Ive used this company for many years but this is the last time. Several other people have commented about how bad the service has become and I just experienced it myself. I hired them to drain my tank. The service person was rude and Ill leave it at that because this isnt why I think everyone should avoid this business. He failed to properly replace the lid back on top of the septic tank. I have children and I hate to think what could have happened because of this service persons failure to place the lid correctly back on the tank. The picture is exactly how he left it. I recommend you look elsewhere for your septic service.

Completely contradictory assessments of my system. When I pointed this out to them, the nasty owner/receptionist hung up on me !Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.One exception, Tom though feisty, does seem like a great guy !

Couldnt be happier. Showed up on time. Did a good job. Cleaned up. Very friendly. Fair price. And Tim got out a shovel and found the septic under all the snow.

As I am writing this, ABC is pumping the septic tank even though the guys doing it know that pumping will not solve the problem but they refuse to even check with their office to actually address the problem
