I was needing a rapid covid test ($80). When I called from home(I live in Clyde) I spoke with Linda. She told me I could come right then and just call once I was in the parking lot. So I did just that. However, she didn’t reveal to me until I got there that they don’t take insurance and the test was $80. She told me they would be right out with paperwork to fill out and get tested. I waited 10 minutes before calling back to make sure I didn’t slip through the cracks. When I called back, there was nothing but laughter coming through the phone before Linda officially answered the phone. When I expressed my frustration with the situation, she told me to go somewhere else. She also told me she was the owner of the place. So I did just that, however not before telling her that my company WILL NOT be using them again for ANY testing. I went to the free standing ER on Buffalo Gap Road and they got me in quickly and the test result was available almost immediately. And it didn’t cost me a dime. Lesson learned thanks to Linda. I won’t be back ever again. As you can see, Linda has been at it for quite some time

Linda is very rude, snarky, and unwelcoming. She doesn’t treat her customers with kindness. She treats people as if they are not smart not taking into consideration what the person might be going through or don’t know the location. In addition, sometimes it’s situational as to why people have certain questions, and while I was still explaining my question she hung up on me. The encounter left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I canceled my appointment.

Shannon Gutierrez was absolutely the best person to get back a (false) positive Tb Test. I had came in to get the shot and upon entering she greeted me and was as professional as she could be. She was kind and courteous and inquired as to what I needed the test for. When I told her it was for school she was helpful with other tips that I may needed to know. When I came back to have the results read she was very sincere about it being positive. She kept apologizing as if it was her fault, which made me realize she had actually cared. I cannot emphasize how important the personal touch that employees give to customers . She gave it! She was as sincere as she could be and she tried to direct me in the best course of action from there. GOOD JOB I hope i spelled your name right and I enjoyed every moment we had together. You make the world a better place with your professionalism and sincerity. Please, no matter what, keep being who you are because the world needs people like you. Thank you again and again!!!!

Great staff, very informative and helpful. Glad to see a company in Abilene who does things by the book. Staff are generous and made mefeel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone to know. Thank you for providing me service.

Fast, cheap and most importantly, painless. Experienced staff ensure comfortable and smooth blood work. Results mailed to me within 3 days and faxed to my Dr. Been here several times and the service is consistently excellent.

They told us that we could come in and use a birth certificate and a parent and then when we showed up they suddenly said that we weren’t able to do that. I wasted gas to come out here for them to have changed their story. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Very fast service. I was getting a physical for life insurance. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, that included blood draw, height and weight, three separate blood pressures, urine collection and health survey. Staff was friendly, but you could tell they were focused on efficiency and getting you out, which for me is a good thing.

I couldnt ask for a more professional staff. Everyone had smiles and was very courteous. They truly care about their patients. Ive been to several different labs and AnyLab is by far the best!!!

I would have preferred SHARON RANGEL... cuz she is so nice n has this personality that makes u feel at ease. The other lady i didnt care for her smart attitude.....

I really appreciate this lab for being able to check my own thyroid levels and being affordable and fast. They are really friendly there too.

I must say that Sharon is and has always been the most awesome person in the place. Shes always made me feel comfortable as well as knowing every task that needs to be done.

Diana drew my blood and I have never felt a thing. She was awesome! She and Shana were dealing with an irate CPS client and they both still made my experience a joy. I will be returning. Great Staff. Great experience.

This company has gone above and beyond my expectations. Being a new pipeline installation contractor it’s hard to find a drug test company that accepts our MRO. They didn’t at first but went the extra mile to get with our company to take our samples. The owner Mrs Linda is one of the nicest, sweetest person there is. She’s willing to work with my company any time or day of the week. She and her company made our companies hire in process so much easier. Also, Sharon Any time lab testing technician there’s not enough words to describe her compassion about her job. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing I can call her any time, day or night if I need a sample collected. She has even came on her days off and cancelled drs apt to facilitate our needs. If you’re in the Abilene, Tx area do not hesitate to use anytime testing. They will go out their way to help you and your company.

It is a great lab. Good experiences with them. The only problem I have is that they do not open until 9am in the morning. Those of us that have to go in fasting have to starve from the night before. They should open earlier.

Was supposed to be open on Saturday at 9 am and waited 25 minutes!! No one showed up!! I called and left a message from the parking lot at that time and no one even bothered to call me back. I dont know if anyone ever showed up to work. Pretty upsetting!!!!

Horrible experience!!! The WORST customer service ever! Employees need better communication skills. No one was in the office but me and the employee didnt even greet me or smile. Extremely uncomfortable environment...
