bottom of the cracks. They said this was there when we picked out the slab yet we were never told to inspect the back of the slab for glue! NEVER go to this company!! We have spoken with many granite companies since this ordeal and had to purchase another piece of granite from a reputable company and every company with which we spoke said, That slab should never have made it to your house.

I had a number of problems with this company and do not recommend. First of all, I had them remove old countertops to be replaced. All i asked was that what was that the coverage be the same. After the template was measured they said that I needed a 10 inch rough cut back splash which I was charged for an additional 10 sq. feet. The existing backsplash was 6 inches so I was skeptical. No worries, Ill pay the extra $470.00 or whatever as long as it looks correct. The installation day came and they installed a 10inch section down one side of the countertop. Underneath where the window was and continuing around, they installed a 4inch rough cut back splash, leaving the exposed area where they pulled out the previous countertop showing. Now Im stuck with the mismatch and drywall damage showing. I also had them install a sink and faucet for me. I was charged for a black matching drain cover, but when the plumber came to install, it was the incorrect piece. I was told he would bring the correct one, but after a week of calling I have gotten no response.

Our sales person was Cynthia Cyan and she was excellent. Very professional and attentive to what we were looking for. Our granite and quartz are absolutely beautiful and compliments the kitchen and bathrooms very nicely.The gentlemen that installed the granite were very meticulous and professional. When they finished you couldnt even tell they were there, because they left everything so clean.We would highly recommend Crowe Custom Countertops, you will not be disappointed.It was a pleasure doing business with the company!

I paid a deposit in November and did not get a template appointment until today when I had to complain. The salesman, Dan, was very rude and is still emailing me to argue after 8:00 pm to tell me I am wrong, did not hear what I “think” I heard, and since he is a Catholic his conscience is clear. What in the world? I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior and this is the FOURTH time I’ve used this company. Unbelievable.

After shopping several other places Crowe custom countertops had the best prices with the same quality product. My design consultant walked me through each step of the way. Cynthia was very patient with me since this was my first time and I asked a bunch of questions.The installers did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. I now have a gorgeous bright kitchen that I’m proud to show off.

***DO NOT USE CROWE CUSTOM COUNTERTOPS***.Summary:- Company is driven by throughput, to get each project done as quickly as possible, and their business process is designed to just get done and collect your money.- Customer communication, planning, and follow-up are poor. Sales rep Dan is very difficult to work with.- Granite inventory is limited, and they will try to force you into what they have in stock. I was even told for one of my favorite selections, that is not available anymore - the quarry has dried up (found many slabs of this at MSI - one of the primary stone distributors for the area / nation).- Charged me for restocking fee when I had never selected a specific color.Full Story:I selected Crowe and paid a $700 down payment to lock in a Christmas sales special. At that time, I specifically communicated that I was just beginning the process and would take my time for stone selection and options, over the next several months. Having some previous knowledge in the industry, I scheduled a measure for my home kitchen, which was valued at $350 (and is reasonable for the industry). Note: this was done professionally and I appreciated the technicians job very much.Over the next couple months, I made a couple visits to their warehouse to view the inventory. I was told during the first visit that their inventory was low, so I waited some time and then visited again ~ a month later. In several communications with my salesperson (Dan), I was told that one or more of my desired selections was no longer available. He did work to transfer a couple slabs that were potential selections from another city, but coordination for this was difficult. There was a very intentional effort to get me to select something from their limited inventory.With additional research, I found that several of my potential surfaces were in fact readily available, and called Crowe to cancel my order.At that time, I was told that a specific color had been attached to my project to schedule the measure and move the status forward. Two slabs had been earmarked for my project and therefore held in their inventory. Because Crowe had done this for their process, I was going to be charged a restocking fee, which was actually an additional $185 above the down payment I had previously paid.Ultimately, I called and spoke to the Customer Service Manager (Amy) and attempted to argue my case - that I had never selected a specific stone for my project! The company finally conceded to a discount on their restocking fee (to $200) and refunded me $150.This was an incredibly difficult process, poor communication, and poor business practices - I would not recommend Crowe for any project!

