Ok, this company has been building out Fathers additional handicap bathroom and a game room who is A veteran and disabled since February, We put half down up front and purchase all the materials to build out the frame of addition, They left all the wood and pallet of concrete out in the weather conditions uncovered til they actually finally started in late April. We had to buy more concrete and materials for them after they said they would replace it which never happened. there is black mold on boards and also concrete was solid, no good to use, boards also warped and used these materials to build frame, roof and walls. The work is not moving and they go a week or 2 without going out to even finish or even call the client to let them know whats going on and dont answer calls. Job even been inspected (which failed) and failed to move forward. They still need to get inspections done and build out the inside of additions. This job has been going on since February and so we told them in August to stop cause they still havent done anything. They would disappear for couple weeks and never hear from them. We also bought a tub which that company has been waiting on them to build inside so they can install tub customer purchased. My father is a disabled war veteran, senior citizen who has been paying on 2 mortgages now since. They have went through a couple of GC who both were not happy with the way company was handling this job. Oh yeah and your response to my Friends post was nothing but lies.We purchased all materials plus more that was ruined. So when we put down half it was not 30% and you used it for materials. And tried to also make us pay for all the contractors cause you couldnt as agreed. We agreed to pay half up front and rest later, not pay for everything in between. Our porch was cut cause you never updated the contractors and now I have to fix it myself. You are a great talker but that is all. You do not know how to communicate with clients and update or even stay on task. 6 months and only got up a shell so we had to stop work with you guys. Empty promises is all we got from you and your company. People please do your research on companies and check BBB which is good too and check with state. Do not go with this company

The 3-4 weeks project has lasted over 3 months and there are a lot left to be done. The owner is friendly, but that does not get the job done. I have no running water/working kitchen for 13 days now. Workers start a project but not follow through and move on to another. This left me with several unfinished jobs and a lot of mass. My first floor looks like storm went through, unsafe and not livable. The owner pulls worker while in the middle of a project at my house to work elsewhere. I am very disappointed with how the company and the project manager not doing what promised. The painters left a pile of trash on my deck, dirty my floor and carpet with paint. I paid over 80% of contract price to company and workers. The company took money and not getting the job done in a timely manner. I have been taken advantage off, very stressful to my children and I.

I started this project in April. Keith was very professional when he came out. Charlie worked on my back porch he did the work that was requested, but their were some other issues. I would have appreciated them to be upfront and let me know if the work they were doing would not be guaranteed. I also would have like to be informed that what I was requesting was not going to hold up. I would have done what needed to be done to resolve the issue so their would not be an issue going forward. Keith did come back and look at the incomplete work and said they would make it right. I have not heard from them since. I have hired a new contractor after interviewing 3 others. Every contractor that came out could not believe how bad the workmanship was. I would never use this company again. Spent over 4,000 dollars for nothing.

The subcontractors, Juan and Julio, did an outstanding job on building my bathroom and creating a new opening to the garage instead of us continuing to go through my daughters room to get from garage to upstairs. It took two years to find a contractor who could replace the molding on our glass front door. Other contractors would tell me it couldnt be replaced, because distributors dont carry the molding anymore. Our front door is 14 years old, but its beautiful other than the molding, which was falling apart. Then I called 2HIREaHandyman, and Keith made new molding for the front door. He was also able to attach it to the inside molding - thats the way it was originally made.Well, the molding that Keith made was much nicer than the original molding! We are so happy with the way our front door looks. Keith was also prompt about repairing it, too.We also had them paint all of the trim on the house, and many other jobs. Everything looks fantastic. When Ken and Matt arrived, they were on time and gave me a on the waycall. When they arrived, they quickly got to work and completed 4 jobs in just over an hour. We were preparing to put our house on the market to sell and needed to have two things fixed. Once I made the appointment, I received email confirmation and a phone call when the guys were on the way to my home. They were on time and very nice/professional. They were able to fix a plumbing and electrical issue thoroughly and quickly. Keith kept the broken parts of the light fixture to show me how the wiring had been twisted over time, causing the light not to work properly. I appreciate that he took the time to explain it to me as opposed to just fixing it and presenting the bill. The guys worked hard and efficiently, giving me no reason to think they were stalling to increase the amount of time they were at my house and therefore increase my payment. When we sell our house and are presented with a punch list I will definitely call Keith to schedule a return visit to complete the work. I highly recommend this business!

