My wife and I reserved a Chrysler 300 (or similar) a few days in advance. Called the day before and enterprise said they had one, but if it was gone by the next day we would be given a free upgrade. When we got there they said they had absolutely nothing but a Nissan sentra. This car is the biggest pile I have ever seen. Very disappointed in out experience. Will never use enterprise again.

I reserved a car on Feb.27th 2021for pick-up on March 19th 2021. I call this morning to let them know Im in route and now Im being told there is no car for me to take. Im supposed to be on the highway right now and instead Im at home waiting for a call and its been almost an hour. That is not acceptable and its very unprofessional. I ask to speak to a manager but theres none available. I had a ride to pickup my vehicle but now thats over because there was no car for me. My weekend is ruined... Thanks enterprise. Never again

Best Service i ever had with car rental.Katie and Ryan were very professional, picked me up , had car ready and even applied discount.Mine was one way rental - was surprised to see contract closed by Katie on Sunday which is holiday.I was not renting with Enterprise before as they were picky about checking thoroughly while doing return but never had any issues with this location.

Wanted to shout out this awesome location for being so very helpful today. After an unexpected weather storm redirected a family members flight to Abilene instead of Dallas; every rental car at the airport was sold out. This location stayed open well past their closing time so that my family could catch a ride share to pick up one of their last remaining cars to make the drive to me when the airlines would of had them stuck there until the next evening at least. Very grateful to the staff there for making this happen for them. Great Customer Service Enterprise!!

My rental car experience isnt over yet, but I would like to say that this location has had excellent customer service in the past week that I have needed them. The first vehicle I got was too small, so the next day when they had a larger vehicle, they put me in the larger vehicle. Well there were several things about that vehicle that I did not like so I once again called them up and they were able to get me into a mid-size SUV that is similar to the vehicle I usually drive. I work in the insurance industry and have to deal with customers who need rental vehicles frequently so I will definitely recommend this location thanks to their willingness to make sure that their customers are satisfied.

I like the people here. When I reserve a car online, they get me in and out very quickly. The cars are always nice. Although I like the personnel at the offices I rented from, I feel the company unnecessarily price gouges. I can rent a car from another local company for the same length of time for a drastically cheaper amount. Its half the price.

Make sure you use the treadaway location when you rent. The local staff is quick, professional, and organized.I would stay clear of the s clack or airport locations though. They have screwed up my rentals several times.

I got into a wreck and it took about 2 weeks I believe to line up my schedule just right to pick up a car, when it was available. The staff seemed very nice, patient, and very friendly. There was some confusion between the insurance and them about pick up times and availability of cars though.

Actually there are three Enterprise Rental a car in Abilene, Tx..We went to the one in Clack, but they were very polite and called them for us and gave us directions...And make sure you have a Major credit card with your name on it. Thank goodness they were so helpful, holiday stress is bad enough...Happy Thanksgiving!

I reserved my rental online through my enterprise app was fast and quick. Upon picking it up two hours later the young sales man (sorry dude i forgot ur name) explained everything to me and was polite had great customer service techniques and personality Iam very kin to having customer service very hard to find these days..But pricing was differ from what i got online but all was good didnt want a good deal to expire before using it .Upon returnin again(apologys) to the young lads for working and not getting there names he was awesome aswell he was busy another sales person just sat there and didnt offer to help he finished and came to assist me with the return great smiling personality aswell i will definitely do business and rent from yall again and continue looking out for good deala on my mobile app..good job guys!!

We used this service before and plan to use it again.Excellent service . The gentleman was very helpful in answering all my questions. Upon arrival to my destination ,my car was ready and right outside the airport. This was my first experience with a car rental and highly recommend it. Everybody bows you should have a credit or debit card ready.

Absolutely horrible customer service...wife and I needed a rental car after her accident & we were set up with the Treadaway location...We were originally scheduled for a pickup time of 1 oclock then were told car wouldnt be ready til 4...Ok, so asked if they could deliver to wifes job since she was gonna be car-less and at work and we were absolutely told it wasnt policy and the manager would have to call us back...Long story short, it wasnt policy but the Clack location manager took it upon his or herself to step up and provide CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT FIND A POLICY TELLING US WHAT COULDNT BE DONE...Wont recommend this location to my business contacts or my personal ones in the future...From the 3 star ratings in the reviews corporate needs to step up for this locale...The only reason why Im giving the Treadaway location 5 stars is because the Clack location picked up our reservation and they receive the review...Otherwise you guys would get two thumbs down...

The young adults who work at this office stopped at nothing to take care of me when I was involved in a wreck miles from home and stranded. Even though there were no cars available in their fleet, they brought in more and made sure I was taken care of first, given my circumstances. All three employees with whom I came in contact treated me with compassion and concern, and I would recommend each of them for gold stars for service.