They rescued our kitchen renovation! After being jerked around by Lowes, Crowe Custom Countertops saved the day with their huge selection and quality service. They were on time and delivered by the given installation dates. I would give them 10 stars if possible! Professional, quick and clean installation.

Crowe has some of the best installers in the business and this is really important. They have a lot to choose from too, and will work with you on price.

Great experience all around. Lori was our sales representative. She was very helpful and spent plenty of time with us in the warehouse. She was very responsive with great communication throughout. The template/install teams were on time for all appointments and very nice people. I will definitely use Crowe again in the future. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to all the added fees on the bill for trip charge, stain protections, template, and cut out. Ive used other stone countertop companies in the past and ALL fees were included in the price of the stone. I do not like seeing all the add ons. Again, wonderful experience and I would recommend.

They will install cracked granite into your home. They would not replace it. There are a lot of granite companies to choose from that will not do this. We had to hire another company to replace the piece.

Kitchen remodels are a lot of work but Im glad I chose Crowe Custom Countertops to help me with the process. Deeanne was the Sales Rep and she helped me select the right color, sink and planned the whole project. I was impressed to be able to see my kitchen layout before the slabs were cut by placing the digital template on top of the slabs with the help of a CAD program. This is a game changer because it minimizes the chance of cutting mistakes and youre able to vizualize details like direction of pattern and where the seam lines will be placed. I have a big island which required a seam line and the manager Jairo Martinez positioned the layout in a way the seam was almost invisible. The company has top of the line machinery which transformed the slabs into perfectly cut to size countertops for my kitchen. I highly recommend this company for your countertop needs.

I went to Crowe to pick out granite for our kitchen remodel. I fell in love with a slab. I could see all sorts of birds and a whale, tree branches etc. The piece really spoke to me. We paid for it in full. The team that comes to map out the counters gave us a time frame between 1 and 6. At 5 p.m. we started calling to see where they were. The person we spoke to was annoyed that we were calling checking on a time and said their window was between 1 and 6. At 6:30 we got a call that they would not be coming that day and would have to reschedule. When I went back to Crowe to map out the piece of granite to determine what pieces would be used where, MY piece of granite, that I paid for in full, was missing..... Thats correct. GONE.... and nobody could give me an explanation...This year, We just finished building a house and had 180 square feet of granite install in our kitchen, butler pantry and laundry room and we did not go to Crowe because of this experience......

What a great experience!The counters installed are just gorgeous. Quality group of people to work with. They took all the time needed to be sure I got the selection I wanted. The on-site measurement and installation was done in such a timely manner. Highly recommend Crowe Custom Countertops and would use them again if I have the chance. It was actually my second time with them. Both were great experiences.

Upon entering the sales center, I was greeted with a friendly hello. The office staff was very professional and timely. Cynthia (Sales Rep) answered all of my questions and provided me with some great options based on the tile and cabinet colors used in my kitchen. The pricing offered was less than the competitors and Crowe had a much better selection. The template was done within a week and the install a week later. The install team arrived on time and were very professional. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the granite on top of one of my small cabinets that was not cut correctly. I immediately reached out to Cynthia who responded promptly. Cynthia was very apologetic and took action to remedy the situation immediately. Zach reached out to me that day to schedule a new template and new install date. The new template and install happened quickly. The install team arrived on time and were professional. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Cynthia followed up with me later in the day to make sure everything was perfect. Considering the level of professionalism, timeliness, customer care, and pricing, I will be using Crowe for my future renovations. Great Job!

