Update: It has been over a month since WRE posted a response to my review saying they would contact me, but they have not done so.This is my first review because I want to protect others from the experience that I had. I asked for my septic tank to be pumped and was quoted one price for that. On the day of service, additives were put in my tank that I did not want or authorize, and they charged me for this as an additional service. This is terrifying for a delicate septic system that can cost so much to fix or replace! The WRE employee who put the cover back on my septic tank broke the cover and chose not mention this - I noticed after they left and saw they had put the two pieces back in together, clearly trying to cover up the damage.After multiple emails and voicemails asking for a refund on the service I did not authorize, asking them to address the tank cover they broke, and asking them for information on what exactly they added to my tank, I have been ignored. I am currently pursuing a credit card chargeback for the additives charge and will have to take further action to resolve the damage. Please save yourself the headache and avoid WRE!

Wind River Environmental great company to work with. Came when they said they would be here. The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Have been using them for years and with their very helpful advise and suggestions, we have never had a problem with our septic system. Thank you Wind River!

We have been using wrongs river four over 5 years. There customer service is top notch. Always there. The truck operator is awesome. Always pleasant and knowledable. Our system works great and recommend to everyone!! Thank you wind river.

For a regular septic pumping (not include title 5 inspection), its about $150 MORE expensive than the others. i dont think a the simple report can justify the extra cost. skipping..

Oscar that came out and did the work was a great guy, didn’t mind if I hung around a little and asked some questions and didn’t blow a gasket when one of the hoses got clogged with a rock as it started to get dark. They took more than I paid for, will call them again. Very nice over the phone explaining some things to an idiot,😀

Was coordinating septic pumping for a group of 16 people. Gave me an initial quotation over the phone. After I got all the information over to them, unprofessionally raised price at the last minute. Very disappointed! Spoke to Ryan Council.