I attempted to use them to get to the airport for a Thanksgiving flight. I made the reservation 1-2 wks prior. When I got to the counter they stated I could not use my debit card because I did not have a TX license, even though I had a TX ID card and a MD license. I could only use a credit card. Well Ive retired from the military after 28+ yrs and have seen some rough times. I maxed my card trying to get to TX from MD. So I planned on using my debit card. The lady stated if i was active duty I could use my debit even if I didnt have a TX license! I had a copy of my insurance and a copy of my leave and earning statement. She said no. I had my doctor that I work with try, but was told she could not rent it! and even if she did I could not be added as a second driver!! When I called to complain the manager stated he would investigate it, but he went on vacation for 1 week. When he came back he stated basically it was the way they are are here. I stated I felt it was discriminatory against Vets. He stated they like vets but the policies will not change. I feel that you should not have different policies for different people. If you have the required documents such as proof of insurance and a documented pay, why should vets or other people be treated different!

The wait was extremely long. The reason I’m writing though—I was dropping off at another location and did not know what address to go to. I was told multiple times I would receive directions and a print out receipt. Instead, I was hurried out and did not receive directions. When I called to find out if I could receive th drop off information via email, I was told the email was sent. The email never sent, then they were closed the next day (no one could help at all).

The two young ladies who worked with me were very professional. I am sorry, I am unable to recall their names. I rented my vehicle on the 4 Dec 2015 and was picked up after 2:00 p.m. They made me feel comfortable when I was filling out the paperwork. I was called well ahead of time to be informed that the vehicle that I was to pick up would be in later then they thought. I will be honest with you I have head negativity about that location and I myself had a terrible experience with the S. Clack location. But I had no problem with the location on Treadaway and will seek the service again when needed.Thank you,

I usually get rental on a regular basis and the crew in Abilene have always been there for me. They will go out of there way to provide a rental car when needed. Once in a while I will have to wait but they will keep me informed.

When my wife and I arrived at this Enterprise location we were told that our rental car was not available, as no customer from the previous day had returned their vehicle yet. There were also no other cars available at any of the other Enterprise locations. We were in a time crunch to get to our destination and we voiced our disappointment in the car we reserved not being there, but understood that there was not anything that could be done until people started returning their cars.The gentlemen that worked with us was very professional and did not loose his cool or professionalism as we voiced our disappointment with the situation. We asked him if it was possible to receive a discount since our car wasnt there at the time it was promised us and he quickly assured us that he would take a days rental cost off our total (which he did). When people started returning their cars (about an hour and a half later) we were offered a vehicle that was an upgrade from what we had reserved originally for no extra charge.While it was frustrating to not get our rental car at the time we reserved it, this Enterprise location went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience....which is greatly appreciated. We will continue to rent vehicles from this location in the future. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went there because we thought they were open since the door was ope. When we ask to rent a car the man says theyre closed as the employee with his girlfriend our sitting in the back corner stuffing their faces. When we asked whetes another place to go the man says anywhere but here....I never felt more disrespected.

Terrible experience. I forgot money in the car and as soon as I dropped off and went home I remembered. The money was forgotten on the passenger door pocket. I call back to report it, and no one could account for it. They said the car was cleaned and rented out immediately. I was told they called the customer who rented the car and he said he couldnt find it. I will think someone at enterprise should know something then. Anyway I just think there is a trust issue here. We should be able to know that if we forget our priced belongings in the vehicles, someone can report it as a lost and found, just saying. I am not saying that it is anyones reponobility to take care of my belongings, but atleast for a customer courtesy sake,if found it can be returned.Otherwise it was overall a good ride.

Terrible customer service and will not be helpful in any situation. Also told me to use a debit card I had to use one of their shops they have a relationship with which sounds a lot like racketeering to me. Dont use them because youll end up regretting it!

The most AWFUL service ever. Began with a wonderful woman named Jamie who did everything possible to accommodate us with a rental vehicle. We were at Enterprise because my vehicle was having warranty work performed and the dealership was paying for the vehicle. The Enterprise on Clack although closer had no vehicle and therefore we ended up in this hell hole.After signing the contract, and being given the keys to a vehicle we walked outside to do the walk around and take note of the gas level. After getting in the vehicle manager Stephen came outside and told Jamie that the dealership was on the phone. This was a lie we later learned. Jamie said shed take the call after getting us on our way to which he responded she needed to do so immediately. After a wait I went inside to see what was going on. I was told that they needed a utility bill, an award letter from social security proving income, and other documentation just to rent a vehicle that the dealership was paying for.While trying to figure out the whole mess and understand exactly why I needed to provide all this documentation which I didnt have with me since I live sixty miles away and was only in Abilene because that is where my warranty work had to be completed, my dad came in and asked me what was going on. I replied that they wanted us to prove our **** residency. Stephen begins yelling HEY YOU CANT USE THAT LANGUAGE IN HERE - I AM TAKING YOU TO THE DEALERSHIP NOW. LEAVE I WILL PULL THE VEHICLE AROUND!We pile in the minivan, myself, my 67 year old disabled father, and my husband. Stephen begins pulling off without even my husband shutting his door! When we arrive at the dealership, I get out and go in while my husband and father exit the vehicle. When they come into the service department they tell me that Stephen pulled away too quickly and hit my dads arm with the minivan! He didnt stop, roll the window down, or even raise an eyebrow for hitting a senior, disabled man!The dealership service manager then tells me that he was never on the phone, it wasnt him they were speaking with! So he lied?!? Unbelievable.Placed a call and spoke with the area manager. Stay away if you dont want to go through hassles only reserved for financing needs typically. This place is awful when it comes to service and customer satisfaction!Still not sure if my dads arm is ok or not.

