When they did my oil change they put the plug on to tight. Now I want to do my own oil change and cant get the bolt out because they stripped it. Now cant get them to answer the phone. Figured

First experience was not great. They were very rude because I wouldn’t buy all their extra services they tried to sell me. Oil change for my suv was almost $100. Decided to give them a second chance. They claimed they changed my oil and did inspection all within 7 minutes. Again the bill was over $100 again. I took to a local oil change place and they said they could tell they never did change my oil. All they did was clear the oil change meter in my car and sent me on my way. Very unprofessional, dishonest and pricey.

I went for an oil change on my truck and I was out there within a matter of minutes. I was so pleased with the service and the speed that I took my boyfriends car in. I got there in my boyfriends car at the same time as 2 cars and a Harley motorcycle. NO JOKE THESE GUYS ARE FAST. I was notified with 2 minutes that his car also needed an air filter. They drove his car around 13 minutes from when I got there and I was cashed out. I would highly recommend this place.

I usually go here for routine maintenance. It’s not the cheapest place in town but the guys are super nice and do good work fairly quickly! My biggest complaint is they often forget to replace the windshield reminder sticker after oil changes... not a big deal to me!

I came for a simple oil change and they did extra things that I did not ask for. I am a college student and I feel ripped off because I paid more than I originally thought I would have to for services that I did not know would be added on my car. I have friends that have had a similar experience :(

Went in for a state inspection and they got me out in under 20 min. There was a problem with my wiper blades and they fixed it right there so I would pass. Super polite and courteous. A great place for college kids that need anything looked at.

Today, my co-worker and I had to get a standard oil change done on one of our company’s moving trucks. We arrived at Snappy Lube 9:00AM and left there at 9:15AM.

Great service get the job done right

We have had no problems in the 3 years we have been taking our cars to Snappy Lube until this last time. We came to pick it up after an oil change and inspection and our window was down. No one told us it would not roll back up. It came off the track. Figured that one out on our own. We were offered nothing. Paid 390 bucks for someone to fix that elsewhere. Then, tried to get the registration renewal done and there was an error message. Called them and they assured us it was nothing from their end. Took our info. to the DMV and in fact it was their fault. They left off the last digit of the vin number. Basically in the eyes of the state we didnt have an inspection. I would really have appreciated some honesty, and taking of responsibility in this expensive situation. If you go, be diligent. I know we are only human and make mistakes. I just felt like as a business there was some things lacking in their professionalism.

The impression I got was that this is a small business where more likely than not, during normal business hours, you will be dealing directly with the owner at some point in the transaction. He made a point of talking to me directly and was very open to discussing options available. I had planned on making the switch to full synthetic this oil change as my truck hit 100Kmi. He answered all my questions concisely and honestly and I was in and out in less than 30 min easily.If you know much about changing the oil on your car, with a bit more information you can see right through the previous post. I suspected this and gave them a try because they were extremely convenient geographically to my errands I was running today - hence why I asked a lot of questions. The college kid mentioned had previously put synthetic in his car and with good reason due to the high mileage, whether he knew it or not. Even with the improved oils, you probably dont want to switch back and forth much. The business was truly just trying to take care of him by arming him with the information to make the best decision for himself - note the kid made the decision. Dad was mad his kid ran up the credit card bill an extra 30 bucks (for the second time) and/or the kid made the business the fall-guy for not abiding by parental direction (misguided or not) to get the cheaper option.I hate seeing a small business bashed out of ignorance when theyre already at a disadvantage trying to compete with Wal-Mart - whos employees may or may not have been on lunch during lug-nut hour of their 10 hr automotive class they took to qualify to work on your car. Just sayin... Give these guys a shot.