After the initial installation we were not happy with the granite piece used for our island, but, after speaking with Zach at CCC he sent out a tech to try and fix the issues, after that failed attempt Zach quickly had the piece replaced within a week. We had been all over the place checking out several countertop companies and Crowe Countertops was our last stop. Honestly it was our last stop after about a month of looking at different places. We weren’t expecting much because we had very little luck up to this point.We are so glad we resisted the urge to just call it quits and go home that day. When we walked in we were greatly warmly by Jim who introduced us to Lori. She took us on our tour and did a great job explaining everything for us and offering her expertise.We found a couple of honed slabs of Shadow Storm that we absolutely loved! Jim helped guide us through the rest of the process and went over and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything.On delivery day, Oscar and his partner came and explained the process. When they walked with the first slab of shadow storm, we instantly felt a huge weight off our shoulders. We had been stressing over how our countertop would look for months. It was beautiful and even better than we imagined. Oscar and his partner did an amazing job installing it. The seams are barely noticeable and the patterns flow seamlessly. They did such a good job installing it, we bought them dinner to say thanks.Our contractor came and checked out the finished product and he was so impressed with the look of the countertop. More importantly he was impressed with the excellent work they did installing it. He commented several times on how the seams were the best he had seen and how they did extra sealing when they installed the sink. He originally had us go to two of his countertop places because he deals with them regularly but after seeing ours, he asked for Crowe Countertops contact info.We are grateful to Crowe Countertops for all their efforts and would highly recommend them. Crowe’s Custom Granite delivered. Jacquelyn was incredibly accommodating throughout the process, including a site visit to inspect the job and call the installer back to check out a perceived flaw. Scheduling was efficient and timely. Everyone showed up in time and prepared. A truly great experience in my remodel. When does that happen?! Highly recommend.

Our sales person, Cynthia, was fantastic. That is where this started. I provided square footage and color preferences and she selected the perfect countertop for us at a reasonable price. The people who came to measure were punctual as were the installers. The installers did an excellent job installing the countertops, sink and faucet and the people who reconnect plumbing came that same day. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience.

Dan Harper at Crowe Custom Countertops is awesome! He helped us find the granite to fit the design of our dream kitchen. He is patient and very knowledgeable. We were able to keep in budget and still got everything we wanted and more! Their staff are very professional and efficient . I love how we were able to view our template on the actual slab we chose!! Will definitely recommend them to family and friends!!

UPDATE 5/12/16: Crowe Custom Countertops came out to repair the back splash. Basically filled in more silicone, so well see how it does. I will say, their selection is great. If it werent for the hiccups mentioned below, Id rate a 4-star (I wish half-stars were possible, as they wouldve potentially been 4.5).When were remodeling the bathrooms, we may try Crowe again, potentially moving up to a 4-star. Will definitely shop around, but Im feeling better now that the communication and follow-through on their end is happening again.___________________________________________________Bought new counter tops from Crowe and very displeased. Granite looks great, but their customer service and lifetime warranty is terrible. Took a lot longer for install time than originally promised, WE had to consistently follow up on reviewing the template and scheduling an install date, AND even though they have their lifetime warranty, it appears they wont stand up to it. One of the back splash pieces wasnt installed onto the wall or cut properly, so not only is it not lined up correct, there is a huge gap between the back splash and the wall - AND THEYRE NOT RETURNING OUR CALLS TO REPAIR IT. When we finally get someone on the phone, theyre giving US attitude when we have NOTHING to do with their poor install! Very disappointing, especially considering the overall cost. Unless you expect everything to go well with your install and arent worried about having to consistently make follow up calls to Crowe, I would (unfortunately) recommend you shop elsewhere.

We got 9” of snow on the Friday before my Monday afternoon install. I knew Crowe’s scheduling had to be screwed up. Well, it was. BUT, the guys showed up after dark and stayed until after 9:00 to finish my kitchen. I’m in the construction business and have even installed about 20 granite kitchens myself. I know what looks good, and I know what doesn’t in most areas of construction including granite counter tops. These did a great job installing my stone. They didn’t bugger up my sheet rock, or cause any other problems. Their joint on my long wall is as good as any I have seen (or touched), or done myself. I purchased a granite with “movement,” and the fabricators even took the time to line up the flows of color to help hide the seam. Thanks to Ricki Lawrence my sales person who knew immediately where to take me after a short description of what I was looking for, to the fabricators for their work, and to Juan and Eduardo-my installers. Great job.

