We have been using Dunk and Bubble the last couple of years for water testing, chemicals and pool service, and we highly recommend them!They are very thorough with their water testing, and provide clear instructions on the process and steps for treating the pool. They are extremely knowledgeable, and I never feel like they are trying to get me to buy products that we don’t need. They are always friendly, helpful and responsive to questions. I so appreciate all the ways Caitlin and the others at Dunk and Bubble have helped us with our pool!

As a new pool owner last season, I used a couple different pool service companies before finding D&B midway through the summer. So glad we did eventually switch to Dunk because they are much more attentive and patient with new folks than some of the others in the area.They did a great job installing our loop lock cover last year, closed us properly, and got our pool back open this year while helping me learn the ropes so I can do a bit more myself for the maintenance.Theyve also stayed very accessible and have done a great job with safety practices during this whole COVID thing.Couldnt recommend them more!

We used Dunk & Bubble for several years, but recently the owner tried to double-bill for a leak fix and then charge us for an unapproved site visit on top of that. They said they fixed the leak during closing, then it was still there when they opened in the spring (worse, in fact) but they then double-billed me for fixing the exact same leak during opening (pool light) during which they left the light floating in the pool. He then tried to bill me for an unauthorized visit, and then, instead of admitting to the double-billing, he tried to give me a runaround that the leak probably reoccurred during the winter rather than owning up to shoddy work. I know the difference between rain and other stuff, thanks very much.Taking our business elsewhere. Its a shame, because for years we had a great relationship. Now I simply dont trust them.

I dont write reviews but these guys /girls that showed up to fix/clean my pool thats been sitting for ages knew exactly what to do, they are very knowledgeable and good at what they do! Very happy to recommend them to anyone in the Acton area and sorrounding towns. Thank you for an excellent job guys/girls!! We can finally use our pool again!!!!

Not the cheapest, but good and virus safe window service.

Ive relied on Dunk & Bubble for 25 years, both for spa products and repairs. Prompt, reasonable service, and good products, although a bit pricier than online sources. However, Amazon wasnt willing to rebuild the pump and heater in my spa, nor does it have the skills or warehouse of parts needed, so I think Ill keep on paying a few dollars more when I need spa products.

Has whatever I need, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Water testing don on premises (certain hours). Prices are good but not great (thats why 4 stars.. other than that, 5!)