Work was performed satisfactorily and in an appropriate amount of time. Scheduling was difficult due to a few factors, one of which was the volume of deals sold - understandable.

Had a deal for 8 hours and the painter did a great job in that time frame. We decided to hire them to paint the entire inside of the house.

I will offer one star for two reasons:1. They actually did provide a free estimate.2. Theres no option to give zero stars.Over the course of a few days after the estimate visit, I left multiple voice mails to try and schedule a job that I really needed completed. All four attempts went unanswered.

Fast professional service a little over expenditure on materials but I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a neat clean job.

They told us to buy the materials and they would get started on our house that was January 1st everything was ready they didnt even start until May they said that they would replace the materials but instead they use the rotten materials

I received service from them in July. They came out and gave quotes and we called back to come out the same week to begin the work. We wanted them to put up a new exterior door and we also accepted some of the suggested repairs Keith gave us. Due to our size of exterior door we were unable to find a replacement that didn’t have to be ordered. My fiancé and I work overseas so we didn’t have time to wait on a door order. I spoke with the customer service person Matt and he informed me if the service was not complete I would receive a refund. I have text messages to prove it. I’ve been trying for nearly 3.5 months to have my money refunded. I begin dealing with the owner Keith’s on this matter about 2 months ago. The first time i spoke with him i was very patient and didn’t go into detail or explanation about why i felt like i needed my refund because Keith had already stated he would honor it. After calling him every week and him putting it off he finally told me he couldn’t afford to refund me right now because it had been a slow month. After calling him a couple more weeks he said I had caught him at the computer and he would process the refund and send me a text message after. Never received a refund nor a text message. I called him about 4 days later and he asked me to call him back in 15min. I called him back and magically the phone was going unanswered then begin telling me I was unable to call this number. I called Keith from a different number and he didn’t answer so I left him a message telling him I had been very patient with him the last 3.5 months and while his receipt(which he calls a contract but it requires no signature) said any money left over could be applied to a future service it DOES NOT say that I must pay in advance, which I did. I wish i would’ve put my foot down then about paying in advance because that would have alleviated this current hassle but I trusted the company. I’m still owed quite a bit of many and plan to submit to small claims court as I have still not heard from Keith. I used the service for putting up baseboards in the garage, replacing 2 small lights in the garage, attaching the gutter on the back of the house and replacing a piece of wood in the soifet area on the front porch! The 2 largest projects of putting up lights on the front of our house and changing our exterior doors never even happened!? Dwayne was great! No complaints there! My first complaint is YOUR employee gave me the exact amount I was owed in money from the unfinished work whilst the work was still being completed so clearly you all have a failure in communication. My second complaint is YOU told me you would return the money 3 months ago and mentioned nothing about YOUR fees. My third complaint is your continuing to put me off week after week and month after month. Horribly ran business! My fourth complaint is you decided after I finally was able to get you back on the phone(after continuous calling) you all of a sudden had fees and didn’t even know that I actually used some of the services. The updated statement I received a few days ago he has updated his policy on it to say if you cancel you must pay the marketing cost, lead cost, scheduling, commission, etc which has nothing to do with me & that you must pay 50% upfront & you’re marking things completed that I never even used!? No one hauled any trash away from my house. He actually left the old wood from the soifet repair on our porch and we put it in the garage. The old door wasn’t taken away so when did anyway haul any trash?? You’re always hollering what your “contract” says. “No cash refund only work”. None of this matter that it was added because it wasnt on my initial receipt ANYWHERE. Which is how you get people out of their money to later find out the work can’t be done or quality of work isn’t there. Why would someone want to have a credit with a company like this?!