I wanted to make you aware of my recent experience with your branch located at 642 S Treadway Blvd, Abilene, TX 79602 on Friday June 2nd, 2017. I have been in Property Management for 25 years. I travel frequently and use rental cars for my travel in other states. On June 2nd, there was weather in Dallas Fort Worth so my flight that was supposed to leave at 12:50 ended up being canceled at 5:15 pm. I called the airline and they advised me there would be no flights out until Monday at 6:00 pm. After this distressing news, I immediately went down stairs at the airport to try to rent a car. There are 4 car rentals available at the airport, Enterprise, Hertz, Budget & Avis. There were no cars available at any vendor. At this point I was VERY upset, as the thought of being stuck in the Abilene airport away from my family in Springfield MO was very upsetting besides having been through the delays for hours. Someone was returning a car and asked the Hertz employee if I could have it as I was visually VERY upset. Of course, they already had the car reserved and that would be as expected. I was on the phone with my husband who ask me to see if any of the 4 vendors had an additional store in Abilene. I did and I was thrilled the Enterprise did. I called the reservation and made the reservation over the phone. The reservation specialist said she would connect me to the store as they close at 6:00 pm. I was connected to the store at about 5:35, I explained my situation and ask if the car could be delivered as the advertisement I just listened to while being connected to the store said, “The one who picks you up”The person I was speaking to was Elaina. Elaina informed me those serves were not available at her store. I explained my situation and told her I would grab a cab and be there no later than 6:10 pm as it was now 5:40 and I was no aware of the exact location of the store. Elaina explained it is our policy we do not stay late, ever for any reason”. I again pleaded I would be there as soon as a cab would bring me, was there any way to stay, that I would be very even more upset if I took a cab and arrived at 6:03 pm to find the doors locked. She “No”, we will not stay 1 minute”. I again, in tears begged her to stay until I arrived. She put me on hold, came back and said “NO.” I then ended the call and started trying to get cabs. I could not get a cab to get me there for 30 minutes. At this point one of the two Hertz employees said she would leave and take me to the Enterprise store. I looked at the two employees at the Enterprise store and asked if they heard this? I asked if they hear their competitor offering to take me to the Abilene store? They both said that the Abilene store had nothing to do with them. At this time, someone coming into the airport said there was a ab outside. I ran out, the cab had just had a cancel and was willing to take me the 4.6 miles by 6:00 pm. I arrived told the employee, I did not even get his name as I just wanted to go home, that it was there policy not to stay. I counted 4 employees as well as 2 porters there. I told him that I was so disappointed and they should be ashamed that Hertz was willing to bring me when there were to employees at the airport and 4 here. He said nothing. I left after I quit crying and was able to drive. It was 6:06 pm. 3 of the 6 employees were still there. I just feel like in this day and age of competitive services that a bit of sympathy or empathy as displayed by the Hertz employee, especially as often as my company and myself use Enterprise would have been nice. I understand policy but cannot imagine that the 5 minutes I was asking for was unreasonable.A new Hertz VALUED customer

Made a reservation online. Went to pick up vehicle and was informed they would not rent to me unless I had a major credit card! Nowhere on their website does it state this. I have rented many a vehicle in many states and have never had a problem. Was extremely dissapointed and will never do buisness with them again. Would highly recommend you buisness elsewhere. Rude just rude as can be employee. Ask a question get cut off couldnt say two words before being cut off with an attitude. Being talked to like i couldnt understand what type of SUV we would need. I really feel bad for the people who work here. They really went out of their way to provide good customer service, but Enterprise and their sister company National are simply awful. Ill go one step further and say that I can not think of one company which has such unethical business practices! Both National at the air port and Enterprise on Treadway had the same problem. I believe the issue is the company, not the locations. In Nationals case I reserved a car through price line, but when they rang the bill up, the price was 30% greater than the reservation, and when I rented from Enterprise the bill was 40% greater than the estimate. They had every excuse in the book. It was Pricelines fault... Its policy... What it is is BAIT AND SWITCH. The interesting thing is that the bait and switch price is slightly below a non-reserved rate, so if you want to go somewhere else, its not worth it. Let me say it again. Enterprise/National=UNETHICAL!!!!