New granite counter tops in our master bath and granite for shower bench and threshold.Pros: They had the exotic granite we wanted. We had a positive experience selecting the granite and the price was good. The installed granite does look very good.Cons: We did not have a good experience with the measuring and fitting. After they came to measure, I tried for next 3 business days to get the measurements taken for the pieces of granite for our shower so I could confirm the overhang. Once I received the measurements, they didnt provide the overhang we wanted. The salesperson said I could call back the next morning with any necessary changes. However, when I called back the next morning I was told the granite had been fabricated and could not be changed. So, I had to modify the bench in our shower to get the correct overhang, prior the granite installation. Also, the overhang of the installed granite on our base cabinets varies more than I would have expected (ranges from 1 1/2 to 2 in 10 linear feet of cabinets).

The whole experience, from selecting the granite at the shop with Ricki, to the installation was awesome. Ricki helped me pick the right granite for our kitchen. And it is so right now that it is installed. The crew who measured the templates a week ago did a stellar job as the pieces fit so perfectly. The crew that installed the granite today were careful of our belongings, attentive to the questions we had, and installed the granite perfectly. It is awesome!!!! The experience couldnt have been better.

After living in a laminate world for 30 years we finally decided to make the leap to granite. From the initial visit to Crowe Custom Counter-tops to the amazing finished product we were pleased. Great selection of granite, knowledgeable sales staff and were very responsive to any concerns. The template and installers both called prior to the appointment, were on time and did a great job. We hired and paid the plumber through Crowe. We did have an issue with a drip in the sink connection, the plumber was contacted by Crowe and was to our house within an hour of opening the next day. Overall great experience.

Working with Crowe Custom Countertops was an fabulous experience. The amount of granite choices that they have is nearly overwhelming but thats where their consultants come in. They walk you through their stock where you get to see the entire slabs, not just a 4X4 sample. The consultant gets a feel for your tastes and writes down as many pieces that catch your eye. When I came back the second time, I narrowed it down to 3 options and then brought my husband in. My husband did not know the cost of any of the pieces and interestingly enough, he chose the least costly one because of its beauty and impeccable look. We also purchased our faucets through them which made it an easy install having it all together. I would highly recommend Crowe Custom Countertops. We will definitely use them again.

We decided to use Crowe Custom Countertops for our kitchen and bathroom remodel because of the great selection, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and didnt rush us as we walked from slab to slab in the rain looking for the perfect one. We finished the installation process today. The team arrived on time, were neat and considerate of our home. Rickie was excellent to work with and educated us on granite, colors and how to select a slab. She helped with the procurement of a faucet and listened to us as we labored over the selection of the water purifier for drinking water... which was more than expected! The product and service were excellent. They were flexible with the schedule which enabled us to use our own plumber for sink, faucet, water purifier and garbage disposal install. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience! I ordered four countertops and all were flawless. My salesman, Ray Fitten, was outstanding. He did an excellent job during all steps in the process and with all the details. The installers were great - they were so careful and there was no mess. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been incredibly nice and helpful. I have another countertop I need and will definitely be using Crowe Custom Countertops again. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I would give it.

Chris was very helpful in assisting us with our granite choice. They set up all appointments (computer template, actual template measuring visit and installation of granite) in a timely fashion. Everyone we worked with was professional. The granite was installed less than a month after our first visit and it is beautiful. From the moment I walked in the door to the time of the install was a smooth process. My sales person was not pushy, however she was VERY helpful when it came time to choose the granite. When we decided to FINALLY have our kitchen countertops replaced, our friends HIGHLY recommended Crowe Countertops. We met with a rep right away and they scheduled an install faster than I thought possible. I was very happy on how quickly they move! I loved the whole process. It really took no time at all, from selecting our granite slab to installation. Everyone was real nice and helpful. I thought that receiving a digital image of how the slab looked once cut and laid out to our kitchen design was really neat.
