Literally could not have been less helpful. I went in for chemicals for our small above ground pool and the guy at the counter could not be bothered to give me any advice. I guess my purchase wasn’t being big enough for him? He seemed so irritated with my questions. This was a very frustrating experience. I’m not a pool expert and just wanted some guidance. Hopefully, what I bought will work.

Called Surfside at the end of the summer for a leak in our heater. The worker who came out to our house left without any update of what he did to fix the issue. We had to call the store numerous times over a week in order to get a status update. We finally got word that the job had been ‘completed’ even though our heater was left completely opened and dismantled. When I called for the closing I mentioned this and was told it would be fixed in the spring?? The heater is still open and not prepared for the winter. The closing was also poorly done. Parts were left out - and the pieces which go in the skimmers were too big so we couldn’t close them, even though the correct size was in our shed. Will not be using Surfside next season.Also, they are hard to get a hold of. The phone is answered but whoever they have working the desk is typically unequipped to help or provide any useful information.

They have moved into a larger space in a new location. I found their employee was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get the item I needed.

This place has excellent service and the people willingly without hesitation put my bindings onto my skis in 2 days.

Knowledgeable staff will test your water and hook you up with the right type and amount of chemicals.

Outstanding knowledge and customer service. been coming here for years and have tried others but keep coming back because of staff and products.

Picture of location is wrong and signage at new location is terrible. HQ you are losing business.

I got lots of quotes for pools and they were by far the cheapest. And its for a reason.Other contractors were shocked at how the pool was being built and with the lack of professionalism. It was my fault, I read the reviews and still used them. Please dont be one of those people. If you want it done right and with a professional company hire someone else. They offered me two years of opening and closings that I turned down because I dont want to deal with them. Good luck if you do have them build your pool.
